Cet adorable condominium 1/1 est situé dans le Oceanside. (Mile 90) Cette unité est située dans une communauté bien entretenue. Cette magnifique copropriété en bord de mer dispose de nombreux équipements tels que: piscine chauffée, plage privée, club-house, court de tennis, salle de sport avec sauna, lave-linge / sèche-linge, cabanes Tiki, barbecues et aires de pique-nique sur l’eau. Cette maison comprend une chambre et une salle de bain, une cuisine complète, un salon et un balcon. Cette maison peut accueillir deux à quatre personnes très confortablement. Il dispose d'un lit queen-size et une taille complète un canapé-lit. La maison est complète avec: cuisinière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, TV couleur (avec câble), magnétoscope / DVD. Toutes les serviettes et du linge, draps, vaisselle, casseroles et les poêles sont fournis. Cette maison est impeccable et une excellente façon de rester dans les Keys sans dépenser une fortune. Ce condominium est situé à la périphérie de Key Largo, ce qui offre aux vacanciers de nombreuses opportunités.

Our stay

The sea gull condo was a wonderful stay. The area was beautiful and residents there are very friendly. I do have to say the condo does need updated and needed to be cleaned a little better. But over all John was amazing.

Perfect Getaway

This property and cost seemed too good to be true, but it was 100% true. It was a great location especially if looking for a low key, relaxing time away. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was genuine in his communication!

We had a wonderful time at John's condo. Excellent location. Condo had everything you needed and some. The grounds and pool were spotless. Very friendly neighbors. Communication with John was excellent. We can't wait to come back

Great price for a great place!

An incredible setting, having a view of the ocean from our balcony was unbeatable! Pool was beautiful, and any time you can view the ocean while in the pool is an absolute win! Communication with our host was impeccable.

My 3 adult children and i had a great time. Great location between Everglades and Key West. Private waterfront property with pool and game room. Lots of wildlife, my girls snorkeled nearby seeing dolphins, nurse sharks, skates, and dozens of colorful fish. Condo was clean and had everything we needed including extra mattress, beach chairs and toys. Great for the price, we would defiantly go back

Vacation Getaway in the Keys

The location was excellent. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Pool was perfect for the time of year. Loved the game room (had ping pong, board games, puzzles and more). The balcony view was pleasant. The condo was excellent for two people but it accommodates up to 4 by using a sleeper sofa. Kitchen dishes available based on limited cooking and service for 4 (had one 9 x 13 baking dish, pots and pans, a medium mixing bowl, no cookie sheets or pizza pan). If you like to do a lot of cooking/baking you might want to bring a few extra baking dishes. Host was gracious to provide a welcome gift. Host was available for any questions/concerns during stay. We would consider coming back to this location when we are in the area again.

Gem of a spot!

Great amenities. The condo building has a nice gym and a newly updated entertaining area with a large kitchen, game area and living room setup. Pool area is nice and the beach/oceanfront area is amazing. We grilled and dined at sunset several nights and it was to die for. Condo was neat and tidy. Highly recommend!

Best place to stay in the keys

We had everything we needed and they even gave us a bottle of wine on arrival! Very nice property and lots to do there! The host John was very nice and attentive! We will definitely go back next year!

Nice older condo close to activities.

We had a great time at John’s condo. Condo is older but had everything we needed to have a great week. It was close to restaurants and you can watch the Friday night football game at the high school from the balcony. We will definitely be back next year!

Lovely Week!

The condo complex is off the beaten path and quiet. It is right next to a high school and the balcony overlooks the football field, which may be a consideration in the fall. The pool is a nice size with lots of chairs and 3 areas of shade. Most days we were the only people there; it was never what I would call crowded. The beach area has 2 charcoal grills and covered picnic tables with games at the large hut like cornhole. While the beach is for sitting on instead of getting in the ocean, there are benches and we enjoyed watching the crabs and even saw a small ray near the shore. There is a kayak launch if you bring your own and nice shoreline with mangroves to paddle. The common areas have been completely updated. The community room had ping pong, skee ball and table shuffleboard which was very nice. There was alao a selection of board games and books. The gym was also very impressive and updated. The unit was clean, functional and had some updates. The sofa bed in the living room was comfortable for my teenager. There were plenty of supplies and pots and pans for us to cook several meals there. The balcony had a table for two and two plastic Adirondack chairs for viewing the ocean. There was also a separate entrance from the bedroom. John was excellent about getting check in information. He knew we would be arriving late and had the sofa bed already made up and waiting for us, checked in multiple times, and answered all of my questions about the area. I would stay again!

Better than we hoped!!

This property was private and secure and in a great location to explore the keys! The room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a week vacation! The pool, gym, and public room were updated and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Key Largo Stay

The property was exactly what we wanted. My wife's first trip to the Keys. The place was immaculate with everything you needed. The view was great from the balcony. The area is a great location. The pool and the BBQ area was very enjoyable. You can fish from the BBQ area also. Overall we will be back again.

Great stay, Unreal price

First time visiting the Florida Keys with my SO and staying at John’s condo couldn’t of been a better first experience. I searched for months on other services, but didn’t find a listing to my liking. Decided hey, I see these vrbo commercials, and the first listing for the Keys is the cheapest I’ve ever seen; under 100 bucks a night, with a workout room, game room, private beach and a private pool! Granted the beach isn’t a swimming beach, it’s still nice to look out over the water at the end of the night, but that pool was so refreshing! The pictures of John’s condo could use a little updating, he provided a lot of very useful amenities that he didn’t list such as multiple coolers, beach umbrella, pool toys and much more. The location is also so clutch, we managed to hit the Everglades and Key West within our week stay because we were smack in the middle of both. Lots of nice restaurants and activities to do in the Keys, we were very close to kayak rentals and snorkeling opportunities, which was our drive to come to the Keys. Overall, I’d give John’s listing 5/5 stars and would come and stay again. Thank you!!

A quite getaway

When I talked to the owner of the property, John was very helpful with directions of the place. When I booked this condo in January of 2022 up grades of the property were being renovated which turned out to be awesome. If you are looking for a private getaway? I recommend this place. This place has its own private beach, pool, community room and a gym all renovated. Also, I recommend this little Cuban Place.call Cafe 90 harbor, omg! The family is friendly. The host if the Condo was superior. I would come back to this place. Mike
