Récemment rénové Bend Studio Condo à 7th Mt, piscines, Htub, pub, golf, vélo, randonnée

Les piscines chauffées, les jacuzzis et le sauna (juste devant notre porte) sont ouverts TOUTE L'ANNEE! Des pistes cyclables et un sentier pavé menant à la ville juste devant votre porte. Ce condo studio rénové de 450 pieds carrés avec une salle de bain dispose d’un grand lit escamotable dans la grande salle et d’une «petite chambre» avec un lit queen-size, tous équipés de matelas neufs et pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. (Il y a une vidéo dans le diaporama qui vous donne une vue magnifique sur la taille du condo et de la "petite chambre à coucher".). Il a été totalement transformé avec une nouvelle cuisine, salle de bains, revêtements de sol, meubles… tout est neuf.

Profitez de la vue sur la vallée de la rivière Deschutes depuis la grande salle dotée d'un mobilier confortable, d'une cheminée et de la nouvelle télévision Roku avec Netflicks et Sling TV gratuits. Nous sommes à seulement 5 miles de Bend avec tous ses restaurants, théâtres, concerts et activités pour toute la famille. Nous sommes également à seulement 15 miles de la station de ski Mt Bachelor, le plus proche, vous pouvez rester sur les pistes. La Septième Montagne Resort est un endroit spécial avec des piscines toute l'année, des bains à remous et un sauna. Profitez de l’aire de jeux, du mini-golf gratuit, du volley-ball sur sable, des terrains de basket, des courts de tennis, des barbecues, des aires de pique-nique, du parcours de golf Wigi Creek, de l’équitation, du rafting, du centre de remise en forme et de la patinoire en hiver. De votre porte, vous pouvez parcourir les rives de la rivière Deschutes sur des kilomètres. Profitez de la piste cyclable pavée de l’autre côté de la rue et dirigez-vous vers Bend.

Les travaux extérieurs de notre bâtiment seront effectués de M à F pendant la journée du 11 novembre au 20 décembre 2019. Nous avons réduit nos tarifs ce mois-ci.

So lovely!

We had a great time at this super lovely condo. Being close to Mount Bachelor is so important to us. This condo had everything we needed to enjoy our mountain time! Will definitely book again when we come back to Bend!

Second time at this property

I enjoyed this property enough to come back the next year. Everything was as described in the listing, a first floor unit that has a wonderful view out the window, quiet location, close to Mt. Bachelor, easy to get into Bend for a meal. Will plan on staying here again.

Excellent stay. Highly recommend. Close to Mt Bachelor. In Bend for a couple days to ski at Mt. bachelor and this was the perfect place to stay! Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna as well.

Great stay

This rental was a great place for my teen son and I to stay for a ski trip. Fabulous location- close to skiing and can go for a hike right out of the unit. Also, good options for activities at the resort. It was clean and well-equipped and we appreciated the full oven and fridge which not all rentals at 7th Mountain have. It fit the two of us well.

Great location and accomodations

We love our stay at this condo - great fit for our family of 4 with two teens. The murphy bed was perfect for the space. The resort was beautiful, very clean and quiet; pool and mini golf were a blast, courts and fitness center great, and we LOVED the trail right behind the condo that led to the Dechutes River Trail and falls. Just a few miles outside of the busy part of Bend. We will go back again!

Wonderful location and property!

We stayed in this condo for three nights and absolutely loved the condo. The property is exactly as described, however, I would emphasize that there is an incredible view right out the living room window. We enjoyed the quiet, the nearness to great hiking trails, and being just 5 minutes outside of Bend. The owner is very responsive and responded to a text within minutes. The condo is perfect for a couple and a small dog. We will definitely stay here again!

Memorable Memorial Day Weekend in Bend!!!

The property had everything ready to settle in for the weekend and comfortable and clean. All amenities available! Everything was what the owner communicated! Plus, the owner was in touch and kept tabs on how we were doing. Loved the consistency in communication.

Nice resort with lots to do but a bit past its prime

This place was good but starting to show its age. The pool had two hot tubs. One was roped off and the working one had several cracks and tiles missing. The location is fine other than there is a running path that went right by the back windows of our room. A bit odd having someone run three feet from where we were having breakfast.

Just fair.

Worked fine for our purposes - basically somewhere to sleep. It’s a bit difficult to get into the bed - it’s only accessible from the foot of the bed; an odd set-up. Seating options are quite limited - the two easy chairs provided are awkward and uncomfortable; couch was fine. Kitchenette is dated with cabinets leaning towards shabby. Bathroom was fine. Cost-to-quality ratio is questionable. Great communication from the owner.

Great place but..

Great place and amenities. I was a little put off that we pretty much had to clean the place or were threated with excess cleaning fees. We paid $100+ for cleaning why are we asked to sweep and do a bunch of laundry? That should have been included in the description of the condo.

Great place to stay for a ski vacation

The unit was very nice with appealing, up to date furnishings, very clean and comfortable. This is closest you can stay to Mt Bachelor since there is no lodging right at the mountain and it's also relatively close to Bend, about 10 min by car, to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and communicated well. We slept on the Murphy bed in the living room and used the small bedroom to store our suitcases and clothing. The bedroom has no windows and is small but adequate if you had kids. The kitchen is small but well equipped with a large refrigerator and dishwasher. WiFi was very good and I had no issues being on Zoom calls for hours.

Cute and Comfy Mountain Getaway

Only a 15 min drive from town, this cute and comfy condo had all the amenities needed. The onsite property amenities also provided an added bonus. Everything was as stated in the listing and clean. Only 2 small helpful notes for future guests who may not see the posted sign/instructions before trying to figure it out on their own (we didn't see the hot water note on the shower wall as we first tried to get hot water from the kitchen sink): the hot water takes a full couple mins to come thru from the kitchen & bathroom faucets, so let the faucet run and the Cable TV can be found in the HDMI source option in the Roku. The only other small thing was the pans in the closet seemed to have leftover grease on them. We believe there were left and stored like that from previous guests, which would be no fault on the cleaning team. We washed them all in the dishwasher to start fresh. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

Comfy & perfect location!

As a single woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe here. The condo was cute and had all the necessities of home. The location was perfect for me to ride my bike all day. I never got into the car once I arrived. I got super lucky to book the place during a surprise show of the northern lights! The back patio has an amazing view of the trees and mountains with no light pollution. The stars were amazing & the aurora borealis was such a bonus to the whole weekend! Bob’s place was very comfortable and stocked everything you could possibly need. I will definitely be returning!

7th mountain cabin

Unit was well stocked with everything we needed comfortable and clean. Resort amenities were very accessible. The unit is small. Would be tight for more then 2 people even with small children.

Small but cozy

Unit was updated and clean and staying at 7th Mountain is always fun!. The unit was a little small for a family of four - limited space to store/prepare food, no actual clothing closet (there were drawers under the bed and lots of hooks throughout that were very helpful) - I would definitely stay again if I was just with my husband but with kids (aged 9 and 12), we found it a bit cramped. I would reco to bring your own pool towels, the towels in the unit are a bit small for pool use.

Sybille and I own 5 vacation rentals in the northwest. One on Mt Hood, 3 in Packwood, WA at the base of Mt Rainier and now this amazing condo at the 7th Mt Resort. We know what it takes to stock, clean and prepare a vacation home for your complete and total comfort as we have been doing this for over a decade. Enjoy!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The location can't be beat and the 7th Mt amenities are first class. The pools and hot tubs are open year round, the grounds, the view, the biking, hiking, tennis, rafting, ice skating rink (in winter) much to do! And we are the closest you can get to Mt Bachelor Ski Resort, only 15 minutes away! We renovated every inch of this place with all new everything from electrical to flooring, cabinetry to bedding. You will never be disappointed staying in one of our vacation rentals.
We are not directly part of the Wyndham Company, we are independently owned, as are 50% of all the condo's. We are part of the original 7th Mt Resort Home Owners Association. Our HOA works together with Wyndham to maintain and upkeep the property to the highest standards. When you get your keys at the front desk the Wyndham staff will not try and sell you a timeshare. Beyond that we do appreciate the relationship we have with Wyndham and the standard of excellence they have in partnering with us to make the resort an amazing place to stay and play!
