Thank you for your comments and we appreciate all comments and take them seriously so we can always make improvements. As far as chairs by the pool, that is not in our control, but the resort itself. This time of the year, with spring break vacations, it is a super busy time of the year, and the resort does get very crowded, so again that is not in our control. As far as any smell in the condo, that is unusual as the unit is kept ventilated well at all times, so if there was an issue, we would need to be told about it, but nothing was said, so nothing was done while you were there. But if there are any issues with the ventilation then we will take care of it right away. So hopefully, all in all we hope you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you back. Holiday times are always super busy

sorry to hear of any inconveniences, but have been renting for many years and have had no complaints of any of these issues. Have many repeat guess keep coming back, so all seems to be good for most. Will be doing some updates in the next year but we are super busy all year round

sorry to hear of your complaints but this is absolutely untrue. Otherwise we would not be having so many people keep coming back to us year after year We are in this business for over 12 years with tons of good reviews. So you must be describing a completely different house. As far as small lizard. Our units are ground floor units, and in high heat at times a little lizard may get in. Our units are sprayed monthly. we take great pride inour properties ( and we have a few), and continue to care for all. So not sure what you were describing.

Yes, we aim to please, there was an over sight with the cleaning crew so when guest arrived , it was not cleaned properly, but once we were notified, we sent out the cleaning crew immediately and they did a great job cleaning. Mistakes do happen , but we corrected immediately

We always appreciate suggestions from our guests and we are in business for 15 years and have many repeat guests returning to us, so seems like people enjoy our units. We as owners, supply the basic needs , so when a guest is there for several weeks, they need to supply any other needs on their own. As mentioned , kitchen is fully loaded and stocked, so any small items needed by a guest can easily be purchased for their own needs. A baking sheet is hardly an item that an owner needs to supply. So if a guest does a lot of baking in a rented unit, then they can supply it for themselves. that is not the job of the owner. As far as anything dirty. Nothing was ever mentioned over the course of the month of stay, as if there was any problem or something needed cleaning they could have contacted owners and we would have sent our cleaners over immediately. But nothing was said or mentioned. Our reviews are usually great otherwise we would not be in business for so many years. We are always open to suggestions and will act upon all complaints. As far as the beds, again, no other complaints so far, so guess some are just very picky.

Sometimes guests mix up properties as all info is sent in a timely manner with proper info - people at times don’t check their emails in time. But all worked out well as our management is always there gif any issues

We appreciate the review, and not sure why some numbers were a 4 instead of a 5, since all in all , everything was clean, comfortable and efficient. As guest mentioned that some items did not apply to them, like needing to call the management, so hopefully all worked out well and all was to their liking. At times a battery may be needing replacing , or regular pet control sprays are done, as all houses do need care , cleaning and more. Our cleaners are great, and we definitely take care of al issues that may arise.
