Great Location

We loved staying here! Small but cozy! Great for our family of 3. Right on the beach, patio is great! Indoor pools were nice since it was cold when we were there. Cody is great and she is very prompt if you have any questions!

Wonderful

The resort was one of the cleanest I have stayed even with the construction. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. The balcony was my favorite. Perfect for sunrises and relaxation. We did not use the pools. The onsite resturant, The Quarter Deck had good food and drinks and karaoke Friday and Saturday nights. I would def recommend the property to anyone looking for a relaxing, good time.

We had the BEST time..relaxing at the beach in the morning then swimming in the pool in the afternoon! Try Sara J’s restaurant; so good! Cody was awesome to work with on our getaway…have already booked 407 again!

Beautiful place & view!

Our stay here was perfect for our little family! The place was very cozy, clean, the beds were comfortable, place is nicely decorated & made us feel at home! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! Our host Cody was amazing & made our first experience with VRBO wonderful! She replied right away with any questions & took care of any of our needs quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to stay!

This condo had just about everything we needed. Check in before going to the store. Myrtle Beach Resort has many amenities and is well kept. You won't go wrong staying here.

Awesome for Family vacation!

We loved the room! Very clean and cozy! Very convenient! It had everything we needed and more! Only complaint was the noise at bedtime. Karaoke and fireworks every night was an annoyance!

Beach Vacation

Everything was great for a week at the beach! It was nice having beach chairs to use from the condo and access to Netflix was a plus too. The pool right by the beach was huge so even when it was busy it didn’t feel too crowded. Of course there was the beautiful ocean views from the balcony, which we were able to see dolphins just off from the beach a few times.

Nice condo and property

We had a great stay. The property offers a lot of options with the pools, splash pad, basketball/tennis, etc. Beach is amazing, very clean! Closet had plenty of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boards, toys) so no need to bring much with you. Great host. Would 100% recommend this area over downtown MB. Thanks!

Perfect spot for families

Condo had amazing amenities! Host also thought of EVERYTHING! From beach toys, chairs to sunblock and beach towels. Well stocked and very clean! Everything felt fresh and new. We will be back and already recommended to our friends!

A tiny home space, but very cute decor and host was fabulous. Leather chair in LR space was nice looking but unstable, wonky, uncomfortable and we couldn’t use it.

On the Beach

We had a wonderful stay and loved being right on the beach! The balcony was perfectly set with taller chairs which was great to look out from. The inside of the condo was also nice even with being a smaller unit! We utilized under the bunk beds for extra space and it worked out great! The only thing I would suggest is having the bathroom sink and tub checked as they weren’t draining well during our stay, otherwise we had a great time!

Awesome Experience

I was absolutely wowed at how it was right on the ocean. Had many things to do. Wish we booked a longer stay, we didnt want to leave. It is a small place but was enough room for the little time you are actually in it. Loved the balcony listening to the ocean was hard to leave to do anything. Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful view !!!!

Great Condi with perfect view!

Our experience with this vacation was fantastic. The condo is beautiful and has the perfect balcony view of the beach. My kids, 17 and 20 and my husband and I loved it. Either on the beach or running around during the day and the boys fished off the beach during the night. I would totally recommend this rental! The property manger Cody was quick to respond to any question I had about the condo or just possible recommendations about interests.

I was expecting that I was going to be able to get everything we needed at the resort but the building that was to provide that was under construction and as I was not informed of that information it made our stay a bit stressful

Had you contacted me during your stay about your inconveniences, I would have been able to alleviate your stress. I do hold an open line of communication with my guests for those purposes. Condo was great - resort was disappointing

The condo itself was exactly as expected, had all we needed, and the hosts' communication was very prompt and helpful! The bunk beds were perfect for the kiddos. The info we received prior to arrival regarding the closest grocery and directions was greatly appreciated. The downside was Myrtle Beach Resort where the condo is located. -Security guard at the pool was a complete jerk, and told us we couldn't use any dive rings or toys in the pool for the kids - Only 2 outdoor pools are open currently due to flooding/reconstruction, both of which consistently felt crowded due to the number of units/guests and limited pools open -We called security another day to open the pool gate because it remained locked at 10am even though the signage states it opens at 9am; when they answered they tried to say it didn't open until noon until I corrected them, and finally unlocked it -The geese are a huge annoyance - one landed in the pool and then pooped all over the pool deck, no staff around to remove it -One day the pools were closed for "weather" until 2pm, but we were allowed to be in the ocean. -Beach lifeguard told us the kids couldn't play in the water to boogie board because "lightning was close", but could be in the water up to their ankles - which makes no sense. -Someone was shooting off fireworks between 1030pm-130am every single night on the beach, which made for little sleep Summary: hosts & condo are wonderful, but Myrtle Beach Resort ruined any chances of us returning

Thank you for taking the time to review our condo! I’m happy you enjoyed the condo, but very disappointed to hear you had a rough experience with the resort staff. We have no control over weather, construction, or wildlife…it’s all part of life and better for your safety if there are closures due to riptides, lightening, hurricanes, etc. I would advise all my guests to listen to the lifeguards, as they know the ocean much better than most people. We are on the boarder of Horry county and the fireworks are not allowed out front of our resort, they are however allowed on the beach in front of the Campground-which is a different county. We wish you well in your travels!

Beautiful view

Great stay. Right on the water. Has alot amenities on property for kids. The bar on property is kinda loud and we could hear it with doors shut but they close early enough that it doesn't ruin sleep or anything. Overall great stay.

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach resort for 4 winters and fell in love with the amenities, location and view. So, we decided to purchase a condo and share our love of the ocean and resort with guests when we are not here. We are from WI and own a landscaping company, but when the snow flies, so do we.... to Myrtle Beach Resort.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We use to rent a condo here and we loved the place so much, we bought one! We are new to renting, but we are proud to share our winter getaway with you and your family.We love that the resort is gated and very safe. There are so many things for our family to do here that sometimes we don't leave the resort for almost 2 weeks at a time. We really enjoy everything about our condo!!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We are private owners, not a management company. We are available 24/7 and we care because this is our business. We are unique in that this property is Oceanfront not Ocean view. You have a view of the ocean from inside as well as the private balcony. We're also on the 4th floor so you can easily access the rooftop patio as well as look all the way down the beach for miles. The balcony also looks over 1 of the pools, so I can enjoy quiet time on the patio while kids play in the pool.
