Condo propre, moderne et confortable qui se trouve à quelques pas ou en voiturette de golf du célèbre Ocean Boulevard, Boardwalk et Family Kingdom. Également à proximité de Kings Highway (U.S. 17), qui compte d'innombrables restaurants, bars et magasins. L'unité est au premier étage d'un complexe de condos sur pilotis. Parking sur place, laveuse et sécheuse en suite, wifi, câble numérique. La chambre principale a un lit King, la chambre d'hôtes a un lit Queen et il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Les deux chambres et le salon ont des téléviseurs LED HD à écran plat. L'unité a une cuisine complète et tous les appareils nécessaires pour une maison loin de chez eux. Great place and great owners

Everything was as advertised and then some. Great location just two blocks from the beach. Condo was clean and welcoming. Great communication from the owners during the entire trip. Would definitely return and highly recommend to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach.

Very Nice Condo

This condo was very nice and beachy. It’s located in a nice quiet area and only a few minutes to walk to the beach. Furthermore, the space was very clean upon arrival and offers plenty of room. Overall a great value!

Very nice and clean it is an amazing condo absolutely loved it.

Our stay at this condo was amazing. Chris and Teresa were very helpful with any questions that we had during our stay. Their condo is very close to the beach and many restaurants. Great!!!

The condo was very nice. It is very close to beach and a few other things. We had a wonderful time. I would recommend this condo to anyone. The owners were great and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again. Also we loved that it was keyless and didn't have to keep up with a key.

Adult Family Beach Vacation

We were vacationing all together as a family for the first time in years, finally finding a time when everyone’s work/school/life/likes correlate. Consisting of parents and 4 young adult children 17-22 years old. Myrtle Beach gave was the variety we needed to keep everyone busy for 4 days and this location was a few minutes walk to the beach, shopping, and of course COFFEE. The access to full amenities of home were great for a quick snacks and meeting spot before family events. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable, the 2 full bathrooms were spacious and laundry was a big plus when it was time to repack. Everything from home was provided so there was no need to pack. We will definitely stay again.

This was a great location! 10 mins from the convention center, Broadway at the Beach, and a few blocks from the beach. We would stay again if we ever had to travel down this way! Parking is tight. You have to park between poles so be mindful if you have a large SUV. I ended up getting some damage from skimming it. Totally my fault, but smaller cars would have no problem. Chris is very easy to get in touch with and very pleasant. Thanks again!!

Can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Chris and Theresa’s condo! What a great location...a short 3 minute walk to the beach and in walking distance to the boardwalk, shops, and restaurants! Beautiful, roomy, well kept condo with such a relaxing master bedroom with the most comfortable king sized bed! What a positive experience, from beginning to end, dealing with the owners! Thanks Chris and Teresa! Would certainly recommend staying here! You won’t be disappointed! 😊

Amazing Accommodations

This is a wonderful centrally located property only two blocks from the beach! The condo is nicely decorated with modern furniture. Private parking is available but not advisable for oversized vehicles. Guest parking is available for up to four cars that is perfect for larger vehicles. The owners are reachable and actually called to inquire if we needed anything. I would recommend you bringing your own towels otherwise all the comfort of home living is available. If given the opportunity to visit the area will definitely consider staying here.

Fun Time in Myrtle Beach

We had a great stay. The property adequately met my families needs. We loved that it was walking distance to the beach and an easy drive to many places. We felt safe in the building we stayed in and the neighbors were kind. Walking to the beach was so nice and saved us about $40 a day for parking! The area around the condo felt a little run down (some abandoned buildings, etc), but the longer we stayed and walked through the area it felt safe and ok. I did not fit in the parking spot assigned, but the visitor spots were always available and had plenty of space. We had a blast at Midevel Times and Pirates Voyage and Dinner Show!!! Our Myrtle Beach trip was great!

Great little condo

We had a great trip to the beach. The only problem we encountered was trying to squeeze our SUV into the assigned parking spot. This condo was great for our family of six and the owners checked on us regularly to make sure all was well. Thanks again for a great stay!

Excellent Stay!

Quaint, home away from home condo! Beautiful rooms, pretty clean. Comfortable beds and lots of amenities. Only complaint was the guest room was really warm even with ceiling fan going. Main bedroom TV we couldn’t figure out how to use, but had 2 other TVs so really didn’t need it. Overall wonderful experience and would recommend it.

Excellent Location!

This apartment worked out really well for our family. The location was excellent with a very easy 2-block walk to a quieter section of the beach, and a slightly longer walk into the main boardwalk area. The apartment is quite spacious and very well equipped with kitchen supplies, hairdryers, beach chairs, a washer/dryer, nice towels, etc. Our only small complaint was that although it felt clean overall (no deep cleaning issues) there were a few surface-level issues (items under the bed etc) that indicated it could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly after the last visitors. I think this reflects more on the cleaning service than the owners, as it was well maintained and the owners were very responsive to all messages.

Lovely Property close to the Ocean

This is a super cute condo that's literally a couple of blocks away from the Ocean and lots of other attractions!! You won't need to pay for parking because it comes with it. The condo is fully furnished with all the necessities of home. Quiet neighborhood and the owners Chris and Teresa were fantastic throughout the entire process. I would definitely rent here again if I make it back through Myrtle Beach ⛱

3 days not enough

It was a great condo just a nice stroll from the beautiful beach! Condo was clean and decorated nicely and colorful. Chris was very easy to contact if we needed something. The beds slept wonderful and we loved the double sink vanities in bathrooms.

Incredible Vacation Rental

My husband and I have used VRBO on several occasions, and have always been pleased. This listing went above our expectations. The location was perfect for a family, but for someone looking for more excitement, there is plenty to do. Also, it is accessible to other charming cities, like Charlestown and Murrells Inlet for fabulous seafood. The condo is larger than pictured, and everything to make your stay comfortable (good cookware, extra pillows, a doormat to leave shoes outside the home) and readily available. What made this experience better than the rest was the open communication with the owners. Clearly they are dedicated to making your stay be exceptional, and they are clear with instructions on everything on the wi-fi password, and what to do with the linens at the end of the stay. I wish I could give this review more than 5 stars.

This was our first time renting a condo and the experience was great. We stayed for five days to go to Myrtle Beach very convenient location just a five minute walk. The house was very well maintained, very clean, and most of all the communication with Chris and Teresa was excellent they answered any questions we had. The condo was very clean and exactly as listed. It was just a short walk to the beach. I had off street parking that was also a great feature. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Thank you for taking time to check out my home away from home! I have always loved Myrtle Beach. As someone from just across the border in North Carolina, I went quite a bit when I was younger. A lot has changed since then, but there are some things that have stayed the same. I was finally able to buy a place there (this one) in 2018, so it's even more special. While I don't get to go as much as I'd like these days, I am happy to open my home to people looking for a getaway at Myrtle Beach. I hope you enjoy!

Very clean, very close to a lot of the great attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer...but far enough away so that anyone looking for a "close but quiet" location gets their wish too!

The world famous Boardwalk and Ocean Boulevard just steps from the condo. On-site parking included with rental (one guaranteed spot, some guest spots also available). Free unlimited wifi, towels and linens INCLUDED in rental rate. Full kitchen with appliances(including dishwasher), complete dinner setting for 8-- and all pots, pans and utensils needed to prepare dinner at home if you choose. There are even a couple of beach chairs, some beach towels and an umbrella to use while you're there!
