Magnifique vue sur l'océan, à partir de notre nouveau, 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain, nouvellement rénové, nouvellement décoré, à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la plus belle plage de Maui, Keawakapu! Détendez-vous sur la véranda tranquille, faire une sieste ou lire un livre donnant sur la pelouse, les bois et OCEAN que le salon double portes-fenêtres s'ouvrent sur la véranda et la pelouse.

Ce condo est nommé confortablement et avec goût avec un sol en porcelaine partout, des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et les salles de bains, et des artistes locaux travaillent ornent les murs. De belles armoires en érable et des portes intérieures en pin massif ont été utilisées pour garder l'unité «libre de gaz», ainsi que d'autres produits verts pour meubler et rénover notre condo. De nouvelles fenêtres insonorisées et des portes intérieures en pin à 4 panneaux offrent un environnement calme.

CUISINE:
Appréciez la cuisson sur une toute nouvelle gamme d'appareils électriques en acier inoxydable, en préparant vos légumes sur des comptoirs en granit avec beaucoup de lumière, et le nettoyage est si facile avec le lave-vaisselle Bosch ultra-silencieux. Vous trouverez à peu près tout ce dont vous avez besoin si vous voulez cuisiner ou simplement sortir, car la zone est remplie de nombreux restaurants merveilleux.

Vous trouverez un ensemble de lit en érable antique de 1953. Ceci est à l'origine la propriété de la famille d'Annie, et aimablement laissé pour notre usage. Il y a un matelas Queen pour allonger confortablement.

Lorsque vous n'êtes pas pressé de faire la réservation pour le dîner après l'avoir échoué, une nouvelle baignoire confortable est à votre disposition pour vous détendre. De magnifiques comptoirs en granit bleu ornent votre environnement. Toilettes design européen.

RÉGION:
Keawakapu Beach est très vieux HAWAII. Louer un kayak ou aller nager dans la rue, ou marcher vers le sud le long de la plage pendant 3 miles en passant un mile de maisons privées de plusieurs millions de dollars, puis flâner sur un chemin à l'océan falaises et plages en passant certains des plus beaux hôtels sur l'Ile. Marcher vers le nord pour trouver Kamaole 1 Beach et face à notre bâtiment est une réserve naturelle et le Kihei Boat Launch où les bateaux partent pour des excursions de plongée et plus encore. Il y a de nombreux magasins et restaurants à Wailea et Kihei qui sont littéralement à quelques minutes dans chaque direction. Cette région est également plus chaude et moins pluvieuse que d'autres endroits sur Maui, et moins venteuse que North Kihei.

Il y a un escalier à la porte d'entrée bien que la véranda est au rez-de-chaussée sur la pelouse.

C'est un bâtiment non fumeur, désolé, nous n'avons pas d'ascenseur ou une piscine.

First time in Maui

It was our first time in Maui, and this place is part of the reason we want to come back as soon as we can. The place had everything we needed. Management was easy to get ahold of when we had a question.

Great location & property

Super easy to access and property manager was easily available when I had a question. So great to be easy walking distance to the beach and to local shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible location

We loved our stay in this sweet, beautifully kept and updated unit. The location couldn’t be beat across the street from some of the best snorkeling and swimming beaches on the island.

We loved our stay in this Condo!

The Condo is perfect for a party of 4 people. The kitchen is big and well equipped. One little flaws is the missing AC in one of the bedroom.

Good experience

The location is great. Just a short walk to Keawakapu beach. The condo is located at the south end of Kihei so grocery stores and restaurants will be a short 15 minute drive or a longer easy walk. We received detailed check-in information ahead of time. Our door code didn't work initially, but the property manager had a new code within 30 minutes. However that code quit working the next day, but they eventually got it figured out. The condo easily accommodated 4 adults. We couldn't get the ceiling fan to work in the primary bedroom but the AC unit was more than sufficient. I'd suggest they upgrade the beds as ours was very squeeky anytime you moved. They did have 4 beach chairs to use which was handy. There was onsite pay-to-use laundry. There is also a flight of stairs to get to the room so that is something to consider if you have mobility issues.If they improved the beds, we'd definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Overall this place was great for the purposes of our stay. The location is great, 5 minute walk to the beach and into Kihei. The condo itself has everything you would expect in the description. The AC had an issue when we visited and the management property had someone there to fix it on the same day. Only complaint is the bathroom was smaller than expected.

Tremendous Stay

My wife and I spent 10 weeks at this property from Jan through March, 2022. The condo is roomy, the grounds are beautifully landscaped and the location is perfect. A short stroll to a beautiful beach yet off the main road and very quiet. We loved this spot, and would highly recommend it to friends and family. Many thanks to the property managers for the experience of a lifetime.

Good Location

The condo is in good and clean condition centrally located for all our activities. The place has a home cozy feeling with ample kitchen supplies and basic season to cook with. Plenty of towels for our week long stat here. A couple of items to address is replacing the shower liner and unclog the bathroom sink. It drains very slow since the first day we got here. Overall a good condo with quiet neighbors.

This is an amazing property. It's one block from the best beach on Maui. It's a smaller complex with a homey feel and functions very well. The management company is very responsive ( thank you Taylor!). My one and only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors and blinds. You will love it here! We did!

Great Location, I highly recomended!

We had an amazing stay, the location is very convenient 10 min walk to the beach, with in driving distance from shops and gas. I would recoment having the couch changed, it has some stains and is not confortable.Same for the TV, the speakers are very blurry in sound. Either than that is verry well equipped. Thanks.

Great family condo

Great location! Only a 5 minute walk to Kihei boat launch, where most snorkel, whale watching and other boat tours depart from. Across the street from beach access; about a 5 min walk to a gorgeous beach. On the south end of S. Kihei Road, so it’s nice and quiet but a very short drive to restaurants, shops, Kamaole 3 beach and more. Laundry facilities on site was very helpful. The kitchen came in very handy and we ended up cooking a lot of our own meals. We ate dinner on the private lanai watching the sun set. It was paradise!

1st Time in Maui

Overall this unit is a great size for 4 adults. The location was quiet and an easy five to ten minute walk to a beautiful beach (one of the nicest beaches in the area -Keawakapu). The cleanliness of the unit could be further improved as there were ants found upon our arrival and the rug in the living area is not necessary as it just collects dirt and sand. Although the unit provided beach chairs, they were not in the best condition and could use replacing. A beach umbrella would be a welcome addition to the amenities provided. The washer/dryer on site was a positive feature. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and feel that with these suggestions the place could be a 5 Star!

Decent property but requires some TLC

Property was decent but bedrooms and bathroom needs some TLC. Communication with property manager was awful. We were told that we were going to receive a box of tissues/Kleenex but no one ever showed up to deliver. I called and sent several texts but no one ever replied to my last text message.

Near great beaches, turtles and seashells

This is a no-frills condo facing a grassy, well-kept backyard with flowering bushes, palm trees, a plethora of birds (including chickens), and a couple of tabby cats. The ocean is probably visible from the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building, but not from this condo. That is not a problem though, because you can walk to great beaches in no time. A special treat awaits at the boat ramp nearly across the main road; there are tiny beaches on each side where we saw turtles sunning on the sand, 6 on one side and 2 on the other. Kama’ole Beach 3 is right up the street and is a great place to swim and watch the sunset. A short drive away are Maluaka and Palauea beaches, both excellent for snorkeling. Palauea was full of seashells as well as exciting waves; we were in the water for hours. The beds at the condo were not the most comfy, but everything was adequate. Mornings sitting outside were sublime.

Stay in paradise.

The property here is quiet and well kept with green space out from the lanai. The unit was clean, spacious and kitchen was well equipped. This unit had four new chairs, a cooler, snorkel equipment and some beach toys for toddlers - all of which met our needs. We booked this property quickly without reading carefully. There is no pool. Oops! our fault for not reading everything - turns out you really don't need a pool when on Maui :). The property only had one small, dirty, briquette barbecue which was the only disappointment as we like to cook outside. We used it anyway. That said, the BBQ area was nice. The price was right - you are not paying for a pool or in-house laundry and there are no resort fees. Overall this property was excellent, very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your space.

Great Finishes, but Lacking in a Couple of Key Areas

Overall, this is a great place. You're on Kihei Road, but set back a ways, so it's quiet. The finishes were nice; the views out the west side were phenomenal. Now for the downsides: There were 2 people, staying for 8 nights. There were only 2 bath towels hanging and there was 1 bath towel in the drawer. Three towels for 2 people for 9 days does not compute. We bought more towels and left them, so they should have some more. There is a problem in the bathroom with moisture evacuation. The vent fan stays on constantly. Not a major inconvenience in the least. However, when you factor that into the whole lack of towels in a humid environment, the miniscule offering of towels becomes apparent. Again, they knew how long we were staying and towels aren't that much. I know, because I had to buy them. For the amount we paid, we should have had adequate linens and it was severely lacking. Another area lacking was communication. We tried to contact the company, to see about the possibility of a late checkout. We tried for 2 days to make contact. They responded, but only after multiple hours after checkout time had elapsed. Too little, too late. I get that folks may not want to say no, but getting a timely answer might have helped. There was also a problem with parking, but only for a few hours. You're assigned a spot, so you should have ready access to the spot. However, someone who was visiting one of their family members was parked in our spot. We really didn't want to lose the aloha spirit and have them towed, but we didn't want to park on the street either. We did, but for a few hours. Apparently, this happens sometimes. They had a nice assortment of kitchen utensils and dinnerware items. There was also some boogie boards and snorkel equipment, chairs, ice chests, etc. Although we didn't make use of all the items, it was nice to have them. The queen bed was more comfortable than the king bed. We tried out both of them and felt the king bedroom offered a better view and less people walking outside the window. Overall, a great stay in a wonderful location. Just a couple areas which could use a little improvement. But, overall great.
