Overall we had a great experience. The location and resort were perfect for our needs. The apartment was good overall, but a little better maintenance and improvements such as an umbrella for the outside patio, new couch (current couch very uncomfortable) and some fresh paint would go a long way. I would also recommend providing a welcome pack which includes more information about the resort, where things are and what's available in the apartment would be very helpful. Overall, we would recommend the Oceania Resort and look foward to returning!
We stayed for 7 nights and the condo is in a great location across from eagle beach. Condo was clean but had appliances that kept breaking. Dryer would not get hot so a load took over 2 hours to dry with multiple restarts. The fridge broke 1/2 way through the trip and was not fixed for 2 days so we had to store our food in coolers. Upon arrival we were not given the code to the door beforehand and trying to contact the host took some time. We eventually asked the woman at the gate and she got a hold of someone to send us the code. I loved the location but was disappointed in the lack of timely communication Icommunicsyion
The location was lovely. Very peaceful. The LR furniture was not very comfortable but the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend that you put a umbrella on the patio as there was very little shade out there.
What a lovely place to stay. Management was always available for any questions we had. One day we had issues with the ac a d they were right there to get it fixed. So very close to eagle beach and the beautiful pools. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you!
Great quiet condo building close to the beach. Comfortable beds. Easy to get cabs from the building. Towels/beach chairs were provided. Nice pools. We had trouble getting the hot tub to work, ended up having to flip a breaker switch and turning on a main switch under the deck- would have been nice to have use instructions. More garbage bags would have been nice, they only gave us 2 for the whole week. I tried calling Blue Aruba on Sunday am to request a late check out, the number they gave us on a card upon arrival was not connected and nobody picked up/there was no voicemail options for the two #s on the Blue Aruba website that I called multiple times(we did call after they were supposed to be open.) It wasn't a problem that we couldn't reach them- but makes me worried if we actually had an issue.
We enjoyed the property, great location and comfortable, but a big disappointment was that the hot tub did not work. We were really looking forward to using it. We also had to keep adjusting the toilet seat in the second bathroom because it was not screwed down and came off.
This is a nice unit and convenient to the pools and the beach. Short drive to supermarket and gas station. The area is not congested like the hotel area. The view of the pools and ocean were nice. The outdoor furniture was nice for relaxing and eating outdoors. WIFI was great. Nice size TV. We would certainly rent it again, but please inspect the property frequently for repairs needed.

The hot tub is broken
Second bedroom toilet seat is not screwed down tight
The exhaust fan over the stove does not work properly
We needed a bigger frying pan.
No dish washing liquid for the stay so the dishes can be washed
Facial tissue is used by many visitors and would be appreciated as would extra toilet tissue
The blackout shade in the second bedroom is broken
There are broken slats in the decking, a tripping hazard
There was a power outage during our visit, we found candles but an emergency flashlight would have been useful
We wanted to know a week before arrival that entry instruction would not be available until 24 hours before entry. Most rentals let us know a few days before.
