À propos de cet hébergement

Détendez-vous et profitez du soleil sans fin, des vues, des vagues et du sable dans cette magnifique maison de bord de mer. Faites une promenade sur votre jetée privée à la plage et prenez tout cela. Détendez-vous à l'ombre du gazebo privé ou sur les terrasses de l'océan tout en regardant la piscine et les vagues. Pas d'équipement de plage trimballer de l'autre côté de la rue ou dans la rue! La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec deux réfrigérateurs. Deux chambres ont une salle de bain privée. Cette maison est parfaite pour deux grandes familles. Il va dormir 20, mais a des sièges pour 16. Nous aimons notre nouvelle maison et ne pourrions pas être plus heureux de le partager avec vous et votre famille pour faire vos propres souvenirs.

PERFECTION for our family

I hope the title says it because I don't know where to start! We'd planned for 10 people but ended up with 8, ranging from 15-80. EVERYONE loved the house. We grandparents took the main level king bedroom and bath, two teens took the other mainlevel bedroom, and the rest had tons of space upstairs. The whole house was spotless, the beds were crazy comfy, and that's my #2 priority after cleanliness. Having 2 fridges was a great bonus. The pool was perfectly clean, and when the weather cooled off Harold was there after one quick call to turn up the temp. Walking distance to mini-golf so we went twice. I truly can't think of a single thing to improve on. I have already recommended it to friends, and our other adults are talking about renting it again. a true find.

Best family vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 14! We had 7 adults and 7 kids, ages 3-12, who had a blast at the beach and on the pool. The owners thought of everything, with gates on the deck, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach games, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked, the location is within walking distance of a great playground, and the owner was very accessible if we needed anything. We will definitely plan to return!!

First Family Vacation Away in a Long Long Time!

This home was perfect for a family vacation - with my grown children and my very young grandchildren. Lots of space for all to join together in the kitchen and living room and lots of other areas for everyone to have their own space and quiet time with several decks, the pool area and the pavilion. We were on the beach a lot playing in the sand with the kids and fishing and we used the pool several times each day and evening. The home has all the amenities needed for a family vacation. We all took turns making a special dinner for the group and then had an evening out for dinner. There is a museum nearby, nice restaurants, a fenced in playground nearby with a water park and some shops. Quite a lovely area and a very nice home. Kandy, thank you for sharing your home. This House Was Perfect

The house is setup so well for multiple families. We had 7 adults, 1 teenager and 3 younger kids and everyone had a blast! The house is in great condition, just like it looks in the pictures. Kandy is very responsive and helpful with any inquiries and we can't wait to go back again next year!

Amazing!

Our family had an amazing six days at this beach front property! It is just as described and more. The property is extremely clean and fully stocked kitchen to cook any meal. It was close to everything. My husband loves fishing at the pier while we hung out at the beach and pool. Cannot wait to make more memories at this property again soon!

Great for Family Gatherings

Our extended family was lucky enough to spent 5 days at this beautiful location. We have three separate families stay - we had plenty of room to rest and recharge, but this house was also perfectly laid out for our families to gather and not feel cramped. This house, and the location are simply beautiful, and the owners were caring, and quick to check in to make sure everything was just perfect. I cannot recommend this location for families enough!

Perfect for every vacationer

We had a group of 12 ladies and had an awesome time! Beach or hang by the pool at the - you can do it! Kandy was awesome and provided GREAT communication! Publix is 10 min around the corner. Everything was clean and we loved how the place was decorated! Definitely 10 out of 10! Worth every penny!

Amazing oceanfront property!

Stay here! This house was everything we hoped it would be and more, and that is not hyperbole. We had five families (10 adults and 6 kids) stay in this house and it was the perfect set up. The inside of the house was nicer than we imagined and beautifully decorated. The decks are great for morning coffee with an oceanfront view! The location was great, close to the pier, restaurants, and shops, but still private enough on the beach with plenty of room for everyone. We loved swimming in the pool and having breakfast and lunch on the deck. Kandy was great leading up to and throughout our stay with communication. We hope to stay here again soon!

Restful Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend rocking on the front porch and watching the ocean. It was still warm enough to be out on the beach and a few of us even enjoyed the pool. This is a great location and the house had everything we needed. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

Great beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was the perfect house for our Girl's Weekend. Kandy has done great updates to this house - it is beautiful and each room is so nice. - lots of nice touches added! We will definitely be back! Also, one of the women in our group lost her wallet in the house (behind the bed) and Kandy was so helpful in getting a friend to look for it and FOUND IT! Above and beyond what was expected!

I've dreamed of living at the beach since I was a little girl visiting my grandparents on the eastern shore of Maryland. Slowly my family has made their way to the coast of North Carolina and just this spring my husband, Chuck, made my dream come true!! We are so happy to share our home with you and your family. We hope you make memories that last a lifetime.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I love that this property is situated in a way that feels very private. With the hotel next door, their pool and pier are far away from our home. As you walk down the beach you will notice other homes very close to each other. Ours is not that way.
I can sit on the deck and watch my older sons on the beach and in the pool. It's awesome.
No more lugging beach toys and chairs down the street!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You are steps from the sand. Just think of how close the bathroom is to your beach chair!! :) My parents, Harold and Trudy, live in Sunset beach. They are a phone call away if any little thing needs attention.
