Eagle's Base Villa & Cottage - sleeps 26 guests

Eagles Base Villa and Cottage is a beautiful estate located in the lush green mountains of Orange Hill with breathtaking views of the entire southern tip of Tobago and Northern Range of Trinidad. It is located in a sleepy Caribbean mountain village.

The Main Villa has 6 bedrooms which can sleep 15 comfortably, and up to 22 with the additional pull out beds and sofa beds. The 1 bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests with additional sofa beds.

Eagle’s Base Villa & Cottage is a new Holiday Rental just 5 minutes up from Mt.Irvine Beach. Located in the sleepy hills which overlook the whole southern tip of Tobago & surrounding Caribbean Sea, the views are both uninterrupted and breathtaking. On a clear day you can even see the Northern Range of Trinidad peeking out to say hello.

VILLA:
Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a large King size four-poster bed complete with an Indonesian-style mosquito canopy netting, storage shelving & an accent chair. The bed is framed by two large windows which look out at the amazing view making it ideal for a couple seeking some romantic alone time. Equipped with en suite bathroom and shower. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed, storage shelving and a TV. There is a pull out bed queens sized bed and comes with access to it’s own private bathroom. Sleeps 2-4.

Bedroom #3 is designed to hold the whole family with a comfortable Queen size bed & twin bunk beds. It comes with access to it’s own private bathroom. Sleeps 2-4.

Bedroom #4 is outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed, and storage shelving. There is a pull out queen sized bed & comes with access to it’s own private bathroom and walk in closet. Sleeps 2-4.

Bedroom # 5 is designed for a small family with a comfortable full & twin size bunk bed. There is ample room with access to it’s own private bathroom. Sleeps 2-3.

Bedroom #6 is outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed, Futon (full size pull-out), storage cupboards & 40” flat screen Smart TV. The bed is framed by two large windows which look out to the lush garden & amazing view, with access to it’s own private bathroom. There is also a sofa bed. Sleeps 2-4.

A gorgeous open plan Kitchen & Living space opens out on to our large infinity pool deck, thanks to an expansive 40’ wide sliding door set. Two 9’ long Mahogany dining tables comfortably seat 12 guests each allowing for a group of at least 24, and up to 32, to dine overlooking the pool deck and cascading hills below. Around the pool you will find a selection of comfortable seating; from a variety of hammocks, to outdoor sofas, floating lounge chairs and swings. We have even stocked the Villa with yoga mats & other supporting accessories for our Yoga & Meditation practitioners!

Although the property has a colonial style, old world "estate" feel it also has all the modern conveniences and comes fully loaded with high speed WiFi throughout the premises, cable TV,with hundreds of channels, ice maker, chest freezer, and for your additional security and peace of mind there is a state- of- the- art security system and private security emergency response team.

COTTAGE:
Also on the property, there is a separate one bedroom ‘Honeymoon’ Cottage that can accommodate 2 comfortably in a large King sized four-poster bed, or sleep up to 4 with the additional sofa bed & ‘breakfast nook’ convertible sleeping area. A Romantic Jacuzzi and Deck was recently added so couples have the perfect escape with their own private view. The Jacuzzi is big and can hold up to 8 people. The Cottage also comes with a 40" flat screen Smart TV, a private fully-functioning Kitchenette & large wrap-around covered porch, complete with it’s own amazing views of the lush forest & distant Caribbean Sea.

The property is amazing enough on it’s own with lush rolling hills as far as the eyes can see. With so much space and amenities this property is ideal for Weddings, Corporate Retreats, Large Family Gatherings or Group/Yoga Retreats.

Also note that staff may be on the compound from time to time to do necessary maintenance.

Please note that upon booking, guests will receive a contract that must be signed and returned at least 2 weeks before their arrival. This contract requires all guest names, contact details, and valid identification documents for security and emergency purposes. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and providing this information helps us ensure a smooth and secure stay for everyone.

Additionally, please be aware that while our villa & cottage4 sleeps up to 26 persons utilising the pull-out beds and sofa couches, Airbnb only allows up to 16 guests for booking purposes. In cases where the number of guests exceeds this limit, you have the option to either pay for the extra guest fee on Airbnb or directly through us. The extra fee is $50 USD per person per night.
