Cette villa de deux chambres est parfaite pour les jeunes mariés ou les couples voyageant ensemble qui veulent se détendre, se ressourcer et profiter des vues de St. John. Alors que vous vous rendez en ville pour manger, faire du shopping et bien plus est certainement acceptable, vous constaterez que la villa elle-même a à peu près tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade idéale. Cette maison de style ouvert est équipée d'un mobilier confortable, et à l'extérieur, vous trouverez une magnifique terrasse enveloppante avec une piscine à débordement donnant sur la mer et les collines environnantes.

Les couples, les jeunes mariés et les familles apprécieront les nombreux équipements offerts au Reef Madness. Cette villa entièrement climatisée offre une vue panoramique imprenable, deux salles de bains king également équipées, un système de haut-parleurs Sonos extérieur / intérieur, une piscine à débordement, un accès Internet / Wi-Fi haut débit, et a été vraiment construit avec des couples à l'esprit.

La conception des terrasses couvertes garantit les alizés et le soleil ainsi que l'ombre toute la journée.

La grande salle comprend une grande cuisine, des appareils haut de gamme, une salle à manger pour six personnes, une télévision par satellite et un canapé en cuir confortable.

Chacune des deux suites parentales dispose de beaucoup d'espace et comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bains privative, une immense douche à l'italienne, la climatisation, une télévision à écran plat dans une armoire. La chambre à coucher près de la piscine a un lit king avec une tête de lit en cuir et un cadre de lit richement sculpté et une commode.

Beautiful and relaxing Villa over looking Coral Bay

Coral bay is a nice quiet side of St John’s. Local restaurants have been excellent for casual Island Lunches. Reef Madness has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Well stocked with kitchen equipment and updated . appliances.Comfortable beds and sofa to relax on.Bedding, bath room towels all good quality. Enjoyed the music sound system throughout the house and on the pool patio. Infinity pool was a great view over the bay. Highly recommend to meet with the management team so they can show you how to find and navigate the driveway to the home. We would definitely stay here again.

The pictures don’t even do the views or the home justice. Everything was clean and well appointed and the kitchen was full of everything needed to cook meals small or large. We would happily stay here again and again.

Beautiful property with amazing views

This was our first time staying on St. John. Most of our time at the villa was spent outside because the views were just spectacular. We used the pool just about every day and the water temperature was perfect. The inside was very clean, the kitchen had just about everything we needed, and the beds were super comfy. A few things that would have made our stay even better: 1) A working ice maker. We had to purchase ice several times during the week. 2) A workable door leading to the pool. The door could not be shut from the outside so it was useless. 3) A lightbulb in the

Wonderful Home with Beautiful Views

The management company was very onboard with our arrival and departure. A great and comfortable home situated high above the waters of Coral Bay. My wife and i had an amazing time relaxing by the pool in the evenings enjoying the sunrise and sunsets of the St.Johns. Reef Madness is truly on our minds for our next visit.

Beautiful views!

An incredible property, very clean, beautiful, breathtaking view, and well equipped with all you need for a fabulous vacation. Kitchen had everything imaginable and there were also beach chairs, pool noodles, and other floats for both the beach and the pool. Our family had an incredible time. The solar backup power was a lifesaver when several power outages occurred throughout the week. The drive up to the house is an adventure and you should never attempt it without a Jeep or other 4 wheel drive vehicle.

Better than the pictures!!!

I've lost track of how many times I've been to St. John. Over 20 times now. We've stayed in various locations and all types of lodging. Reef Madness is my new all time favorite. The sunrises were spectacular and I never got tired of the view. Best stocked kitchen I've ever seen and large comfy king beds. AC in bedrooms and washer and dryer. Communication with Property Manager was outstanding. Hate to recommend it because I'm afraid it will be booked when I want to come back, but they deserve it.

Perfect

Stayed Jan 13th to 20. We've been to Coral Bay twice before at some nice places but Reef Madness has been the best. Everything was perfect, clean and very well equipped. Pool gets sun all day and is in low 80's. Beds are very comfortable and the villa is equipped with everything. Management was super and very pleasant as well as helpful. I can't say enough. Can not say enough great things about our stay. The house had amazing views and the house was stocked with everything you needed. Check in process was smooth and my husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon so much thanks to reef house. We are dying to come back already.

Absolute Paradise!

We have stayed at many rentals and this one ranks as our all-time favorite! The place is exactly as represented. Antares does a great job of communicating and answering any questions leading up to and during your stay. True professionals! We also used Landlubber Logistics to pick up and stock our provisions at the house prior to arrival, which was a huge benefit. The pool is stunning and our favorite activity at the house was just sitting at pool's edge and gaping at the incredible views, which change from morning until night and are never exactly the same. Often birds and the occasional iguana join you by the pool (all were friendly). Both bedrooms are very comfortable, though there is a slight musty smell in the lower (full disclosure). Our only other issue was several of the cooking pans could be replaced, as they are worn, but we did just fine and cooked and grilled several meals there. We throroughly enjoyed Reef Madness, please don't be discouraged by these two small comments for improvement! There is much discussion in reviews about the driveway and it is a bit challenging the first time up (in the dark), but actually got to be something I had fun with in our 4WD Jeep and looked forward to climbing! Thank you for sharing Reef Madness with us, we would love to return! One side note, if you have a choice, consider an airline with a better record than JetBlue.They stranded us in Puerto Rico on our trip home - a LONG travel day (40 hrs) and $1800+ in new flight costs.

Best Place in Coral Bay!

Once we checked into the property things were amazing! The setup of the rooms separate of the main living area is absolutely perfect for two couples. We spent most all of our time while at the rental outside- either in the pool or at the table just enjoying the view and chatting. The view is better than any photo could convey. And staying in Coral Bay was a more laid back, relaxed vibe- which we loved. Plenty of restaurants around and the beautiful beaches are within 20ish min drive Property has everything you need for beach days- cooler, comfy chairs and snorkel gear. We ordered groceries and they were delivered and fridge was stocked upon our arrival. We used the company Antares suggested. The road getting to the property is no joke- but as long as you’re prepared for it, you’ll be fine. The only real negative was our check in experience. We arrived early and knew check in wasn’t until 4. The property manager (? I assume that’s who it was) text to say she saw our flights had arrived early. I told her we stopped in Cruz Bay to eat since it was early. She said she would her to “Hurry us along, or delay us” to show us around. We weren’t ever told to be there at a specific time… Then we met her at the bottom of the hill leading to the property, and it was just an awkward, unpleasant interaction. It would be a 5++ star experience if there was a way to avoid having to meet someone for check in (on their terms/time). Other texts and check ins from Antares were all really friendly, and since it was such a short interaction we just let it go and enjoyed every other minute of our stay!

Amazing Villa

We truly enjoyed our stay at Reef Madness. The accomdations were clean and it was located perfectly for our daily excursions. This side of the island is nice and quiet but still has access to food, bars and restaurants. We loved all the wild life, especially the neighborhood goats. It was an adventure getting up the driveway everyday! The house was more beautiful than the pictures.

Fabulous stay at Villa Reef Madness

Everything about our stay was perfect! The villa is beautiful and well equipped. Being fully air conditioned was a huge plus! The beds were extremely comfortable and the views are phenomenal. As avid bird watchers, we thoroughly enjoyed the adorable bananaquits that came to the feeder in large numbers. Although the access road is a bit challenging, we got used to it after a couple of trips in and out. We look forward to staying at Villa Reef Madness on our next trip to St John.

This is a Coral Bay Gem!

The house was outstanding, and we loved everything about it. It was cool to be on top of the hill and from most anywhere in Coral Bay you could spot the house! The bedrooms are huge and comfortable. The living room/kitchen is not directly attached to the bedrooms, so noise from people staying up late or going to bed early isn't a problem. The infinity pool was icing on the cake. We even had a Personal Chef come and cook a 5 course meal from this property with ease. He has been there many times because the owners have used him. (just a shout out to Ted's Supper Club! We will be back and we will absolutely rent this house again!

The house is beautiful, full of all the conveniences you could hope for, to make your stay enjoyable. The view from the pool area is stunning, and you can get lost in just sitting and admiring the view and serenity. Great location, walkable to bars/restaurants, and driveable to all the wonderful beaches on the island. A truly amazing holiday home.

Unbelievable property!!!

Wonderful property, easy to work with staff, tough driveway but we got used to it, great location, unbelievably incredible views. I’m ridiculous about germs and cleanliness and this place passed all my standards. Thanks for sharing your outstanding property with us! We had an amazing vacation with unforgettable memories made! Amazing vacation!

This was our second time visiting St. John and it didn't disappoint yet again! This property was exactly what we were expecting! The house is easy to access on the Coral Bay side (very close to Skinny Legs!) and the infinity pool is a dream! Everything was very clean and communication with the property manager was always timely and helpful. It is perfect for two couples because it has two identical bedrooms/bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) and the kitchen/living room is situated away from the bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked well with anything you would need to cook meals there and super nice to have a washer/dryer! My only complaint is they don't really have "beach towels". One bedroom had two larger towels for the beach, but that was it. We had to use older looking bathroom towels and had to wash them every night. So bring your own! Overall, we would absolutely go back to this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time!! Can't wait to relax here again!
