Real Escapes Properties est fier d'offrir cette propriété ßle unique construite à l'origine en 1929 a été entiÚrement rénové en 1996. La maison conserve le caractÚre et le charme d'une maison de plage traditionnelle avec tous les équipements modernes. Lesser Breeze est l'aile de 2 chambres de la plus grande Fuller Breeze. Situé à quelques pas de l'océan dans un quartier calme, à un mile de la jetée et du village sur la piste cyclable pavée de l'ßle. Les intérieurs recréent la maison d'origine construite dans les années 1920 par les grands-parents propriétaires, mais avec tout le confort moderne. Toutes les chambres disposent de plafonds avec des plafonds et de ventilateurs. Parking pour deux voitures. Une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec une cuisiniÚre à gaz, four électrique, lave-vaisselle, et réfrigérateur Stack laveuse / sécheuse, Wi-Fi, et un barbecue à gaz en plein air sont disponibles pour votre usage. Nous espérons que vous apprécierez notre maison autant que nous faisons! St. Simons Island est un endroit spécial chaque saison de l'année. Nous sommes heureux de partager Lesser Breeze avec vous!

Reviewer Comments: This was my 1st trip alone with my kids.loved the location.The 3 panel window in kitchen needs blindsor curtains very creepy at night alone with kids. You can see straight in.Needs to be sprayed saw a few bugs only in bathroom. I would recommend and stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was nice, just had a few issues with cleanliness. Towels left in one of the bedroom hanging behind the door looked like they'd been used. And we had guests - ended up giving the cockroaches names. "Pablo la cucaracha" was humongous.

Hard to lock/unlock sliding glass doors. Had to move the bed after torrential rain due to leaking roof wetting the pillow.

The property was just as described and more! A simple cottage space but so much character like a home away from home. Quiet neighborhood. Listened to birds in the morning with tea on the screened in front porch. Bug free games in the evening on the screened in back porch. Perfectly placed for a quick walk to the beach, dinner, and shopping! Thank you for a memorable getaway.

Wonderful location & roomy!

A very roomy lock out attached to main home. Two bedrooms with comfy beds, a nice size kitchen and living room also. We really enjoyed relaxing on one of the two screened porches. Very walkable to the pier area, other restaurants in a different direction and the beach! Neighborhood was quiet, especially in the evenings. The only thing we saw that could be helpful is to replace/upgrade the microwave
.it works, but was very difficult to maneuver. Would definitely stay here again!

Family House, Near Beach

This is an older house that has obviously been loved by many people. Wood floors, wood ceilings, well equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, pans and dishes. It's a three block walk to a very nice beach. St. Simons Island does a terrific job making beach access easy from multiple points, so you can enter at one point and then walk for however long you like along the beach and then exit back to the streets. The two screened porches are great for chilling. Gas stove and oven. We had a few nice days, but most days were rainy so we didn't get as much beach time as we would of liked. Guess that is typical for spring. But the house was a good jumping off point for touring the area. We visited Ft. Fredericka and Cumberland Island, both were interesting visits. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance...this is a very walking friendly area of town. Cocktails at the King and Prince's Echo Lounge were excellent. The whole area was very dog friendly. There was even a "Stick Library" right near the beach for people who needed a stick to throw for their dog. Bird watching was good and the vibe is very laid back and relaxing.

Quaint House with outside space

The house was as I expected. It was quaint with the seashoe atmosphere. I looked at similarly priced condos which may have offered more apartment-like activities, but they did not have personal outside space. May be a small patio.This house had a roomy screened in porch plus space to sit outside.The kitchen was very well stocked with untensils and appliancesExcept for some reason, silverware. On that, I failed to notice right away. Considering a different minor call in to the management, had I called I would expect they would have a quick response. They were good.I had a chance to see the larger area for probably 10 people, it was very spacey with a beautiful public area.No one occupied that area while we were there.I would definitely return

It was very close to the beach. Note that you will want to have beach chairs if you are visiting the beach as the sand was as hard as a rock. The unit was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our evenings on the screened in porches. Check in and check out was seamless. They even provided recommendations for our stay. We really enjoyed our day trip to Driftwood beach on Jekyll Island.

The home had everything you need - and then some. Kitchen was more than amply stocked- and then there were books, games, puzzles. It was clean, well kept, just a short walk to beach and close to everything. Loved the high ceilings and cozy interior. I don’t have anything negative to say- we enjoyed it so much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lesser Breeze was the perfect cottage for our family for 4. It is by far the most well stocked rental we have stayed at on the island. Plenty of sheets and pillow, kitchen stocked with everything you would need and a living room full of games and books. The fire stick for the TV was easy to use. We were less than a 5 minute golf cart ride from the ocean and super close to the village and pier. We want to try and rent both Fuller and Lesser breeze together and enjoy it with all our extended family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
