Real Escapes Properties est fier d'offrir cette propriété île unique construite à l'origine en 1929 a été entièrement rénové en 1996. La maison conserve le caractère et le charme d'une maison de plage traditionnelle avec tous les équipements modernes. Lesser Breeze est l'aile de 2 chambres de la plus grande Fuller Breeze. Situé à quelques pas de l'océan dans un quartier calme, à un mile de la jetée et du village sur la piste cyclable pavée de l'île. Les intérieurs recréent la maison d'origine construite dans les années 1920 par les grands-parents propriétaires, mais avec tout le confort moderne. Toutes les chambres disposent de plafonds avec des plafonds et de ventilateurs. Parking pour deux voitures. Une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une cuisinière à gaz, four électrique, lave-vaisselle, et réfrigérateur Stack laveuse / sécheuse, Wi-Fi, et un barbecue à gaz en plein air sont disponibles pour votre usage. Nous espérons que vous apprécierez notre maison autant que nous faisons! St. Simons Island est un endroit spécial chaque saison de l'année. Nous sommes heureux de partager Lesser Breeze avec vous!

The property was just as described and more! A simple cottage space but so much character like a home away from home. Quiet neighborhood. Listened to birds in the morning with tea on the screened in front porch. Bug free games in the evening on the screened in back porch. Perfectly placed for a quick walk to the beach, dinner, and shopping! Thank you for a memorable getaway.

Wonderful location & roomy!

A very roomy lock out attached to main home. Two bedrooms with comfy beds, a nice size kitchen and living room also. We really enjoyed relaxing on one of the two screened porches. Very walkable to the pier area, other restaurants in a different direction and the beach! Neighborhood was quiet, especially in the evenings. The only thing we saw that could be helpful is to replace/upgrade the microwave….it works, but was very difficult to maneuver. Would definitely stay here again!

Quaint House with outside space

The house was as I expected. It was quaint with the seashoe atmosphere. I looked at similarly priced condos which may have offered more apartment-like activities, but they did not have personal outside space. May be a small patio.This house had a roomy screened in porch plus space to sit outside.The kitchen was very well stocked with untensils and appliancesExcept for some reason, silverware. On that, I failed to notice right away. Considering a different minor call in to the management, had I called I would expect they would have a quick response. They were good.I had a chance to see the larger area for probably 10 people, it was very spacey with a beautiful public area.No one occupied that area while we were there.I would definitely return

It was very close to the beach. Note that you will want to have beach chairs if you are visiting the beach as the sand was as hard as a rock. The unit was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our evenings on the screened in porches. Check in and check out was seamless. They even provided recommendations for our stay. We really enjoyed our day trip to Driftwood beach on Jekyll Island.

Plenty of sheets and pillow, kitchen stocked with everything you would need and a living room full of games and books. The fire stick for the TV was easy to use. We were less than a 5 minute golf cart ride from the ocean and super close to the village and pier. We want to try and rent both Fuller and Lesser breeze together and enjoy it with all our extended family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lesser Breeze, St Simons Island,

I've stayed here occasional weeks for years and can attest it's as advertised. It's comfortable, clean, everything works, and it's not fussy. One relaxes on walking in the door, the kids can spread out, the beach and stores are convenient, and the grounds are a delight. I find whatever I need in the kitchen, enjoy the A/C if it's hot out, and am thoroughly pampered. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, the birding is great, and the beaching is superb with warm inviting water for swimming and ideal waves at high tide for buggieboarding and body surfing. The kids love the pool in St. Simons, the water park thing on Jekyl and a bit of freedom. Further afield, we've visited Cumberland, the Okeefenokee Swamp, the lighthouse, and Fort Frederika. For myself and my family, it's a highpoint.
