Hi, we’re Jeremy and Laura — lifelong Michigan residents and proud small-business owners here in Crystal. We live right next door, so if you need anything during your stay, we’re nearby and happy to help (while always respecting your privacy).

We built this lakefront condo in 2018 with one goal in mind: to share the beauty and peace of Crystal Lake with others. Between running our local businesses — like Ike’s Ice Cream Shack, Farmer in the Dell, and Crystal Lake Cottages — we spend as much time as we can on the water, enjoying the same sunsets and sandy shoreline you’ll see from the balcony.

Our home sits right on the north shore of Crystal Lake, where every day starts with the sparkle of sunrise on the water and ends with golden light dancing across the waves. Mornings are calm and peaceful — perfect for coffee on the balcony or a walk along the shoreline — while afternoons bring the laughter of boats, swimmers, and families enjoying the lake.

The Crystal community is small, friendly, and full of classic Michigan charm. You can stroll or golf cart into town for hand-dipped cones at Ike’s Ice Cream Shack, burgers at the lakeside restaurants, or live music on summer nights and weekends. Everything is close enough to walk, yet far enough away to feel private and peaceful.

What we enjoy most is the sense of simplicity and connection here — neighbors waving from their docks, kids swimming, and those quiet evenings when the lake turns glassy and still. It’s the kind of place that reminds you to slow down, breathe in the fresh air, and appreciate the moment.

Just steps below, your private sandy beach awaits. The shoreline is shallow, clear, and perfect for swimming, lounging, or launching a kayak or paddleboard. Kids can play safely in the soft sand while adults relax under the sun or dip their toes in the water. It’s the kind of peaceful, easy lake living that people dream about — and it’s all yours, right outside your door.

The home itself was built new in 2018 and designed for comfort and connection — with a spacious open floor plan, a 500 sq. ft. covered balcony overlooking the water, and modern amenities like fiber-optic internet, UltraHD Smart TVs, and a full standby generator so you’re comfortable no matter the weather.

But what really makes it special is the care and pride we put into it. We live right next door, maintain everything ourselves, and love sharing this lake with guests who appreciate its beauty as much as we do.
