Cinnamon Beach Vacations, la première agence de location de la communauté, est fière de proposer le CB 532. Réaménagé du plafond au sol, ce paradis en bord de mer est un véritable chez-soi. Mobilier flambant neuf, nouveaux appareils, peinture fraîche, même ventilateurs de plafond design. Les propriétaires n'ont épargné aucune dépense.

Commençons par les vues. Au 3ème étage, les visuels en bord de mer offrent plus que de belles vues sur l’océan, mais ils offrent également une vue sur le vert, emblématique de Par 3, signé par Nick Nickle. La promenade de la plage est juste à côté du bâtiment pour un accès rapide à la plage. La suite principale de roi avec le curseur privé à la véranda est une conception unique à ce plan d'étage particulier. La 2ème chambre queen et la 3ème chambre avec lits superposés offrent des écrans plats HD pour regarder des films et rester en sécurité.

En plus de la plage et des piscines, vous pourrez profiter d'un certain nombre d'activités dans cet endroit vierge. Faites du canoë, du kayak, de la voile ou prenez un bateau sur l'un des nombreux canaux et cours d'eau de la région. Miles et miles de sentiers panoramiques sont parfaits pour la marche, le jogging, le vélo et l'observation des oiseaux. Profitez d'un pique-nique ou faites une randonnée dans l'un des 40 parcs et réserves locaux. Nagez avec les dauphins à Marineland. Explorez les sites historiques de la plus ancienne ville du pays, St. Augustin. Marcher sur la jetée à Flagler Beach ou satisfaire votre besoin de vitesse au Daytona International Speedway.

Il y a beaucoup à faire et à voir, ou choisissez de vous détendre et de ne rien faire du tout. Nous sommes assez près pour une excursion d'une journée à Orlando, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center et plus encore. Lorsque vous êtes prêt à échapper à la foule et la circulation, vous pouvez revenir ici et profiter du "côté calme de la Floride".

Beach get away

The condo was very eye appealing. Walking in the door your eye was drawn to the ocean view! Easy access to the beach and pools. We enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyable stay

Stayed four days. Unit was clean. Master bed in primary bedroom was very comfortable. Easy access to beach and pools were very enjoyable. We also had fun at game room. All on all a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful stay - great views

Quiet, clean and exactly as advertised. We loved our stay here and will be back! Full sized washer/dryer, ample space, beautiful kitchen and the VIEWS!!!! Beach access was convenient and it was wonderful to see the sunrise and see the pelicans flying by. Took advantage of the golf course nearby and lovely restaurants.

Also came with beach chairs and accessories as well as a box of toys which was perfect for a kids! Would definitely come back and stay!

The kitchen was well stocked and the condo as a whole was very clean.

This property was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The pictures show a small grill on the porch which was not available so plan accordingly. We ate at JT's one night and it was wonderful. If you are looking for a clean, well maintained property, I would highly recommend this unit.

I believe the mattresses were memory foam and the problem is you sink into them which I dislike. Also, there is very little to do in the area unless you go back and forth over a toll bridge.

Reviewer Comments: While we did have a great time, we feel stays at other resorts were just as nice and we didn’t pay asMuch!We think we are paying for the golf courses on the premises along with the beautiful landscaping/flowers for the full time residences.Additionally, there were kids in the “adult “ pool when the family/ kids pool was across the street.It’s a lovely area, the condo was beautiful but the this resort is way overpriced.Dogs barking while being walkedIn grassy area out front at 7am is not an alarm we requested.

Maintenance is lacking

Reviewer Comments: Condo is lovely and a great location, but sadly there were numerous maintenance issues (broken ice maker, missing shelves in refrigerator, dryer was absolutely packed with sand and debris, overhead lights burned out, slider screen wheel stuck so you couldn’t move it without it falling off.) I understand that these things happen, but the bigger issue is that numerous calls to maintenance (number provided in book), no one ever came to fix any of it!

Loved the community and the town. Our favorite treat was going to Raga Coffee and it sounds crazy, but we loved sitting on the balcony the day it rained. Sometimes you just have to stop and rest. We do recommend adding nice beach chairs for your guests to use. Most all beach condos we stay in have them. Overall great stay!
