Maison rĂ©novĂ©e au coeur de l'une des plus anciennes demeures historiques de Louisville. Cette maison est une chambre et une salle de bain, mais peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  4 adultes (2 couples), et il y a de la place pour un couple d'enfants. À distance de marche de Waterfront Park, idĂ©al pour Thunder Over Louisville! Également Ă  proximitĂ© de Louisville Slugger Field, du centre KFC Yum, de Whiskey Row et de tous les musĂ©es du centre-ville tels que le Muhammad Ali Center, le Louisville Science Center, le Frazier Historical Arms Museum et le Louisville Slugger Museum. Également Ă  proximitĂ© de Churchill Downs, de l'aĂ©roport, de l'universitĂ© de Louisville et du stade Papa John's.

The best Vrbo in Louisville

I love this Vrbo -perfect size and location is great -I feel very safe here and just minutes from the park and bridge -Teresa is an amazing host will never stay at another while I am in town !

Delightful get away near Whiskey row

Charming one bedroom with nicely appointed kitchen. Minutes from whiskey row area. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Would definitely return to this property.

Beautiful apartment in a very nice neighborhood. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and extremely clean. Teresa was communicative and left nice goodies as treats to eat! I would definitely stay there again!

Fun romantic weekend

This was a great house to stay in, easy walk into downtown, and great neighborhood. Property was stocked with snacks and water which was a great surprise! Owner checked in to see if we needed anything during stay. I would highly recommend this spot for a fun couples getaway, and next time we are in Louisville, we will be staying here!

Butchertown Treasure

My wife and I stayed at this property for 4 nights while we explored Louisville for a few days. The property, host and neighborhood couldn't have been any better. We enjoyed everything about it and will make plans to visit again. Thanks again for everything Teresa!!

Great stay. Quiet neighborhood.

House is in great condition. Everything works, is well stocked. Our hostess even provided tourist info and a few snacks. Very comfortable and clean. We forgot to pack an alarm clock, but, no problem - the church across the street rang its bell every morning starting at 7 AM.

Louisville Weekend

Really nice restored row house in a great area. Easy walk to many restaurants, breweries, and shops. We're bike riders, and its just a short ride to the Big 4 bridge area and trails (cross over to Indiana for a much nicer trail than the Louisville Loop in that area). The bells from the church across the street each morning were great. The laundry was a little hard to find in the basement, but worked out well anyway. We'd definitely stay here again.

Best in Butchertown

We have stayed in Butchertown before and loved it, but staying in this house just made it even better. Pictures do not do it justice! Incredibly clean but also very easy to feel at home and comfortable. There were many thoughtful touches like snacks, supplies for coffee, ect... Plenty of towels and the bedding was fresh and cozy. The historical nature of the house along with all the modern amenities caused us to spend a lot of time relaxing and just hanging out in the house. When we did venture out the location made it easy to quickly get to all of our favorite neighborhoods. There was always parking available in front. Teresa was readily available to answer questions and extremely helpful and friendly. You can tell there was a great deal of time and effort put into this gorgeous shotgun house to make it the perfect rental property.

We truly enjoyed our stay the location (beautiful neighborhood) was perfect and the home was lovely. Our host was very attentive. Be sure to check out the Swirling Tiger for some great coffees and treats!

Lovely Stay in the Heart of Louisville

We really enjoyed staying at the property; we had everything we needed, privacy, and could walk to many restaurants and shops. We had no issues with parking and the home was very comfortable. We only had a couple of days, but would have enjoyed more time.

This is a beautiful home with high ceilings, and hardwood floors. Very clean, and convenient location. The host was helpful, and checked in to see if we needed anything and make sure we were comfortable. I will definitely stay here again

Wonderful neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay in this historic home...perfect location for our sightseeing goals. Spacious, clean and accommodating. Most of our stay was during 90 and 92 degree temps and there were some issues keeping all the rooms cool, but the owner was prompt in responding to our needs and to help us out. Many Thanks to her hospitality!!!

Butchertown Stay

We enjoyed the beauty of this old renovated brick brownstone home. Perfect location for us. Close to downtown and easy access to freeway system to explore the Kentucky hills and the historic Bourbon Trail. Thanks for sharing your home. We loved it!

The home in Butchertown was immaculate, the trees were blooming and the church across the street stunning. Parking was an issue at times due to church services and events at the nearby sports complex, however we parked a block away and with an hour parking freed up. We willl undoubtedly look for this VRBO in the future!

Quaint and clean

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. It is a lovely, quaint home in a pretty centralized area from what we could tell. The house was very clean and the check in process was seamless. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!
