Overall it is a nice cabin. Needs some maintenance. My biggest concern was for the 1 yr old. The pickets on the deck seemed to far apart. She could get through. So safety was a concern. Only 5 forks for 8 guests left us running to buy plastic. I would look around a bit more if booking in same area.
The cabin is located in a great area! It was easy to get to and in the middle of going to either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Our kids LOVED the arcade games and bunk beds, that was their space, as they referred to it. The cabin was very clean and had everything that we needed.
The cabin was beautiful and
very comfortable furnishings. It was a perfect location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We really enjoyed the games and the hot tub and the huge porch. Check-in was easy, and the staff were wonderful to help with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend, and would love to stay with Aunt Bugs again.
This cabin was great. Description was accurate and all around very nice. When we had issues getting the hot tub to heat, the management went out do their way to help. We really enjoyed the tub and game room area. Plenty of space and it was clean.
This was one of my favorite vacations spots to date! The cabin was in the perfect spot to view the mountains. The wrap around porch was perfect for drinking coffee and watching the beautiful scenery! The Cabin was the perfect size for our family of 6. Pacman game upstairs was a huge plus! Hot tub was much needed and enjoyed, perfect position to watch the sunset! We will be back and already have friends asking for the info!
We were very happy with this cabin. The rooms were spacious and the whole place was very clean. The hot tub worked great. The kids loved the game room. We had a question about how to light the fireplace and the rental company was very responsive in helping us figure it out. We couldn't tell if the windows had blinds from the pictures but they do. The location was also very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
Overall the cabin was nice, comfortable and in a good and quiet location. Definitely needs some updates to furniture and amenities but was clean. Property manager was quick to help and address issues we discovered on our stay there. Would recommend adding some additional amenities to the kitchen as it was very slim pickings for cooking and preparing meals.
Cabin was very nice. Was a little dated in some areas but nothing I would complain about. There were several cobwebs inside and outside the house. A lot of light switches. Couldnât figure out what went to what. Porches were very nice. Overall I would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay very much at this cabin. It was very clean and the property has been well maintained. There was even a bear who paid a visit. My only complaint is that the plug-ins in the bedrooms only work if the main light switch is on. This made it difficult to charge devices while sleeping. This is also a first world problem. Overall, highly recommend this cabin.
Very nice. Could use a few more dishes. Even a box of tissues would have been nice. Spider webs on the ceiling could be cleaned. Overall for the lite but of time we were there it was great!
Couldn't watch TV before bed.....service went in and out, but I wasn't there for that.
We had a great stay in this cabin. To be honest though we werenât there very much! Itâs only a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The only complaint that I had with the cabin was that there were way to many outlets that did not work. It was like this in almost every room. Kitchen did have dishes and pots and pans but not a whole lot. Didnât bother us though because we were on vacation and momma wasnât cooking! Cabin was clean with one complaint of cobwebs but with that being said there were very few bugs in the cabin! We would recommend staying here! Thanks for a great weekend!
We were not happy at all with the cleanliness of this cabin. By far the worst we have been to. There were 3 large pizza crusts under the main bedroom. I spotted them as soon as I was at the bedroom door so was very viable. The bedroom smelled awful like dirty feet. Spider webs all over the cabin. I ran into one in the kitchen that had a large black spider. There was only 2 towels in the main bathroom. I had to go into this cabin clean and spray with Lysol before we got settled in. I messaged the manager and was told it would be awhile before anyone could come. When I rented this cabin I did see some reviews that was low due to cleanliness I was hoping that it had got worked out. It did not and I would never recommend this property to anyone.
The best thing about this cabin was the location to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin was nice but definitely not one of the best we have had in the last several years. The kitchen lacks a few essentials if you like to cook like we prefer to do - we would just get a hotel if we wanted to eat out every night. No mixing bowls or baking pans and not much silverware. Definitely not a well stocked kitchen like we have experienced in all our other VRBO experiences.
The kids loved the bunk beds but the placement of the game table is very inconvenient and difficult to get around without running into it. Everyone enjoyed the Golden Tee golf game though!
The beds were comfortable but I would personally recommend some different lighting options - in the upstairs bedroom you couldnât have the bedside light on without the main light on. If you want to watch TV you better leave the lights one because as soon as you shut them off the TV goes off as well.
Aunt Bugs was very responsive when we let them know the screen door blew off in the night due to some wind. They said their team would come fix it that day but never showed. Luckily it didnât affect our day to day.
The view is of trees - not much of a Mountain View which I was hoping for but I suppose I didnât look well enough at the pictures in the listing.
