3 chambres 2 salles de bain, très bien situé à Fulton / Rockport.
1 King, 1 Queen, et 2 lits jumeaux.
Plan d'étage de style ouvert permet de divertir facilement, une immense terrasse à l'extérieur avec une grande cour est idéale pour les activités extérieures!
Décoré si mignon que vous vous sentirez déjà à la plage!
La chambre principale a un lit king size et la salle de bain principale a un combo baignoire / douche. La chambre queen dispose d'une salle de bains privative. La chambre à deux lits a un lit gigogne pour les invités supplémentaires ou les enfants.
Grande table ronde pouvant accueillir 6 personnes et adjacente à la cuisine bien approvisionnée où vous pouvez préparer et préparer tous vos repas
L'extérieur dispose d'une grande terrasse avec une grande table de pique-nique pouvant accueillir 8 sous la paume ombragée. Barbecue disponible pour utilisation aussi!
Il y a beaucoup de place pour vous et votre famille / invités à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.
Si vous amenez votre bateau il y a beaucoup de places de parking pour votre bateau et une autre voiture ou 2! La rampe de bateau est juste 1 pâté de maisons tout droit dans la rue, et appât boutique à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons!
Il est juste une courte distance en voiture du centre-ville de Rockport et un trajet encore plus court à Rockport Beach, à moins de 5 minutes.
Il y a beaucoup à voir et à faire ici à Rockport, même après l'ouragan Harvey a essayé de tout prendre! Rockport bat son plein et est prêt pour votre visite!

Such an amazing little place with everything needed.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything we needed. Just a short drive to the beach, Walmart & heb are right up the road as well. Restaurants all around, even a cute little sushi joint right across the street! My family & I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to visit Rockport!

COTTAGE IN FULTON

The house has an open floor plan and very comfortable beds in the Master and the 2nd bedroom. The third bedroom is very small and has a trundle twin bed. (We did not use the third bedroom,) It is walking distance to a fish market and shopping street in Fulton.) It is about a block to the water, but there is not a beach there. We drove to Rockport for shopping and the beach. It is very close to the HEB supermarket. Eat at Capt'n Bennys for the food and entertaining staff.

Incredible charming home in the perfect location

Spectacular clean home. Decorated beautifully and very comfortable with all the amenities that we needed. Located in a peaceful neighborhood which is close to everything you would want: Beach, food, shopping, boating, fishing, birdwatching, pleasure walks or running, children's playground, post office, bar and music along with a large selection of restaurants. We walked or biked everywhere. Each day we lounged on the large sun deck where we were able to unwind and relax under the palm trees. The service from the owners was incredible, very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend this property.

My Family and I stayed in this very lovely and comfortable cottage 4th of July weekend. It had plenty of room for all of us. Very clean and adorably decorated. Fully stocked with all things needed. The front deck was great for our family to come together after long days out on the boat or at the beach. We have always loved the Rockport/Fulton area and will definitely be back and this will be the first place we book. I highly recommend staying here. Wonderful weekend in Rockport!

Very comfortable, clean home in Rockport. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Comfortable beds, new washer and dryer and nice porch to sit out on and quiet neighborhood. Even had a grill to use although we didn't use it. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to bring a family

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Having 3 bedrooms was great for our 4 generation family! The washer/dryer came in handy and we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening watching pelicans and gulls fly overhead. Enjoyed using the gas grill. The king size bed in the master bdrm was comfy. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of bath towels. (The kitchen needs dish towels; we used hand towels from the bath.) We would book again.

Love the Life you Live, Live the Life you Love! Born and raised here in Texas just a few miles from here. My grandparents were actually from Rockport and are buried in the nearby cemetery. We love Rockport and Fulton more! Hosting people is what I've been doing my whole life.

We love Fulton, we are actually on the road that splits Rockport from Fulton. We love the location, a block from the water and a short walk to all the best restaurants in the city. Entertainment just a short walk away!
