GREAT WEEKEND

very pleased with condo. Boat garage was nice . Close to A Bay and other attractions. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

modern and beautiful. We prefer dining room table with chairs. one negative: the air conditioner was loud and very irritating. I tried switching to fan only, but was unsuccessful

Sorry you were disappointed Verne. Review of the photos would have shown you 2 seating areas for dining, 1. The bar seating with Chairs facing the kitchen and 2. There are photos of The coffee table that raises up in front of couch to a comfortable height to eat at. Wish you had let me know. The A/C does cool but is being evaluated for replacement. This condo is clean and professionaly decorated the boat house is awesome I would definitely stay again in the future.

Fantastic condo

This was a great place for our family of 4 plus grandparents. Only thing we missed was a table to eat around. Otherwise was clean, convenient and comfortable.

Love this place! Very clean, well equipped, had everything we needed. Owner's communication was excellent !! She checked on us to see if there was anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was better than described!

This location was absolutely perfect for our quick summer getaway. It is such a relief to open the door to a rental and find it that it matched and exceeded the description. Communication with owners was superb, even going out of their way to return left behind items.

Last minute get away

Planned a last minute vacation to the 1000 island and came upon Michelle's place. What a great find! Plenty of room for our family of 4, and plenty of amenities. Highly recommend if your looking to explore the 1000 islands

Great spot, great time

The place was perfect It was very clean and had all the amenities. We caught lots of quality fish and it was great to keep my boat in the boathouse each night and during a few periods of rain. The property is close to everything. We went into Alexandria Bay by boat for dinner a few nights and cooked a nice meal at home on the barbecue. I would definitely recommend it.

Home away from home

Quiet, convenient location, excellent river access. The boat house makes this property very desirable if you are looking to spend time on the river fishing or just cruising. Communication with the landlord was exceptional. This is the one you want! Thanks again Michelle.

Birthday Week

We had a great 5 day stay at the Villas with our adult kids. The villa was absolutely adorable, spotless and comfortable. We cooked 3 meals and ate out two nights with our family of 6. The boathouse was perfect to store our boat the entire time. The boating was amazing ... highly recommend a gps. We fished and cruised daily. The area was very quiet and just outside Alex Bay. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, immaculate, awesome boat garage!

Awesome experience. Villa is clean, comfortable, linens and towels are top notch. This was a great place for our family to call home while we were visiting the Thousand Islands. Boat garage was super convenient on quiet bay/marina. It’s just a quick walk or bike ride to Alexandria Bay shops and restaurants. The owner was so kind and helpful, made the rental process super smooth, she even contacted us to suggest activities for the rainy days. Couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay in this unit. It was exactly as described. Clean and nicely maintained. This was our first time in the Thousand Islands area. Michelle was such a help suggesting restaurants and activities to do in the area. Very prompt responses to all my inquiries (I think I may have asked too many questions but she happily answered all!). Will come back again soon!

First Time Alexandria Bay

We often boat on the St. Lawrence, particularly near the Massena, NY area. It was a fantastic experience; Michelle was an incredible host, the home was beautiful, and having a garage for the boat was an added bonus. The marina across the way was excellent, although the entrance was not well-marked. The town was crowded, but we drove to Watertown in the evening for some shopping, which was pleasant. The home had everything we needed and it was quiet to sleep.
