Louez un vélo et explorez les kilomÚtres de pistes cyclables qui sillonnent le complexe.

Cette villa rénovée dispose de 2 lits king-size, de 2 salles de bains complÚtes, d'un plafond à poutres apparentes, d'un balcon privé donnant sur la lagune paisible et d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée. Cette charmante villa propose une balade à vélo pratique vers Harbourtown. Vous pourrez également vous rendre au club de plage Sea Pines ou faire une balade à bord du chariot gratuit Sea Pines Trolley.

Cette villa est chien amical pour les petits chiens pendant les saisons non-pic. Exclut toutes les semaines d'été.

Perfect location. We walked to Harbour Town everyday. The condo was clean and perfect fit for our family which includes an adorable cockpit.

Great Spot!

This property is in an absolutely fantastic location! The Sea Pines Resort is awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities and the atmosphere. We look forward to returning!

Great location. Unit is older. Fridge is old with no ice or water from outside the fridge. Kitchen is small. Porch is unusable in the afternoon.. Porch has plastic chairs that get way too hot (no pillows found for chairs).

Love the coziness of the unit and the view from the windows in the living area. The voltage ceiling was adorable and the beds were comfy. The kitchen is a bit small, but who’s cooking big meals on vacation?!

Tennis weekend

We were in Hilton Head for the state tennis tournament. The location in Sea Pines was perfect. So close to the Shoppes at Sea Pines for wonderful dinners. I was able to ride my bike everywhere and I could walk to watch my husband play tennis.

We rode bikes to sea pines beach club, Harbortown (2-3 mins away), as well as Sea Pines village (breakfast with mimosas, dinner, bike rentals, and coffee shop!). Everything you need is here, including a pool, tennis court and pickle ball court. We look forward to coming back and staying here. We will forever cherish the memories we made with our children especially with our dog who took her last pilgrimage here thanks to 2407 Lighthouse Tennis. THANK YOU!

Location - Location - Location

Great location! You can bike or take trolley to the beach. The villa is close to a trolley pick up. Bike or walk to Harbour Town! Plenty of great restaurants that are close! Plenty to do! Very clean! The tennis courts that are accessible with this villa have 1 court marked for pickelball. The pool is convenient and clean! Will definitely stay here again!

A great spot in Sea Pines

This condo is great - comfortable, easy and a quick ride to either Harbour Town or the beach. Bed was super comfortable, easy to get settled and we had just what we needed. A very nice stay and we would happily stay here again!

Great location

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was a wonderful location on the island. We rented bikes and rode to the beach. The unit had everything we needed and it was delightful to bring our furry child too. We loved the deck overlooking the pond and access to the pool too. Communication with the rental agency was easy and helpful. We would love to come again!

Clean Pet-Friendly Villa in Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the tennis villas. Having rented quite a few pet-friendly places over the years, I can say that many places seem somewhat unclean and many have a distinct scent to them. Not this place! We found it clean and fresh smelling upon our arrival. Nicely decorated, too. A perfect location within Sea Pines. There were a few things that we didn't like and the villa showed definite signs of aging in places. Also, tennis enthusiasts should be aware that the included courts have been contracted out to Smith-Stearns for a number of hours in both the morning and afternoons so that's something to keep in mind.

Clean and nice view

The property was very clean and had a nice view of the pond. You have to travel by trolley or car to get to the beach. Close to Harbor Town with restaurants and shopping.

Snow Birds in Low Country

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent two months (December 2022 – January 2023) at Lighthouse Tennis villas. The villa was very beautiful, comfortable and spacious for two guests and a cat for two months. The wall to wall windows of the dining and living room gave us a great view of the pond from anywhere in the villa. Our cat was mesmerized with everything he could see. We would see alligators, turtles, herons, anhingas and egrets almost every day. The unit is on the second floor and has a beautiful cathedral ceiling (?). This is not there in the first floor units.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cutlery. All the appliances worked perfectly without a hitch. The two king sized beds were spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets.The management company was very professional and helpful. We had several logistical issues with the periodic maintenance in the unit due to our cat. They were very understanding and helped schedule the maintenance so our cat was safe. All key codes and passes were sent to us before our arrival so we could move in directly when we arrived. We interacted with Selena, Crane and Dakota and they were super helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Wish the pool had been open. Love the bike paths. House clean& nice. We thought there should be better 💡 lighting in bedrooms for reading. Also need more towel hooks for wet towels. We had trouble with the TV and DVD player. Woman explained instructions for TV and she had to purchase a new DVD for us, which was very nice of her to buy and install it for us. So, on our 4 th night there we could have arch the 2 movies we brought with us.
