Ce charmant condo de deux chambres à Holmes Beach offre une piscine commune, deux vérandas grillagées, et un accès facile à la plage, au restaurant et au shopping, offrant à tous une expérience de vie insulaire relaxante et sans stress.

Vous serez situé sur l'île centrale Anna Maria, assez proche de l'Intracoastal Highway pour l'apercevoir de votre porte arrière. Et juste quelques pâtés de maisons, vous pouvez couler vos orteils dans les plages de sable de quartz chaudes et pulvérisées. Vous aurez deux places de stationnement attribuées et se déplacer autour de l'île en voiture est facile. Mais si vous préférez les laisser garées, prenez le chariot climatisé qui circule sur presque toute l'étendue de l'île pour vous déplacer. Dirigez-vous vers le nord jusqu'à la ville d'Anna Maria et promenez-vous sur Pine Street pour y trouver boutiques et restaurants. Essayez les sushis à Ocean Star, ou plus près de chez vous, arrêtez chez M. Os pour une cuisine savoureuse du monde entier.

The location is perfect for getting groceries, the free trolley and the free bus off the island as well as a short walk to beach. However, the photo for the second bedroom is incorrect. There is no furniture in it except a queen sized bed. I had to use a kitchen chair for a bedside table and search for a lamp to put on it. The washer didn’t work, the dishwasher didn’t work, the bath mat in master bedroom has dirty footprints on it, the second bedroom had dirty footprints on the walls, and the keyless entry didn’t work due to a dead battery. They brought a battery over the day we were leaving! We have stayed in various condos on this property over the past 15 years, including this one. This was by far the worst condition I’ve ever seen! For the price you are charged, it’s very poor accommodations.

Great location, cute condo, NOT A BEACH VIEW!

Overall, this is a well-located, comfortable condo in a great location, near shopping & restaurants and two blocks from a great beach. However, it's a bit run down and the description "Beach View Apartments" is hugely misleading! The complex is located behind a Publix and your view is either a wall, a parking lot or the little swimming pool between buildings. I think the next person will have a better stay, because I spent the better part of my week there requesting and fielding repairs: Internet, dryer, refrigerator leak and more. And the generic corporate Vacasa customer service is a disaster. I lost hours on hold with their supposed "instant help" team. That said: It was super convenient to be right by a Publix and other shops. The living room, kitchen and lanai were cozy and serviceable. Decent bedding on comfortable beds in the bedrooms, but nothing fancy. The kitchen is BARE though - didn't even have coffee filters, salt/pepper, anything to give you a head start on cooking. You get dishes, pots & pans, flatware & utensils, a few appliances and glassware. On your own for everything else. The owner, who I connected with on the installation of a new internet account, was very nice. It's the management company that's the problem.

The property was dirty when we arrived, with splatter marks on the wall, trash on the floor, under the furniture etc.. stained couches, mold in the bathroom, cracked tile in the shower, and ants or some other small bugs crawling EVERYWHERE. The bugs were in the beds, on the counters, pretty much in every crevice of the property. We had to throw out food due to the bugs. The Internet did not work as advertised and we could never get the cable TV to work. We made multiple attempts at getting someone back to clean, however they just seemed to clean small spots here and there, and not a deep clean that should have been done before we arrived. The Air-conditioning stopped working and we were never advised as far as getting it fixed. There were several nights where we decided to stay with other family on their couch due to the cleanliness, functionality, and bug problem.

Great location but musty, urine smell inside!

The size and the layout of the condo is very nice, very convenient location, close to grocery shops and restaurants, short walk to the beach. But there were major things that need repairs and immediate attention. When we first walked into the condo we felt a musty unpleasant smell inside but the worst thing was the strong urine smell coming out of the old and dirty sofas in the living room. We reached out to management and they promised to send someone in but no one ever came. So used all of the blankets we found in the condo to cover the sofas but that didn’t help much, so the only thing we could do is to avoid being in the living room at all. The condo needs not only furniture replacement but some major renovations with broken tiles and holes in the wall in the guest bathroom, falling blinds and hardly sliding closet doors in guest bedroom, broken curtain rod in master bedroom. The description states there is a Wi-Fi but it didn’t work most of the times. If all of those issues were resolved, the condo would be a very nice place to stay.

Worst Rental Ever!

Our many rental experiences in the past have always been positive with all properties meeting or even exceeding expectations. This rental was different....it was absolutely the worst place that we've ever stayed. Fortunately, it was only for a week. Our expectations were based on photos, description and reviews. The photos certainly do not reflect reality. This place was dirty, outdated, worn-out and in need of numerous repairs. Some examples include: a bad moldy odor when we first entered, stained living room furniture which we would not sit on, ground-in dirt in old carpeting, vertical blinds that had the slats falling off if they were moved, bathroom faucet handle ready to fall off (we fixed it), burned-out light bulbs when we first arrived (does anyone check these things between guests?), five out of six beach towels that had brown or red stains (what could that be?), an exposed electrical wire on one of the screened in areas.....there's more but hopefully you get the point. Avoid this place! The one positive is location....a short walk to the beach, grocery and drug stores and a few restaurants. But keep in mind that ANYPLACE that you rent on Anna Maria Island is an easy walk to the beach so really it's no advantage for this property. If you're really looking to stay in Holmes Beach / Anna Maria Island there are very likely better choices than this property! Carl & Alicja

Great location, but the condo needs some upkeep and the management needs to be more responsive

The location is great! Very convenient access to everything. The pool was nice. The condo needs updated. In addition, there are many missing vertical blinds in each bedroom, so privacy in the second bedroom was an issue. We've stayed in a lot of different beach condos/houses over the years, and this was the first one that barely had any beach items for use. There were only two beach chairs, which we used every day, but we've stayed in other places that have a wagon, beach umbrella, sand toys, extra chairs, etc... In addition, an extra set of beach towels would be nice. The wifi was terrible. We called about it (left a message that was never returned so we had to call again) and nothing was ever done to remedy it. We also sent an email regarding a separate issue that was never returned. Lastly, a laundry basket or two would be a cheap but nice addition to the laundry area.

The most relaxing place to stay for family

Beach view #5 was perfect, walk to grocery or cvs, walk to beach, walk to bars and restaurants, and ice cream shops. It’s the best place to vacation to just chill with family and friends. Ever!

great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on AMI at this property. We've stayed at a lot of beach properties in various places over the years, know what to expect, and don't have over-expectations. Having said that, this unit was very comfortable and seemed well-maintained. The owner must be a back-sleeper, because the mattress is the firmest I've ever felt, but it wasn't terrible after you get used to it. Having two BR with king beds was really nice. The lanais are wonderful and one of the attractions for us initially. The location was really about perfect. It's right behind the shopping center but the traffic is on the far side, so not a distraction or safety issue behind, and the easy walking access was a huge plus. The walk to the beach is short and easy, and the beach spot is just south of the crowd at the county park, so not terribly busy. As noted by other reviewers, access to the rest of the island is really easy, either on the shuttle or by driving. I should also note that even with the accessible location, this property felt fairly secluded and quiet.

Great condo

Loved the area, the trolley, the screened in porches, especially the back porch with pool view, well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. Only one complaint, the mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced.

Location, location, location

This condo is in the central part of Anna Maria Island and therefore is close to everything. You can walk to Publix in 2 min, great pizza take-out two minutes away. trolley, public bus stop to Bradenton, all just a few minutes away. What could be better? You really don’t need a car! Having a sheltered heated pool allows you the option to swim safely when the winds are too strong at the beach. We had 4 days where the beach had red flags flying so swimming in the pool made a great option, especially since it was over 90 degrees most days we were there. Wouldn’t go to Anna Maria without a pool with my accommodations. The condo was very roomy and we especially liked the two large Lanais. We ate on the lanai every night enjoying the lovely weather. This is the third time we’ve stayed in this condo complex and will probably book it again the next time we’re on AMI.

Fantastic Vacation.

Beautiful and well maintained. The most convenient place to stay especially if you have children. A walk to Publix, Icen Cream, and Walmart. Easy walk to the beach and a pool to jump in at the end of the day! Superb!

AMI two bedroom condo

large enough to "get away"; walking distance to almost everything you need; free trolley every 20 minutes to take you the length of the Island. condo was well equipped and very comfortable, with heated pool, which was never too crowded. some confusion getting in at check-in time, as maid had not finished. not sure who was at fault, as it was difficult to communicate with maid. tile floor NEEDED washing. otherwise, quite happy!!

Great Location

I've been going to Anna Maria yearly since 2002.This is one of the best locations on the island. There is access to to all types of shopping, restaurants, and the beach within a 5-7 minute walk. You really don't need to rent a car if you stay at the Beachview Property.
