À quelques pas de la magnifique plage de Green Harbor. La maison est à distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants, dont le Lobster Pound local, célèbre pour ses rouleaux de homard débordants et son pittoresque magasin général. Il se trouve dans une rue calme. Il y a trois chambres, une avec un lit queen-size, une avec lit double et la troisième avec deux lits jumeaux. Une salle de bain complète et une douche extérieure. Cuisine mise à jour, barbecue à gaz et véranda grillagée pour les nuits d'été.

Wedding Weekend

We were in town for a wedding and this place was the perfect spot! Super cute cottage. Walking distance to all the wedding festivities and the beach, plus the local restaurants and general store. We had a great time!

Best time

Nancy was an amazing host, cottage was stocked way beyond I would have expected. When we checked in, there was breakfast food and water in the fridge. The beach is amazing and short walk. We had the best time and we hope to be back next year!!! Thank you Nancy for sharing your cottage with us…

Nancy’s place exceeded my expectations!

From beginning to end this was the perfect rental for a wonderful week at the beach! The cottage was very well kept and clean and Nancy makes you feel welcome with a few breakfast items in the fridge when you arrive and fresh flowers on the table. To quote my son…it looks little on the outside but has so much space on the inside! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful cottage

This is our second stay at Nancy's cottage and it was wonderful as usual. We're hoping to make an annual family tradition of renting her cottage. Everything you could possibly need is available at the cottage and Nancy answers every question for you.

The perfect getaway!

We stayed at Nancy's cottage for the first time this year, after spending 30+ years summering in Marshfield. Our young family has outgrown the family home, so we decided to stay here to have our own space and plenty of time to relax! Nancy's cottage is equipped with everything you could think of - even some of the things you forgot! The space is perfectly furnished with a comfy, beachy feel and the front porch is wonderful for morning coffee. The beach is a few blocks away, leaving the neighborhood quiet and lovely. Not to worry about the walk to the sand, though, Nancy has a beach cart big enough to fit everything you need for a day in the sun! We highly recommend this rental and hope to come again!

Terrific week at Green Harbor Beach

Easy walk to beach, my family of four had a great week at this house. Nancy is easy to work with, super responsive. My kids loved the general store, my husband loved the provided beach cart. This house is a hidden gem. Thank you Nancy and Green Harbor Beach!

Lovely Beach Cottage!

This Green Harbor cottage is lovely and our host Nancy was responsive and helpful from the beginning of the booking process through the stay and checking out. Very picturesque location in GH. A bit of a walk to the beach but so worth it. We brought our beach cart and loaded it up. Everything in the house was clean and ready for us upon arrival. As a very sweet extra touch, Nancy had some food staples such as milk and breakfast items waiting in the fridge for us. This cottage was a great “home away from home” for our week at the beach!

Wonderful cottage with beach access

We we’re delighted to find this rental and Nancy was wonderful to deal with, very accommodating and fast to communicate with. The house was clean and smelled fresh and has all the comforts and amenities of home. A true gem. Would very highly recommend. Hope we can stay here again next year.

This was such a great vacation. The house was just right. It has all u need for a beach vacation. The area is so walkable . We walked everywhere, the neighborhoods , the beach. The beach is great . Nancy is a great host answered quickly our questions . Highly recommend. 😊

Green harbor cottage

Very clean, owners are attentive, outdoor shower was awesome!!! This is my first time renting a cottage and I brought paper towels and toilet paper with me not knowing that the house was already fully stocked!!! Over all great place, No negatives.

Very welcoming cottage

Our stay in Marshfield was wonderful due in no small part to this lovely cottage. Nancy had set the place up for our stay as if she knew our family personally. From extra towels to plenty of paper goods, toiletries and even fresh staples in the fridge. The home was better equipped that our own. We honestly wanted for nothing while staying there. Nancy checked in and kept us abreast of pertinent information pertaining to the local area. The beds were all very comfortable, plenty of AC’s to maintain a comfortable temperature and a full (I believe) cable package to keep the kids happy while we prepared for the beach everyday. Nice quiet street a short walk to the beach, what more could anyone want?! We look forward to returning

Perfect in every way!

I’d like to start out by saying how valuable it is to have such a perfect host like Nancy. She was attentive, answered questions, and was available as little or as much as needed. Previous guests left some clothing in a dresser and she came right over to retrieve it and mail it back to them which we found to be such an above an beyond thing to do. The nearby town was on a boil water advisory due to a main water break and she came right over with a case of water just to be safe. Incredibly kind. The cottage itself was so perfect. We vacationed here very comfortably with my 4 month old daughter and my in-laws and there was plenty of space for everyone. The amenities are abundant and the check-out requirements minimal compared to many other places I have stayed. Comfortable. Clean. Convenient. Cozy.

Calm, serene and beach Life

We thoroughly enjoyed thé comfy cottage, both inside and its neighborhood. The cottage was very well equiped, we spent a lot of time in the super screened porch and enjoyed Walking around and to and from thé beach! We would go back in a heartbeat!

Marshfield is

Absolute gem of a cottage! The owner Nancy thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need! The beach was a short 5 minute walk away. My family loved our stay in this cottage. Looking forward to staying in this perfect little cottage again! My family would love to start a tradition of family vacation every summer.
