This house was perfect for 6 couples. It was spacious and clean. Everybody had their own bathrooms. Location was close to St.George. Hot tub was a great bonus after hours of pickleball tournament play. The only thing we were missing was a Kuerig coffee pot and cooking pans. The non stick cookware was in bad shape.Overall, we would definitely come back next year.

Four of us stayed in a bunk room and there was only one little square of soap for the sink and shower. And not much soap for the washing machine. The floors could have been cleaner - our socks turned black. The beds were very comfortable.

Family Reunion

Lots of space and fun things to do! The kitchen was lacking in food prep and cooking equipment. No large pots and pans. If you're visiting with a large group, there should be pans to cook for a large group. There were places for them to be in the big cupboards! When we arrived, there was a broken railing on a bunk bed that they came and removed quickly. And when we left, we forgot a whole drawer full of clothing that they graciously collected and met up with us to return! I recommend this place highly!

We were super disappointed that the hot tub was not Working. The private hot tub was honestly the reason we chose this property even though the rate and fees were so high.

A hot tub was recently installed too, but hadn't been put on maintenance. They got it up and running for us before our stay was over. Didn't really need it anyway, since rental is across the street from the pool complex. Rental was very clean and furniture was comfortable. There were a lot of fun amenities.

Family Reunion

The location was perfect. The water park was definitely the highlight of our grand children’s stay, since St. George was experiencing heat wave the week we were there. The game room was also a fan favorite. They were 18 in our party and we felt like we had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this property!

We had plenty of room for all our guests. The pool/waterpark across the cul-de-sac was the most used amenity. My kids loved it! One issue that the front door was VERY difficult to open. We had to call for help in the beginning and continued to be VERY difficult to open. I was the only one who finally figured it out. So might want to get that fixed!

Best family reunion ever!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed for 5 days in this beautiful home! It was clean and roomy! We were right across the street from the pool area and the kids spent hours there. Many of us took bike rides on the trails around the community, the bikes were provided. Sadly the tandem bike was out of commission but the other bikes worked fine!! The games upstairs kept the adults and kids entertained!! All of our basic supplies were provided, like TP, garbage bags, hand and dish soaps, which was very convenient. Having two family room areas and a huge kitchen/dining room gave us lots of space to have different activities going on at the same time! Same with the 8 bathrooms, no waiting!! We loved it so much we’ve already booked it again for next year!!

Family Soccer Weekend

The photos of the property were realistic. The house met our expectations and was comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Everything functioned very well. The only apparent needs were several window blind control rods and the closet doors were off track in one of the bunk rooms.

Reviewer Comments: This house is a great location and layout but the age of the carpet and furniture is showing badly and some things need to be replaced. The kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of towels, some of the sheets need to be replaced but in general just looking at the older items and updating them would be a good idea in a competitive market like this.

We had difficulty unlocking the front door and the garage door remote did not work half the time even after we replaced the batteries and TV remotes took awhile to get use to using. As far as the sleeping accommodations, a few of the bedroom mattresses need to be replace as they sag in the middle which makes for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Other than that, my team loves staying at Paradise Village rentals. This is our 4th consecutive year renting homes here.

Christmas Vacation in September.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked the vacation rental earlier this year as a Christmas present for all my kids and grandkids. Booking was very easy and I received all the needed information. We have stayed in this community prior so we were excited to be staying closer to the pool this time. The home was large and comfortable for all of us. There were plenty of supplies in the home. The little kids had a blast. However I was not happy with the cleanliness of certain areas. The carpeting on the stairs was filthy. My grandbabies clothing was dirty from climbing up and down. The kitchen floor was also dirty. The ceiling would leak in the kitchen when someone would shower upstairs. It was also evident that there was leaking in the ceiling of the master bathroom. We immediately notified the on call maintenance service advertised on call 24/7 via phone, text, and email. We had no response the entire stay. I also filled out the paper in the welcome binder stating my concerns and the leaking and no response following our stay. I found that to be unprofessional.

Lovely Home in Santa Clara!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 15 staying in this house for the week and the house and location was PERFECT. The kids spent so much time in the "water park" across the way (we never went to the other pool!) and had a great time exploring the area. A couple of things to note: There are no "pantry staples" in the house (coffee filters, sugar were the two main ones I was looking for). There are some spices. I've never been to a vacation place that didn't have left over items from previous guests! Everything was contactless so we never met anyone from the company, but that was all very smooth.We arrived on a Sunday and had to take the 3 overflowing garbage cans from previous guests down to the curb. Not a big deal, just a little off putting. The WIFI was weak, probably because the house is so big! All in all though, we had a FABULOUS time and I would 100% recommend this house to any other big families.

Great Stay!

The pool was just across the street and very convenient. Beautiful home!
