We loved our stay at lakefront retreat! The views and access to the water is better than advertised. This is a beautiful spot! Trina was an excellent host.

Hi Christian Thanks for your positive feedback. Yes when the water recedes annually due to farm usage , this cabins locations on the reservoir is where the water is deep thus allowing water access from boat slip even when water levels are at 35% full. We are very blessed. Come again soon

We absolutely loved our week long stay! The house was spacious and had everything we needed! The view was breathtaking and the kids had so much fun playing in the water around the dock! Can’t wait to go again:)

The place looked just like the photos- great dock for the whole family to fish and play on!We enjoyed the gas fire pit in the evenings to wind down. We had one issue with the shower draining, and the owner sent out a plumber the next day and got it fixed! Super responsive and helpful!!Also, check out was smooth, didn't have to do a bunch of chores just strip the beds and start a load of laundry which was much appreciated!!

The communication was great. Trina responded very timely and was a great host.  The views from the family room windows were amazing! We enjoyed the colorful sunsets and views of the birds in the morning and evenings.  The home was quiet and peaceful. We were very disappointed to discover how low the lake was and not able to access the water from the dock, so water activities were limited. The property has many maintenance and safety issues.  Items such as windows and window screens are broken or non-functioning. Carpet, furniture and linens all show signs of heavy wear and tear. We would have been more comfortable at the home if the property were clean and updated.

We stayed here with our children and grandchildren. The location was amazing! It is right on the water. The kayaks were so fun for the entire family. The home was huge and clean. The views of the lake from all the windows were breathtaking. We saw deer outside and had such an unforgettable time. The home was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. It was perfect! We will definitely stay here again.

Great location

The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our kids especially enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks that are available for guests.

Wonderful Quiet Lakeside retreat

Really enjoyed our time on the lake and the outdoor amenities. Was nice to come home to a quiet, beautiful view after a long day in Yellowstone.

Cabin in the woods!

This was a great spot for our family gathering. The lakeside seating area was so nice and there was plenty of seating areas around the property for those who wanted sun or shade. The view from the cabin is lovely!

Thank you for sharing your experience. There are currently several lodgpole pines on property that provide shade. Outside there is A picnic table and two seating areas along with the built in seating on the lower deck. I am glad you had such a great time. Come again soon.

Great Family Time

Every thing we needed was there. Swimming and paddling boat right off the dock was so convenient with the little ones. Great place to come home to after a day at the park. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Cabin was as expected. Older but still very well kept. The over water patio/dock set up was worth every penny. Great place to sit out for dinner and enjoy!

Perfect place for the family that wants fun on the water

We enjoyed our stay here. Being right on the water, with a boat dock was simply the best. The property was perfect for gathering outdoors, playing games or boating till we were too tired to move! The house inside is a little dated but is pretty well represented by the photos so no surprises. Loved our stay and woud stay here again.

Annual Ice Fishing

The house was well stocked and we loved the open floor plan. The view out the windows was phenomenal. It was nice being so close to the lake for the people ice fishing.

Everything about this place was fantastic. Older cabin with a lot of character and comfort. It gives you the up north cozy cabin kind of feeling. Lake was low and it would have been great to visit when it was as high as it looks in the profile photo but, it was fine. We loved it and would come back anytime. Thank you so much for a very memorable stay

Summer Camp Vibes

We loved staying at the Lakefront Retreat. The home itself is very spacious and feels like a week at summer camp. The views from the dock are beautiful and the kayaks were a nice touch. We came to explore Yellowstone so were out during the day but wished we had more time by the lake and a few more days. We would definitely recommend to anyone travelling this way.

Lakeside retreat

This property is right on the lake with a great view. We came to fish the area as this is proxemic to many good streams. The cabin itself is quaint and well equipped for this type of activity. We had an early snowstorm for our visit, would like to see everything when the dock is in. This is a good place for sportsmen.

Nice cabin on the lake. Had everything we needed for a comfortable extended weekend. Great open floor plan kitchen/dinning and living room. Nice little office area if needed.2 of the bedrooms are located upstairs over the attached garage. Both bathrooms are on the main floor.We used the kayaks and paddle board and played in the water. The lake is very low this time of year but the dock goes all the way out to the water.Watched the birds and the sun set each night. Peaceful and lovely.
