Une évasion de l'agitation de la ville. La région de North Fork est un véritable joyau. Que vous recherchiez beaucoup d'espaces extérieurs à explorer pour les enfants, à vélo, à la plage ou à la piscine ou à explorer les 38 vignobles situés le long de Long Islands, cette maison est parfaite pour vous. Cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et espace de vie qui s'ouvre ensuite sur le pont et la piscine. 4 chambres, 8 couchages confortablement. Piscine fermée. À quelques minutes de la plage de sable locale. Nassau Point est une belle partie de Long Island et parfait pour des vacances. Les frais de service inclus dans le tarif (internet, ramassage des ordures, nettoyage de la piscine, etc.) L'électricité et le gaz sont facturés séparément en fonction de l'utilisation.

Beautiful rural retreat

Clean, well appointed, modern property in a beautiful part of the North Fork. Only a short drive from the beach with its clean sand and clear waters. We all slept well and felt truly relaxed during our stay. Highly recommended.

Great family retreat

House was clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and tastefully updated. The open kitchen and living area, complete with wood burning fireplace, was perfect gif the adults. Cozy TV room for kids and movie watching. Nassau Point is a beautiful, quiet area and close to Southold and Greenport attractions and restaurants. Great week, thank you for sharing your lovely home Yvonne!

Wonderful Family Gathering

The property was perfect for our family of 4, plus 2 to celebrate Christmas together. Yvonne was responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. The house is open yet cozy. We enjoyed the main gathering room for meals and games and then we each were able to have our own space to either watch tv back in the tv room, or get away to take a nap in the lovely bedrooms. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to hunker down and spend some quality time as a family. Thank you Yvonne for sharing your home with us. It truly was a blessing to our family this Christmas! Many blessings to you and your family throughout the coming year! We all agreed before we left, that we would like to do it again next year! We are praying it will be available!

great family home

gem of a find on naussau point. we walked to a few of the beaches near by. large comfortable deck, private property. it was perfect fall getaway, close to the pumpkin farms, vineyards, and multiple towns. we hope to return.

Big house , lots of room

Nice house, odd design though with layout for large families, 3 bedrooms upstairs but one bathroom. Downstairs had one bedroom with twin beds..no bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. Second bathroom downstairs was behind the kitchen, behind laundry room, no bedroom nearby. Big pool which would be great selling point in the summer.

"Going home to visit family & friends"

I had a fabulous week from the moment we opened the door! Entertaining was very comfortable, the pool is beautiful and clean! I loved the open floor plan where you can be in the kitchen and still converse with your guests at the dining table. I felt safe within the neighborhood and would definitely plan another stay at Yvonne's place! Perfect home to create wonderful memory moments!

Wonderful north fork experience

Completely as advertised, house is clean and comfortable and looks exactly like the pictures (in fact more rooms exist than pictured and the property / deck is substantially bigger than in the pictures). Great pool for the kids, would recommend the house to anyone looking to spend time on the north fork.

Fabulous Month!!

Yvonne's house fit all of our needs. It's spacious, the kitchen is well stocked for the home chef, & the backyard is great! Yvonne was a pleasure to deal with. She sent us a bunch of pertinent information before we arrived. She was really responsive to any questions that we had. Everything was truly seamless.

Light and Airy

A seamless experience with absolutely no worries. Well-located, big house with a terrific double height ceiling in the living room/dining room. Some might find it a little spare, but I liked the simplicity of it and the feeling that you weren't invading someone's home, but experiencing a fresh, clean place. Bring everything you need, as the supplies (other than sheets and towels, pots and pans, and cooking utensils) are limited.

Excellent Stay

We were two couples with 4 young kids and the house was perfect for us! Yvonne’s place was spotless! Kitchen was stocked well for lots of cooking. We really enjoyed the open living space and the fire place in the living room. It is a 2 minute drive from the beach with a few swings and slide that the kids really enjoyed! Yvonne communicated quickly and she is a lovely woman, giving us extra time in the house! The house was truly spotless upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay, would love to come in summer and to use the pool!

Wonderful, well-stocked North Fork home

The owner was extremely responsive and sent all necessary information about the property in advance. The house was clean, well-stocked and spacious. One of the bedrooms upstairs leads into the other bedroom, but it worked out well for us since it was used as an office. We enjoyed grilling, cooking, visiting the other small towns and the fireplace. We would love to return to this property! Thanks, Yvonne!

Lovely for our crew

Three adults, four kids ages 2-13 and lots of rain! The house had everything we needed for our NYE getaway and all the cooking we did. A quick walk to the beach during one of the rain breaks was perfect and a short drive to Greenport for some exploring. Lovely house, space for all (and then some), clean and Yvonne was always available if needed.

Holiday get together

Lovely home well appointed and perfect for family holiday get together. Cozy fireplace perfect this time of year and would love to experience the property in the summertime. The pool and outdoor areas would be great on a summer day!

Beautiful home on Nassau Point

We had a great month staying at Yvonne's home on Nassau Point. The house was very clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed for our stay. The location is wonderful - it's a beautiful, quiet residential area with wooded areas, ponds, and beaches. We enjoyed cycling around the point and to the beach. Yvonne was very helpful and responsive to everything that we needed. We hope to return soon!

Staying at Carrington Road

We had a wonderful two and a half weeks and wished it could have been longer. The house is sunny, airy, comfortable, well laid-out (with one minor reservation) and accommodates a small crowd (we had our children and grandchildren and various friends to stay at different times during the vacation) very easily. The deck and pool were gorgeous and in particular the steps into the pool were great for my husband, who can't manage the usual kind of pool ladders easily. The air conditioning works well, which was important because during our first week the air outside was in the 90s and very humid. Nassau Point is utterly lovely and the beach down at the point is virtually deserted even in the middle of high summer. We bought amazing seafood from Braun's in Cutchogue and Southold Fish Market. Farmer Joe on Albertson's Lane in Southold has simply the best corn I've ever eaten. Wickham's peaches are fantastic. Lombardi's in Mattituck is a wonderful Italian deli and butcher. And 8 Hands Farm has incredible lamb and pork (expensive but worth it). The one reservation I had was the fact that two of the bedrooms on the second floor lead into one another—fine for family members but slightly more complicated otherwise. We did also rather wish that the very large walk-in closet in one of them could have been a bathroom instead! However, I don't want to quibble. We had a truly comfortable, beautiful vacation and we want to come back! Yvonne, the owner, has been nothing but responsive, thoughtful and helpful. All in all, a marvelous time. Thank you!

Brilliant Early Summer Stay on the North Fork

Beautiful property in a great location on the North Fork. The house is very clean, well maintained and was perfectly equipped for all our needs. Beautiful, elegant, meticulously maintained and very esthetically pleasing

Such a wonderful house which provides everything one could need to enjoy a great time in the North Fork. Fantastic heated pool, beautifully landscaped, great patio and expansive deck. Home is apportioned elegantly with a beautiful kitchen, great room, TV room and the house imparts a serene tranquility and sense of well being. Can't wait to come back!!! Yvonne is a fabulous host and sees to your comfort down to the last detail.

I wanted to create this same home away from home experience in the North Fork. The laughs and constant chatter should be heard from the street, this house is one for family, friends and loved ones.
