Alpine Pool Lodge Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice and clean cabin. Only complaint was the bed on the main floor was not very comfortable. The pool started messing up the day before we left, I called the office(very late in the evening), and she reported it to maintenance. They were going to come out the next morning to fix it and we were leaving. Very quick to respond to my call though. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this unit to family or friends. All amenities are within a few minutes drive. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait until next year to come back.

Alpine Pool Loge

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin needs a little updating as far as the Kitchen supplies. The knives need replaced, only one wine glass and one margarita glass, and several of the drinking glasses are cracked (so drink Carefully). The pool was very small. You really couldn't swim because of the size.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is nice, but the hot tub didn’t look clean, there were brown rings around the edge of it and bugs in it, the pool was the same way. The extra blanket upstairs smelled like it has never been washed, smelled like body odor. There was a couple pieces of toilet paper left in the floor upstairs upon arrival. The bedding needs washed. If cleaned up, I would recommend it.

Great Fall Break Getaway

The pool area was a plus as well as the game room. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. Check-in was a breeze, loved that you could go right to the property and they were very prompt in notifying you once it was available. Very pleasant experience, I would highly recommend staying at Elks Springs Rentals.

No Christmas Spirit, but a nice place overall.

I was disappointed that it wasn't decorated for Christmas as every other cabin we have rented through Elk Springs has been decorated. The decor definitely lacked details we have experienced before so it didn't feel warm and inviting. It was located in Pigeon Forge so convenient to many options for delivery, shopping etc. and only a quick drive to Gatlinburg. Loved the upstairs layout and the pool was surprisingly bigger than it looked in the pictures. Overall it was great, just could use some aesthetic attention. Perfect for two couples or a small family.

That cabin was awesome. The pool is small but fun for the kids. Overall everything was great. I do believe checkout should be extended to 11 or 12.

Relaxing getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin is cozy but the pool has a greenish tint to it the a rocking chair was broken and had mushrooms growing out of it. The hot tub has mushrooms growing on the filter. A dirty towel, cleaning rag and someone’s bathing suit was left before we arrived. The oven had not been cleaned and the sheets on the first floor bed had a stain on it. Other than that it was a relaxing time and we always enjoy coming to the smoky mountains.

For the most part wonderful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving the property was slightly confusing on how to get there but after a couple days we could find the location no problem. The hot tub had some debris at the bottom and the pool had some slight buildup on the steps and was WAY to cold for us to use but not any deal breakers for us. The cabin was stunningly beautiful (pictures do not do it justice) and the beds were very soft and comfortable. The company was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. There was only slight issues and I would definitely stay and use this company again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Alpine Pool Lodge was a nice place to stay, not to close not too far away. I love to upstairs loft! The only thing that I didn't like was that we paid the extra money for the pool, and we did not get in it. It was dirty! The cabin itself was pretty clean just the pool wasn't, really disappointed, hard to tell kids you are getting a pool and then not be able to get in.
