Complexe à faible densité - seulement 18 unités - le complexe est directement sur la plage. Island Outfitters directement de l'autre côté de la rue. Crème glacée / snowcone / magasin de charcuterie 1/2 pâté de maisons!

Profitez de la vue sur le golfe, la plage et la piscine privée dans ce condo situé au 1er étage de 2Br / 2Ba sur la magnifique plage de West Beach. Couleurs douces et côtières avec les améliorations récentes apportées au mobilier et à la décoration.

L'unité est entièrement carrelée. Ce condo récemment mis à jour dispose d'un balcon privé donnant sur la piscine, la plage et le golfe. Équipé de tous les appareils, baignoire à remous dans la salle de bain principale, machine à glaçons, téléviseurs à écran plat à 3 câbles (salon - Smart TV 43 "avec Netflix, HULU - compte utilisateur requis), magnétoscope, (3) DVD, CD-Stereo. Great location

Great location and not overly crowded, which we really appreciated. Our only suggestion would be to add a dock or walkway over the dune - getting to and from the beach was a bit tricky without one.

Great short stay

Overall our stay was great! Loved the direct beach access and pool. Great for our short stay! Was very easy to get to and had lots of things within walking distance.

Great beach weekend

The property was the perfect size for our weekend getaway. We loved the location and the fact it was so close to the hangout. The pizza/ice cream place being across the street was another big plus for us.

The amenities were not o.k. The dishwasher was so loud we had to leave the condo to run it. The first floor laundry did not work the entire time we were there. The condo was very dirty. We spent the first week cleaning. No cleaning products were provided, we had to buy a mop, broom, dust pan, toilet brush, and screws to fix the dishwasher. The heat vents were covered with mold and cobwebs. We took those off and scrubbed them, and put them back up. We could hear everything coming from the unit above...including the toilet. The refrigerator bottom shelf is broken.

Perfect condo!

Listing was better than the pics. Great location and access to the beach was fantastic! The only inconvenience was having to check in in a location that was not the same as the property but other than that it was great! Will definitely stay again!

Great view, right on beach. Easy Walk to main beach area, restaurants, and shopping. Spacious condo. Big bedrooms. Newly updated and clean. Would rent again

Don’t over look this one!

This unit is really nice especially for the price. I feel that the pictures online don’t do it justice. The building it is in is a bit older but this place is great if you’re looking for something a bit cheaper and smaller. The thing I noticed the most was how clean the unit was, it was completely spotless. And the rental company was outstanding! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Great view, that’s the only amenity this room offers. The room was dirty. Walls had dust all over them. Dust balls under the comforter the first night we arrived. Very minimal supplies compared to the other rooms we visited. (Our family had 5 rooms total this week) ours was by far the worst room. To top it off the cleaning lady had her child with her and while cleaning the room and we left at 4:30am and got a call at 9:45am trying to accuse my family and I that we broke a lamp , thank god we still had family there that went to go look into this issue and the cleaning lady seemed surprised about the situation. Needless to say we will never stay at gulf sands again.

We’re sorry to hear this guest felt disappointed with their stay. After checkout, our cleaner found a lamp shattered on the floor and, as part of standard procedure, we reached out to ask what might have happened. Unfortunately, that inquiry appears to have caused some misunderstanding. The cleaner -who has worked with our trusted cleaning partner company for many years - reported the damage upon arrival and never made an accusation. During their stay, we did not receive any reports of cleanliness or supply concerns, and we wish the guest had reached out so we could have addressed anything right away. This is one of our most popular units, and we take both cleanliness and communication very seriously. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to ensure every guest has a positive experience and wish them the best in their future travels.

Close to the beach but dirty

Pros - close to the beach - pool - parking in the shadow - simple and easy Check-in - ok furniture Cons - dirty walls, cabinets, furniture, mirrors, fans, pots - they require to wash the dishes but we couldn’t use them bcs they were really dirty already - mirror in the living room is broken - floor fan in the bedroom was not working, ceiling fan was making so much noise so we couldn’t use it

We had a good time because of the location of the property, cleanliness, pool, and easy access to the Gulf. The view from the porch was great. However, the porch chairs could have been clean. The kitchen was okay, but it needs to have the lower cabinet where the pots and pans are to be cleaner. The twin beds were very good, but the Queen bedroom mattress is old. These are just construtive comments. We had a nice time and hope to return again. Thank you, Ruth Mahoney

Nice place in Gulf Shores

I really like the small size of the complex. It never felt crowded and overwhelmed with people. The unit itself was fine with a nice view of the gulf and the swimming pool. Don't expect a luxury condo, but a very basic place to stay at the beach. The kitchen could have been stocked a little better, but we made do with what was there. We did have to go buy a large skillet since the one there was so old and worn out, there was no way to cook in it. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and the price was right. I also like that Gulfsands Rentals was very clear with their instructions and requirements.

Great place for the price!

We enjoyed our stay and thought the unit was great at a budget friendly price. Overall the complex is in need of some updating as it is an older place. Balconies definitely need a facelift. Our unit was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Cleaning staff could be better. Master bath shower liner had a little mold and air return vent looked like it had never been cleaned. Other than that, our unit was quite nice! We had a view of the gulf and overlooked the pool and enjoyed our stay. For the price and location would definitely stay there again in the future.

Pretty good stay

Overall this was a great spot to stay. I loved the fact that it is a smaller condominium with only about 18 rooms, 3 floors. This made it super quick to get on the elevator and not a lot of traffic, with plenty of carts for arrival and check out. There are washer and dryers on each floor that have a debit card machine which is super nice for people like me who do not carry around cash or quarters. The only negative I have is that there was a little bit of miscommunication with the property managers I would assume. I paid in full and then received an email in my junk about sending in my DL, and obviously did not see this. In response they had mentioned that they had sent multiple emails(which I did not receive) therefore, the day before my stay, this is when I went searching for emails and found it in my junk mail. Besides that, our stay was pretty good. I do think this unit could benefit from a king bed in the master and full beds or even bunk beds in the other bedroom. I personally think this would make it where you had more room. There is a pull out couch as well.

SPRING BREAK 2022

The property is managed by a property manager, kind of a hassle to get the codes. Had to wait 30min at the Property manager office to confirm our ID's, this is after I called 45min ahead of time to avoid waiting. I also paid a fee to check in after office hours. When we arrived at the condo the hater didn't work. We called the after hours and they were helpful and said that they would send someone to look at it. We left to get something to eat and returned and the heater was working. We are not sure if it started to work on it's own or someone actually came. I was just happy it was working because it was 52 in the the condo. The other negative was that the comforters were disgusting. The comforters were on in the closets. When getting them out and put on the beds ours had a large stain on it, it looked to be old blood. The other room with the twin beds had quilts and they were dirty as well. We went to Target and bought blankets. Also the condo was dirty, not disgusting like the linens but needs a good deep cleaning. Lastly they were renovating the outside and they began early in the mooring and you could hear them working. Other than those issues the location was great. Not sure I would stay there again.

We have stayed at this complex a total of 3 times in different condos and this one was are least favorite.We like the low density and close proximity of the complex and that’s what draws us to the complex.We love using Vrbo because you deal with the owners strictly but this is not a true Vrbo because you still deal with a management company which changes everything.We have used Vrbo for years and have never had to deal with a management company and what we noticed other than have to go by and get code for door which doesn’t sound like a big deal it’s just another thing to deal with on the most hectic day of vacation.The condo didn’t have that pride of ownership and it showed!The unit was dirty period!The cleaning person didn’t do practically nothing.I thought we were still under the Covid cleaning restrictions?There were crumbs and hair on the couch,floor wasn’t mopped or swept properly,dishwasher had sticky stuff on it.The Mirror that covers one whole wall in the living room has fingerprints and I guess faceprints on it.The master bath toilet needs to be remounted it moves around so you have to be very careful when using it.There was not one door mat in the whole house!The one was a bath towel mat for getting out to the shower.So we were constantly sweeping.Try coming in from the beach and not wiping your feet before coming in.The unit didn’t have a blender it had a food processor that looked like it came from a garage sale along with the pots and pans.So much for mixing drinks.I thought that a blender in a condo on the beach was a no brainer!Overall the condo is in dire need of updating although the commits said it was recently done??Cabinet paint is thin and very dirty.As for the complex it needs some attention.The elevator is a year out of inspection from what the sign said in the elevator and it was sketchy.It would try to move before door would close and sometimes door would close it the middle of walking into it which caused use to use stairs because we didn’t want to take chance of getting stuck in it.We also had to pay 3 times to wash one load of laundry.I would hope that after reading this review the owner would address these issues before any other families have the same experience.

We appreciate all guests who take the time to leave their comments. This is a firm 4/5 star unit. See all prior reviews. This is a highly popular unit with many repeat guests. Please know the owners regularly make updates with new living furniture as the most recent addition. Please know we will address any issues encountered during a guests stay. We can only hope this guest returns to our white sand beaches, and we wish them the best in their future endeavors.

Prefect location

Second time we have stayed at this property. Does not disappoint. Easy walk to beach. Balancy view of the ocean & pool. Walking distance to stores.
