Clean, open floor plan, perfect for a large group.

Rented the house for a family wedding. Plenty of space, great seculed location on a hill, but still easy to get around. Would recommend for a large group to get together in a central location without feeling cramped. Someone checked us in and the communication was excellent.

Home was beautiful; spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and closets; every amenity provided; great game room with board games, pool, poker, and foosball. TV’S in every room; great kitchen and eating areas; Exquisite outdoor patio with cabanas and lighted grotto. Hot air balloons hovered nearly every morning. Amazing place to stay. Highly recommended!

This place is great, spacious and beautiful. The internet is fast, too. The hosts are professional. Checking in and checking out were super easy. They gave me a link to their app that has a thorough description for everything, so I don't need to ask the hosts too many questions. Communicating with the hosts and the AvantStay team was also super easy and smooth. They always answer promptly. My guests are happy and satisfied with this place. I will definitely book this place again in the future.
