Le 5410 Tallawanda Lane a subi une rénovation complète en décembre 2017 et est équipé de façon contemporaine avec le confort et la commodité des parents de Miami à l'esprit. Cette maison de ranch d'un seul niveau de 1250 pieds carrés est un endroit parfait pour se détendre tout en visitant votre étudiant sur le campus de MU. Préparez vos propres repas ou rapportez les restes à une cuisine bien approvisionnée dans les nombreux restaurants de la ville. La propriété est située dans le couloir pittoresque de la route Bonham, nichée dans la nature, mais à l'écart de la congestion du mile carré. Il est à 5 minutes à pied des matchs de football et de basket-ball et des têtes de plusieurs sentiers de randonnée qui sillonnent le campus et Oxford.

Peaceful Stay

We were visiting from California to see our daughter who plays volleyball at the University. It was just perfect! Beautiful fall color leaves as we had our visit in October and the place was clean and quaint. Back yard area was perfect to have my morning coffee. Had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed. Will be back on our next visit!

Great location for graduation; highly recommend! Just a 5-min drive to uptown and convenient to the stadium. The house was great; very comfortable and had everything we needed. If only i had discovered it a few years ago :).

This home is a perfect place to stay when visiting Miami University. The home is comfortable and has everything you need. Close to the football stadium and beautiful walking trails. The homeowner is fantastic! He was easy to reach and answered our questions quickly. Thank you!!!

Enjoyable stay!

I had great communication with Dave and I appreciated the generous check in and check out times so I could enjoy as much time in town with my son as possible. The location is great, especially if your visiting a child that lives on north campus. The beds were super comfy and I appreciated the attention to detail like having bottled water in the fridge. Thanks Dave!

Quiet, comfortable and convenient

The property is clean, spacious and as described. Great location for attending Miami’s outdoor graduation as it is only minutes from the stadium. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. Dave was a very attentive host and a pleasure to work with.

Great space for visiting Miami University

Really enjoyed the proximity of this home to the university. Walking distance to stadium if going for football or even graduation! Homeowner was very attentive to questions and other communication. I would have loved a few more utensils in the kitchen but we made do!!! Overall was a great stay!!! Would rent again!

Great location to Miami

Very nice property with a great location for visiting Miami University and/or Hueston Woods Park. Kitchen was well equipped for our group and the pictures were accurate to the place. Nicely laid out and very comfortable beds! Owner was very quick to respond to questions. Thanks for having and accommodating us. We will definitely be back!

Property was very close to campus, and communication was excellent. We forgot a computer charger, and it was sent back. Beds were very comfortable, and we will definitely stay again when we come back to town!

We had a wonderful time visiting our son in Oxford. The house was very comfortable and Dave was quick to respond and very helpful. He even mailed items to me that I had left at the house. We hope to stay at this rental again soon.

Great house ; clean and comfortable

I was very impressed with the house. Not very far from main areas of campus. Short drive and easily can get Uber . Walk to campus would be alittle challenging but could be done. Nice kitchen and bedrooms with comfortable beds. Very clean and even has a nice secluded patio. Dave is fantastic to work with and makes check in and out easy. Definitely recommend!

Newly renovated and nicely furnished home!

We enjoyed this recently remodeled home while visiting our daughter for the weekend. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the Miami campus. The family room was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. Dave was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. I would highly recommend this home and plan to stay here again.

Mom & Son visit in Oxford

I went to Oxford to visit my college son and his girlfriend. This house was perfect in every way! Fully equipped, cozy, comfortable, charming and the perfect location. Very close to Miami University campus and Uptown Oxford. The owner was very helpful, informative and easy to communicate with. I’ll definitely be renting this home again. Highly recommended. ❤️

For those who want to stay on the property, the backyard patio and seating areas in the home will allow you to just forget about time as you listen to the wildlife around you.
