Freshly remodeled, it is situated next to the Complex and is ideal for weddings, convention goers, remote work, and visitors to Hamilton. This Townhome is also within walking distance or a short drive to all of Hamilton's bars, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Also a convenient drive to MIAMI University Campus, Kings Island, and Cincinnati / Dayton.

Under Armour Basketball Tournament

We had a great stay! The local coffee cake upon arrival was great and the house was well stocked and clean. The location is so perfect if you are visiting Spooky Nook. The beds were comfortable as well. Would stay here again.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The home was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked, and incredibly comfortable—every detail had been considered. When I saw the listing, I felt an instant connection just from the photos. When I arrived, it was even better in person.The space was welcoming and peaceful, and I truly felt at home from the moment I walked in. I’m so grateful for the care and attention the hosts have clearly put into making guests feel comfortable. I highly recommend the hosts and the space.

Super clean well stocked home

Owners were super accommodating and communicated well. House was clean, organized and had everything we needed. Only downside was the noise of freight trains which can be heard at night and early mornings (i sleep with my window open so that definitely increased my ability to hear them). Otherwise it was a great spot.

Cozy and Comfortable

The property is as described and shown in pictures in the listing. The owners provide bonuses like bottled water, small snacks, and toiletries. We immediately felt comfortable. This property's location is relatively quiet with low traffic. I Was in town for my child's graduation from Miami, which is less than 30 minutes away and an easy drive. Hamilton's downtown is a quick drive or Uber and offers several great dining options. The owners are quick to respond to any inquiries.

Nice stay

This town home was very well kept. They provided plenty of comforts of home including towels, wash cloths, bedding, snacks and more. The host was very thoughtful and responsive. We'd stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Perfect place for Spooky Nook! The home is right across the street from the facility. Super clean and cozy. Loved that they provided extras like water, oatmeal and coffee with cream. Would definitely recommend! Thanks for having us!

Robert and Nisa are some of the best property managers we’ve ever dealt with. Their communication is top notch. This unit is so clean, so cute, and perfect for what our family of 4 needed. We were in town over the weekend for our daughter’s basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. This unit is steps away from the facility. Took maybe 3mins to walk there as there’s a gate across the street from the house. Saved us from having to pay for parking each day. And it was nice to be able to come back and forth to the house in between games, etc. If we ever have to return here, we’ll definitely try to book with Robert and Nisa again!

The place to be for Spooky Nook

We stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. The host was incredible and very welcoming. Everything you could possibly need and more. Walking distance to the venue which is a blessing in itself due to the inconvenience in parking. Will absolutely stay here again for the next tournament. Thank you very much!!!

Stayed for dads weekend at Miami U. Townhome was very clean and they provided pastries, eggs and bananas as a nice touch.

This is a really nice townhouse located in east to find area by things we wanted to see and do. I really loved the designer touches and everything you need us there—and very clean, organized, well-maintained!

Great property

This unit was clean, well decorated, and fully stocked with items beyond what we could imagine! The pictures are accurate, and the neighborhood was quiet. There is a good variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The owner is very responsive! We would book again if in the area.

Lovely weekend

The property was even better than advertised! We really enjoyed the house...is was lovely. We certainly will stay there again, if we return to Hamilton. The pictures were accurate and the house was clean, and well equipped!!!

Great location and property!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts had thought of many details to make the property inviting and fun. We found it was a nice retreat from our activities and very close by to downtown Hamilton. The decor was spot on and we appreciate the hosts style and attention to detail. We will try to stay here again on our next trip!

Great Place/Great location

Place was even nicer than the pictures of you can believe it. It was great location for the basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. Host was very responsive and helpful with answers to any questions. Would definitely stay agai!

Solar Eclipse Stay

It was clean and updated so nicely. We loved it. Great Host as well! We had an AMAZING view of Solar Eclipse that was unforgettable. We definitely would stay again.

Nice little apartment

This is a duplex property with shared driveway parking for one car. It’s right beside the spooky nook athletic complex. We were in town for a softball tournament. The place was clean, the beds were comfy. The owners thought of all the things to make it a comfortable stay and even supplied some snacks and drinks wich was helpful before we got to the grocery store!

Perfect location

If you plan to spend your days at a tournament in Spooky Nook, this is the PERFECT place! Exceptionally clean, has everything you need, and right across the street from the tournaments. I can’t rave enough, the host has thought of everything you might need, down to games for entertainment!

Nice accommodations for weekend swim meet

We were in the area for a swim meet in Oxford, but this property is literally across the street from Spooky Nook, so you can't find a better location if you're attending a sporting event at that facility. The interior is lovely, remodeled with great design taste! All the necessary amenities and thoughtful extra touches. It was also spotlessly clean which is a huge plus. The only negative aspect of our experience was noise...the occupants on the other side of the duplex were a little loud at times, and there were quite a few noisy vehicles (going up and down the street outside the property late into the night both nights we were there. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Spooky Nook Basketball Trip

Two moms and two daughters stayed for a long weekend while the girls played basketball at the Spooky Nook complex. The location was PERFECT! It was easy to walk across the street/parking lot and be ready to play. The property was also close to restaurants, groceries etc. The duplex was clean and well thought out. Only negatives were the traffic noise in the morning in the front bedroom (turn up the sound machine that is provided :), also the walls are thin! The neighbors own their half of the duplex and used A LOT of profanities throughout the stay. The good definitely outweighed the bad but just FYI. We would for sure stay here again!
