The location of Riviera Molina is spot on.It is truly in the heart of anything you could want to do.Any style/type of restaurant is within walking distance. There are mini-split a/c units in each bedroom as well as one in the primary living area so temp can be controlled by zone. There are three bathrooms ea with a nice sized shower. On demand hot water is nice so no problem running out.Great view of the bay and wonderful sunsets.
This was taken with an iPhone from the side balcony. Zoomed in to bypass neighboring building.
These two photos are from the same balcony, sunset pic is zoomed, this one is standard. There is one building between this unit and the beach.
