Beautiful panoramic views in a unique custom built A-Frame. Comfortable and stylish living space with kitchenette. This luxuriously finished unit is set on a quiet residential street. The owners live on the property but the unit has its own driveway and privacy is surprisingly evident. The unit is designed for two people but can accommodate up to three guests with a queen sized bed and a twin sized trundle.
This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. Set just far enough away from town to feel peaceful, really clean and cozy, comfortable bed and great shower. Will definitely be back!
We stayed here after spending a few nights at Orca Island cabins to round out our honeymoon and could not have asked for a better conclusion to our trip. The A frame is a quiet, cozy spot while still being relatively close to Seward for us to explore.
We stayed two nights at the A-frame cabin. It was clean. It had the basics, but all that we needed. The only suggestion is to improve WiFi connection. Otherwise, it was a good location and a great place for us to stay.
What a cozy comfortable place for a couple to stay while visiting Seward Alaska. Bed is comfortable, simple well stocked coffee and dishes. View of woods is soothing. It was nice to wake up here. It was nice to land back here after a day of adventuring in Seward.
Perfect cabin with amazing views. We loved staying here and felt very comfortable. Loved watching the eagles soar from the expansive windows and ENORMOUS kitchen. The kids loved skipping stones along the creek. Everything was perfect!
Overall impression was good. I never got the email with instructions, so that was slightly frustrating. But it was quickly sorted. The place is great for what we needed. The apps didnt work on the tv, but that was a huge deal. All-in-all the good place to stay!
Cute lil Cabin in the woods - surrounded by mountains
This was the cutest lil quaint cabin. Great function. Wifi was a little funny, but if you are staying here to stay inside all day - STOP IT! Kitchen, Bathroom, furniture, comfort - all great. Trundle under the bed gives you more space for the 3-4th in your group. Fan on low otherwise clicking noiseâŠbut not something that sullies the stay at all. Incredible lil peace of Heaven!
Quaint A-frame that was clean. There were not enough coffee essentials. Had to go buy my own creamer, and there were only two keurig coffee pods for the stay. The bath soap was very low, and needed to be refilled. Did not feel it was appropriate to leave a tip envelope when we were already paying a high price with nightly rate, taxes, fees, and cleaning fees.
The house is clean and sufficient though no stove for cooking. It is located in a neighborhood with several homes close by and landscape is scruffy and basically nonexistent. Certainly not a vacation home A frame in the woods as the pictures suggest. We received check in information close to check in time the late afternoon of our arrival which was uncomfortable. The host did arrive to help, but seemed inconvenienced, not welcoming. Of note no hand soap and towel rack fell off as not secured to wall correctly. Also water not up to code as hot water was separate from cold and was scalding hot (should not be more than 120 for child safety).
This was a fantastic cabin to stay in. It was perfectly warm inside when it was super cold outside in early winter. Everything was clean and well taken care of. It was a most memorable experience and I plan on staying again.
Glacier Creek chalet is in a lovely spot and has a great view of the glacier.. Convenient for making early morning charter connections and a great base for exploring with my grandson. The chalet was very clean and the host was friendly. We would book again!
Private cottage with lovely views!! Truely a treasure!!
