Awesome Vacation

The pillows are the bed didn’t seem to be of good quality and the bedding was like having 2 sheets instead of comforter or summer blanket. However, these things will not prevent me from coming back. You can’t beat Aqua!!

Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in unit 1507. Cons: Unit description says 2 King size beds, when in fact there is one King and one Queen. Also, the trundle bed in the bunk room was broken and unusable. Also, anytime we cooked the fire alarm would go off, probably needs to be checked! We had to call maintenance on our second day as the door was not latching and could be pushed open without using the keypad.(Everything else was fabulous!! We have stayed at Aqua before, and definitely will again!

Unit worn and tired! If beauty is not a factor, you're OK

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite the sparkling photo, this unit looks old and I was so disappointed when I walked in. I asked to be moved but was not given that satisfaction. If it were not for the fact that there is a balcony and a beach out there, I would have asked for my money back. The AQUA is great and we have stayed in some terrific units. Also, on the plus side, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. I would not stay here until it is refurbished!

Reviewer Comments: Location was nice but the condo didn't have proper pots, pans, knifes, etc. We had to borrow from another unit every time we cooked. The base board were very dirty and the showers were very dirty. It needs to have a deep cleaning for sure. It felt like it has not be dusted in a long time.

The sofa bed wouldn’t go back into the sofa but maintenance was on it and very helpful. The oven broke on our 3rd night, but overall it was great.

Hurry up and wait....forever.

Reviewer Comments: Aqua needs staggered check ins and all elevators to be working. Check in on Saturdays at 5 is complete chaos. Lines stretching from the elevators all the way across the skywalk out into the parking garage waiting to use the only 1-2 working elevators. I think we spent more time waiting for an elevator than we did anything else. A couple different times we had to walk up the 15 flights of stairs because no elevators were working. Feel sorry for the folks in the 23rd floor. Stay on 2nd floor if you stay at Aqua. Condo 1507 master bedroom bed is terrible. Basically laying in a hole in the middle of the mattress and have to clump the hill to get out of the bed. Resort is hard to get in and out of because of the non stop bumper to bumper traffic. Shuckums across the road is ridiculously loud with their constant karaoke. Most of the condos don’t come with use of the wooden beach chairs. You have to pay extra and they don’t put the chair pads and umbrellas out till 9am and pick them up at 4-5. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Great Location, but elevators had problems.

Getting our stuff to our condo was a nightmare because some of the elevators were broken. Parking was bad late at night until we found out about the overflow lot. Parking Attendant/Security was very responsive and got back to me quickly, which I really appreciated.

There are several great things about this unit.. Love that includes 2 beach chairs Love the bonus room with the bunk beds. Love being on the 15th floor. However I have to agree with some of the previous reviews. For top dollar rental this unit needs 1- a decent knife set 2- dining table and chairs for the patio And keep the lounge chair. 3- a new mattress in the master 4- touch up paint etc.. 5- fix the front door Love the property!

Chairs are homes for pigeons. No decent balcony table. Living room - Seating for 4 only - 1 chair and old, uncomfortable sofa Had to borrow chairs when having guests. Several plates & dishes cracked & chipped - throw out. Not enough silverware. Bedrooms - lumpy mattresses; dirt, dust, used tissues under bed - obviously not cleaned for some time. Shower curtains dirty and too short. Vacuum junk. WIFI spotty

Conveniently located within walking distance to Pier Park and a short drive to many other PCB restaurants and attractions. Lovely view, but come prepared...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived late and were disappointed to find so few essentials in the unit. A late run to Walmart, which was a zoo, for dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels was necessary. Every single cabinet in unit 1507 is full, to the brim. Don't count on being able to put food in an upper cabinet as there are 40 or more dinner plates and at least than many glasses. There must be 25 or 30 mugs and wine glasses, as well as random items like a ceramic napkin holder.??A small pack of cheap paper plates would have been MUCH better than so much clutter.The terrace is over furnished with big chairs and only 1 tiny accent table.We were never able to eat on the terrace, as a result.The place is very clean, but the furnishings are completely inconvenient. A huge glass coffee table and end table was a concern, as the glass was not firmly attached to the base.If you have kids, watch them carefully, as the tables could tip.For the owners, you may want to install hooks for wet towels, bathing suit, and drip dry clothing. We found ourselves resorting to doorknobs and closet handles to dry our things.The kids LOVED the bunk room! They liked the curtain, but the adults were have preferred a door for sleeping purposes. If you're concerned about noise, the Aqua may not be your thing. Shuckums, right across BeachFront drive has karaoke every night, and they have the volume cranked way up. After the first night of scrambling for supplies, we thoroughly enjoyed at Aqua.Make sure you come prepared.
