Thank you for the lights outside. We came in when it was dark and it was very hard to determine if we were going to the correct house. Maybe some directional signs would help.

The property is in need of some major repairs. Flooring is sloping towards the fireplace and large cracks in stone and mortar on fireplace, ( major structural issues on a post/piling structure!)Back bathroom has water pressure and hot water mixing issues. Sometime cold shower, sometime hot shower. Some pest control issue with several large roaches in the cabin, size 12 shoe took care of the immediate issue. Made all work but felt that for the cost, my expectation was higher than getting a run down hunting cabin. Checked hot tube and it had not been cleaned or service in quit some time, unusable. Lot was beautiful and location over river was awesome. Would not recommend that cabin if asked.

This cabin was amazing! My husband and boys had a blast catching trout right on the river behind the cabin. They also enjoyed the hot tub a few times. The walk to town was nice and convenient. Helen is small but filled with great finds and experiences. There are also many waterfalls within a half hour of the cabin that were breath taking! Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to be on the river and close to town.

Helton Falls was a short hike and beautiful.

Everything was FANTASTIC!!! Greatly enjoyed the time away! Would have been nice to be able to still use the fireplace for the cold mornings (40 degrees!) but I understand you can’t control the weather!!! All in all, 5 stars!

Enjoyed our stay. Cabin is a little dark. We enjoyed the outside fire pit abs mist of all the stream. Oktoberfest was a blast.

We loved our stay at River's Edge! It's a very cute cabin, right on the edge of the river on a secluded road. It was the perfect escape for our family.
