Notre retraite récemment rénové dispose de 3 chambres confortables avec deux suites de maître de roi et une chambre de lit superposé. Téléviseurs à écran plat throughout..not que vous pourrez regarder beaucoup la télévision avec l'abondance des grandes attractions à proximité. Profitez de rafting, tyroliennes, kayak, tubing, parcs aquatiques, équitation, golf, canoë, pêche, parc ours, refuge de la faune, le vélo ou la randonnée à de nombreuses chutes d'eau majestueuses proximité. Vous pouvez pêcher depuis les balcons de cette spacieuse et récemment rénové 3 chambres, 3 salle de bain Rivers Edge Condo à distance de marche de tout. Je sais que vous pourrez profiter pleinement de ce style bavarois hameau de luxe dans les montagnes du nord de la Géorgie autant que nous faisons. Location is about perfect, close to town to be out of town, but able to walk to everything including tubing (sorry that kind of doesn’t make sense and wordy, but that’s the best way I can describe it). Right on the river. Very nice and peaceful on the back deck. Overall, the place is very nice. Was very well stocked. We didn’t really need as everything. Was there to cook with.Beds were comfy. Really can’t say anything bad about the place. I would definitely stay here again.I watched kids fishing out back and believe it or not they were catching fish look like some brown trout. Can ease right into the river here too. No steep Banks. I had no issues checking in or while we were staying here. All restaurants are within walking distance as well.

The view of the water each morning sitting on the swing was my favorite. Place in great location and only issue we had was addressed quickly.

The place is in an amazing location. Unfortunately, the host was not responsive and the place was not clean at all. No bedding for two of our guests, hair all in the showers, molded coffee in the coffee pot, ants all over, gnats all over the ceiling, dirty socks under couches, cheese stuck to the table. It was gross! The host finally replied the evening after we arrived on Thursday after several calls and messages and she sent housekeeping to the condo (Saturday), two days after arrival. We weren’t there so I told her we weren’t there. We don’t want anyone in there until we returned. So housekeeping went in and left brand new sheets that had not been washed. So I guess we have to do their linens too? I asked for compensation and was told they tried to make it right so nothing could be offered. You can’t wait until the day before check out to come clean a condo. We won’t return that’s for sure!

Good place to stay with ample parking. Could be cleaner however it is very serviceable it is right on the rive and good for a large family

The property is very nice and walkable to everything.. The apartment is beautiful and sits right on the creek with a cute play area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Place to Stay, Great Location

We had a really good time. The condo has a perfect location and great parking situation. The architecture is kind of odd as all the decking/balconies are shared and the other renters can easily see inside the unit if you leave all the curtains/shades open. It is very dark and the unit desperately needs more lamps and brighter bulbs. We had a lot of trouble getting the tv to work. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy though.

Great location for walking to all attractions

The location was excellent and upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Property would have been excellent for 5 - 6 adults. Property pictures make the living area look much larger than it actually is, was a little crowded for 8 adults to be in living room and kitchen was difficult with 2 adults trying to get to items. The listed 3rd bedroom with the twin beds was virtually useless except for the top bunk. No closet, door was nailed open, no one could get into the bottom bunk, (to close to top bunk). In order to get onto the top bunk, we had to use the ladder from the utility closet, the bed is so close to the walls not even a very thin 15-year-old could use the ladder attached to the end of the bed to climb up. Also had to add a garbage bag to cover window, because spotlights from property across the street shine right into this room. Maybe should state that only small children can utilize bunk beds.

Great location A+++

My family met up in Helen for early Thanksgiving family get together and we had the best time. The location is in walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants and the condo has lots of room and the kids loved being off the Chattahoochie river. The manager/ owner is very sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend.

I grew up in Hartwell, Georgia and often visited Helen to tube the Hooch and sunset horseback ride through the streams. When Sam and I married in 1996 we spent our honeymoon weekend in Helen visiting the parks, enjoying the Bavarian town, visiting the waterfalls & kayaking. In 2005 we finally purchased our own riverside retreat downtown Helen. Our four children, friends and colleagues have grown to love our retreat as much as we do. After visiting hundreds of times and consistent market watch, we purchased our perfect location downtown and riverfront. Our kids and their friends can safely roam while we enjoy our own activities and the car stays in the garage the whole time we are there. We know you will truly enjoy all that Helen has to offer!
