Cette villa de 5 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains récemment rénovées assure une retraite tranquille et de confort, couchage 10 personnes confortablement.

Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre grande télévision à écran plat. La chambre du rez-de-chaussée dispose d'une suite parentale avec un lit king size, une salle de bains spacieuse avec douche à l'italienne et baignoire, une suite avec une chambre double, une chambre à deux lits et une salle de bain. A l'étage se trouvent un autre lit King size, une salle de bain et une chambre avec lits superposés.

La grande cuisine entièrement équipée dispose de comptoirs en granit et d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Prenez vos repas ensemble dans la salle à manger, au bar du petit-déjeuner ou même dans l'espace extérieur du patio. Le plan d'étage à aire ouverte permet à tout le monde d'être ensemble, que ce soit pour regarder la télévision ou préparer de délicieux repas!

Came in late, door code didn’t work, 45 minutes to get in, messaged with Dennis through Vrbo messenger in November that we wanted the pool heated, they knew nothing about it. Pool was green when we got there, the pool loses about 200 gallons of water a day. Beds are harder than a rock, grill had no propane at all, two of the toilets are like sitting on rocking chairs. They did come turn the pool heat on, had the pool cleaned the next day. Communication was poor.

Excellent property!

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. The house was perfect size & had everything we needed for a fun week away from home. The sliding door was a little hard to open, but that was our only complaint. Absolutely amazing house, will stay here again!

Great Mini Girls Trip!

MLK Weekend getaway

Great property and location. Didn't get to enjoy the pool and sauna. The heat was turned on, on 1/15 at 12:54 pm and never got warm or hot to get in and I was still charged for it. Overall the house was great.

As expected

The house was clean, well appointed, nice finishes. Nice private community that has pride with the year round owners. Only issue we had the BBQ grill was older and not maintained well and needs to be replaced. Otherwise nice property.

It was clean, very well equipped, beautifully decorated and we felt very comfortable there. The location was amazing, beautiful outlook from the pool, very quiet and sheltered from the neighbours and only 10 minutes drive from the Disney Parks and 25 minutes to Universal, very easy access to Walmart and the 192. We would recommend this villa and Casiola’s care of us as guests.

My Birthday Girls' Weekend Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful! No hassles, any questions I had were answered in a timely, friendly manner. Easy checkin and the gate attendant was awesome;explained our entering and exiting procedures clearly and each we went out & returned, we were greeted with a smile and a wave. Made us feel very special! We had problem with the toilet seat in the master bedroom, but when called, it was fixed promptly. A couple of things we noticed were a dirty grill and cigarette butts and old wet cigarettes in the pool area. Really wanted to grill hamburgers outside, but unfortunately that was not done. Other than that, our stay was fantastic!!!!

We arrival and the smell was so strong, there was an air freshener plugged in behind the couch. We complained and were told there was no air freshener yet there was. The frig was 50+ degrees and needed service, we were told to buy a cooler for all the groceries delivered as they could have someone come that night to fix. The internet did not work and after several attempts we were provided a whole new login and password and then it worked. The TV in the living room didn’t work until the tech came and removed it from the wall. We paid for heating of the pool and it was not hot and the tech that came said he would send someone to service the pool and no one did. We encountered 3 cockroaches throughout our stay and the vents were so filthy! Last but not least the beds were rock hard, we went to Walmart and buy foam toppers.

Please accept my apologies for the strong smell upon your arrival; we will investigate the use of air fresheners to ensure they're not causing discomfort to our guests. The problems with the refrigerator, internet, and TV are unacceptable, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with these inconveniences. We'll be conducting a thorough review of our maintenance procedures to prevent such issues from occurring in the future. Meanwhile, we do see that our pool vendor was able to come the next day after you reported the pool heat and it was confirmed to be working. The roaches were also addressed by our pest control team. Regarding the cleanliness of the vents and the comfort of the beds, we apologize for falling short of your expectations. We'll be implementing additional measures to ensure our property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. A Windsor Palms Gem

We stay in Windsor Palms every year for an extended family vacation, and this was the cleanest most up to date house that we have ever rented. It was spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated, the pool is a good size. The outside furniture is great quality and comfortable. There is a TV system which includes all the usual; Apps like Netflix etc. so the teenagers were happy at night. This house has A/C in the garage game room which is fantastic. There wasnt even a hint of an insect inside the house. We had a few very minor reasons to contact the management company and they reacted very quickly. A couple of very minor points to note. There are no PS4s in the house even though they are advertised. Looks like there is a gaming area but the consoles are not there. The spa/hot-tub can only be heated with the pool so if you are going in the summer keep that in mind. The TV system could do with an instruction booklet. We never worked out how to use the cable TV Very minor issues that do not change the 5 star rating of this house

NICE PROPERTY!

Just fresh off of stay at this property. Stayed 3 nights May 22,23,and 24. POSITIVES: The pictures are very accurate. The property is clean and well designed. It can easily house 6-10 people. There is plenty of room and not be on top of each other. The check in process was great. We checked in after midnight because of delayed flight and it was no problem. I recommend you tour the whole property because I asked for more towels nd there were some in other locations. All mattresses are very firm (hard) and from garbage disposal sometimes knat like bugs. Bugs not a deal breaker, but if you like soft mattress look elsewhere. I do recommend this property. Just wanted to be informative. Was so tired after theme park everyday mattress wasn't a problem. Drive to Universal was fairly easy drive 20-25 minutes. Magic Kingdom closer.

Multi Family event

This house has some great updates, and definitely has the room that was needed for our stay. A few things that were a bit disappointing were there was no pantry for our food. They have locked the pantry that is in the home, so we had to clear out a cupboard that had dishes in it to use for our food, otherwise we would have had to keep everything on the counters. They also didn't have a ceiling fan in the upstairs bunk room so we had to purchase two rotating fans to keep that room cool-even with the air on. In addition, the hot tub/spa never worked during our stay. We were told when we contacted the management company that we needed to purchase pool heat to have the spa work-we have stayed in MANY homes in the Windsor Palms establishment and this has NEVER been the case, the hot tub always worked without the pool being heated. However, we added the pool heat so we could get the hot tup to work. Unfortunately, that only ended up making the pool feel like a bathtub and the hot tub still didn't work. Very disappointed that for our entire stay we didn't have a working hot tub. Lastly, when we arrived the home had been cleaned previously, but when going through the master bathroom there was dirt on the floors and stains all over the walls/doors, and the bathroom vanity drawers had hair in them from the previous renters. While this home has quite a few updates and looks pleasing it also needs some repairs and the cleaning crew needs to make sure to do a thorough job. I would consider staying here again as the location is great, and the home overall is good, but I would want to verify that the items listed are updated/fixed ahead of time.

Great house close to the parks

My family and I had a very nice visit at this house. The kids loved the game room and there was plenty of space for all of us. We would definitely stay here again!

View was gorgeous and the house was beautiful.

It was great I honestly didn’t know the chair was broken or where it came from. We left the black wooden piece on the countertop not knowing where it came from. The chair costs as much as a night to stay there. My shoes where thrown away because the kids left them outside by accident and they were picked up by the trash man. We had a great time though.

My experience

The house was very nice. The pool area had lizard poop all over and we were not able to get a broom and mop for days. Overall, I enjoyed the space. I would like for them to clean a little better though.

This home was a great size for our family

Reviewer Comments: The home was in great shape and beautiful de orated , the sliding glass door we had issues with for the first week and had to call Maintenace twice to come and fix. The bq was in rough shape but we were able to make it work — think it needs a good clean out. The mattresses must all be new and were a bit hard but again we were comfortable and got used of them Loved the location The pool was not heated until 3 rd day of our stay Overall great place and we would be interested in this place again for 3-1/2 weeks for March 2021 or if there is a six bedroom we would like to review The lounge chairs outside need new cushions and maybe a couple other chairs with high baits would be great to enjoy around the pool.. loved the large table for eating and playing board games
