Détendez-vous et détendez-vous après une journée d'activités à Moab. Superbes vues sur les montagnes LaSal depuis la spacieuse unité de coin Rim Vista à deux niveaux. Cette nouvelle unité vous offre le meilleur emplacement dans la communauté en face de la piscine et du bain à remous, avec beaucoup de place pour le stationnement. Réveillez-vous avec du café fraîchement préparé fourni par votre fabricant Keurig. Vous pourrez faire des grillades sur le barbecue à gaz tout en restant assis sur la terrasse extérieure privée à l'ombre l'après-midi et en soirée. Pas de limite ni d'inquiétude pour les vitesses Internet: vitesses illimitées de 1 gigabit (1 Go) fournies par la fibre pour tous vos besoins en streaming.

Ce lotissement a un garage pour deux voitures pour sécuriser tous les véhicules et les jouets. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une chambre principale avec un lit king-size, une salle de bain attenante et une télévision à écran plat privée. Il y a suffisamment de sièges de cuisine avec une combinaison de table à manger et bar. Le salon spacieux comprend une cheminée à gaz, un canapé et un écran plat 50 pouces avec télévision par câble. Laveuse et sécheuse sont également situés au rez de chaussée.

Les deux chambres à l'étage sont chacune meublée avec des lits queen et une télévision à écran plat. Le loft donne sur le salon et contient un canapé-lit caché. Les draps sont fournis dans l'unité. Une salle de bain complète est également située au dernier étage.

Les annulations doivent être effectuées au moins 30 jours avant la date d'arrivée pour un remboursement complet.

Great location and stay

Our family of four stayed three nights. The place was cozy, had plenty of room and had everything we needed. Location was great, just a 5 min drive to downtown Moab.

What a great spot! We used this charming townhouse as a home base for exploring the town of Moab, hikes on Highway 128, and of course Arches and Canyonlands. The easy access to the pool was a gift on hot afternoons and their hospitality was beyond! They have thought of everything you need!

This house was so great for our family. The girls loved the decorated rooms. We all loved being able to walk right out the garage to the pool. I love that it is close enough to all of the attractions, shops, and restaurants without the noise and traffic of "downwn". The house was very clean with the exception of the HVAC air return vent. We vacuumed it, and were fine. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great Place in Moab

Very clean, very well furnished, and equipped. Was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights while we visited the nearby national parks. Quiet and spacious. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool which was a nice way to end the day.

This condo is exceptional on all levels. The kitchen has everything, it was super clean and very comfortable! The game loft was a fun end of day card game spot. We enjoyed it and would recommend to others!

We had a wonderful time.

My family had a wonderful time in this property. The house itself was very homey and had everything you need. It even had toys for the kids and games for the adults which kept everyone happy and having fun. The pool was right across the street which was very convenient. There was also a small playground my kids enjoyed. Overall it was a great stay

Perfect family setup

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Enough space for everyone to spread out. The garage was nice to have to keep our bikes and gear out of the weather. Home was set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Great stay!

The place was a wonderful stay for our family of 5. Super clean, very comfortable beds and enough space for 5 people to enjoy privacy. This unit is close to the entrance, to trash and also to the pool and playground which was really great. Host super responsive and we didn't have any issues at all. Highly recommend.

Chick’s Trip

We had a blast in Moab visiting the parks. The trip was only made better my this awesome condo. It was so well appointed and comfortable. It honestly feels like the owner set it up for friends. Beautiful views of the La Salle mountains. Really quiet even though we were by the pool. I can’t recommend it highly enough!!

Great!

Great location. Second time staying there. Clean, very well stocked with everything we needed. Could have used a crockpot. Only down was a tile in the kitchen had a piece missing. Noticed it last year but this year we had a crawling infant and she cut her finger on it. Great place otherwise. Best of the 4 we rented.

Absolutely amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this townhome is beautiful inside and out, is full of just about anything and everything that you will need to make great food, great memories and make you want to comeback! The location is great and near a bunch of SXS trails, close to town, and most importantly made us feel right at home.

Great amenities

This location is great close to pool and park. The amenities are plentiful in the kitchen, towels, additional blankets. Also so thoughtful in the game room with toys and books for littles. The only thing I can suggest is a good deep clean. The vents were completely covered in dust and dirt along with the corners and closets filled with dust. Also there maybe an issue with a drain as there was a bad smell. The overall stay was wonderful and appreciate the hospitality and would stay here again.

Amazing Home & Community!

This was an amazing home! So clean and so beautifully decorated. The beds were heaven - insanely comfortable. The patio was huge and perfect for our family of 6 to play games and enjoy a glass of wine at night. We loved that this community honored the dark sky of Moab and had little to no outside lights. This made for an amazing viewing experience of the meteor shower! The pool and hot tub were great and the community is clean and respectful of quiet hours. Definitely will stay here again - it was perfect for our family and a great place to relax at night after rafting the Daily each day. Thank you for a perfect end of summer vacation!

Another Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying here for many years in a row. We started out with one condo but this year our whole party needed four condos. The booking process is simple, the property managers go out of their way to make sure you get what you need and the communication is always professional and goes above and beyond. The facility is clean and comfortable and the pool is well kept. I would like to make one request, leave the pool and hot tub open later, at least for adults.
