Bienvenue au Dock of the Bay # 105 situé dans le quartier historique de Taft à Lincoln City! Vous aurez une étonnante première rangée de la baie de Siletz et l'océan Pacifique de ce condo au premier étage avec accès à la plage à proximité. Restez au cours du 4 Juillet et vous n'aurez même pas besoin de quitter votre condo pour regarder le magnifique feu d'artifice! Avec une chambre et une salle de bain, jusqu'à cinq personnes peuvent dormir confortablement dans cette location de vacances. La chambre à coucher offre un lit Queen size, un matelas pneumatique double et un matelas pneumatique Queen pour les clients de l’unité. Cette maison est parfaite pour une famille de cinq personnes qui cherchent juste une escapade d'un week-end à la plage! Sortez et vous vous trouverez sur votre propre terrasse privée avec accès à la plage à quelques pas! Vous aurez également beaucoup à faire tout en restant dans cette partie de la ville, y compris le restaurant Mo's, célèbre pour sa soupe de palourdes, et l'autoroute 101 Burger, un délicieux hamburger juste à côté de l'autoroute 101. Great Location and Stay!

We love being right by the water and this was perfect for us. It is any easy walk to the beach and Mo's. If you are a rock hound, Siletz Bay is the place to be. The building is older but a nice place to stay. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well stocked. Thing only item we forgot to bring was a hair dryer since we are used to one being provided.

Awesome location

This condo faces Siltez Bay and is just down the road from the Pier and MO’s restaurant. Amenities include a designated covered parking space, wheelchair height counters, and standard wood fireplace. The owner was flexible. We had to change our visit dates and the process was smooth and quick.

Could use work

Great location with bay views! The listing is misleading in that it states its a two bedroom, but it is only a one bedroom with a hideabed in the living room and an extra cot, though there is little room for that. The carpet is old and dirty, and we felt we needed to wear socks and/or shoes while inside. Well stocked with kitchen items which made cooking easy and comfortable.

Only issue we had was with the bed, very uncomfortable, (hard)! We've stayed at Dock of the Bay many times but not in this unit. Location, price, excellent!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very outdated. Stained carpet. Not enough towels. No hot water for 2 of our 4 days.

Hello Gavin, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at Dock of the Bay #105. According to our maintenance person who went out to the unit twice to try and resolve the water issue, the water was being overused. As for the issue with not enough towels, we provide two towels per guest for the occupancy allowed. This means you would have had at least 10 bath towels. We are sorry to hear that you had these issues during your stay and that they were not able to be resolved for you. Thank you again for your review.

Beautiful and convenient location

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay here. This condo is a bit quirky (and dated), but that IS the Oregon coast, and why we love going there! There's a beautiful view of the ocean and bay just steps from the house. The place was very clean and had basic cookware in the kitchen (no spices/grocery basics). We cooked all of our meals easily and loved spending time in the open living space. The bed is firm, which we liked. My partner and I are 6ft+ so the short counters were a little goofy, but we made do, sometimes sitting to do longer tasks - no prob. Walkable grocery, coffee, burgers, bars, etc! (Of course, we went at the start of Covid-19 so we stayed in).

Not good

No batteries in the remotes, couldn’t cook cuz vent on countertop not working this was suppose to be a Christmas dinner, that never happened because of inoperable equipment!!living room is extremely loud with fireplace open vent, will not stay here again, I should be refunded at least part of my money, will be more careful on who we book with next time.

Sister Getaway

Property was listed as a 2 bdrm, it is a 1 bdrm. The apt. was dirty and smelled. The hideabed in the living room was dirty and uncomfortable. The blankets and sheets were musty and smelled. The bathroom was dirty. The TV in the living room is chained to the wall and at a weird angle. The TV in the bdrm was the size of a small laptop. I contacted the property through email the week before with concerns about the property only being a 1 bdrm and had no response. We decided to stay anyway or lose our money. The apt. is in need of an upgrade or lower the price!!

Dock of the Bay #105

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was not clean.... tidy but not clean. There was a roofing/ deck project going on that started with the pounding at 7am and they worked till 8pm. We had trouble turning on the TV... the service tried to walk me thru the steps but to no avail as it still didn't work. She sounded like I was such a bother. Told me someone would contact me but they never did.

dock of bay 105

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is awesome. Bed and pullout ok. Biggest issue is the musky smell carpets are trashed and filthy and suite seems to have water damage judging from mildew smell.there is a sprinkler head 6 inches from sliding glass door so that would explain the water dmage smell if someone left door open at night. smell was tolerable when aired out but when you left suite and returned after closing it up for a few hours was unpleasent. overall was cheap for location but naively i thought that was because it was a new listing. have stayed several times at waters edge and love lincoln city this is the first letdown we have had but price and location makes it not too bad. would stay again just not this suite unless carpets changed water smell repaired. better location then waters edge but waters edge seems like newer building. there is a coffee pot no washer dryer.

Won't stay again.

We had to vaccum. The fan on the stove didn't work and when we went to use the cutting board there were crumbs all over. Would not stay there again.

Pros: excellent location Cons: It is quite weary. There were stains on drapes and carpet. When we tried to use a vacuum, it produced a cloud of dust. Some drawers are oily and crooked. The burner is also crooked so when frying there is an angle. Everything is very small, even with my 5”1 I felt that I’m a dwarf’s house (fridge, vanity, tables). My husband could reach the ceiling. It is the first floor so someone was stomping on our head all the time. Heating is only in the bedroom and old. So if you turn it on, there is no air left, but another room still stays cold.

High Expectations, Low Delivery

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Accommodations were unsatisfactory. Smelly rooms, lack of cleanliness, bed needs replacement (saggy), front door howls when wind blows, fireplace unusable when windy, some kitchenwear was rusty & dirty, chairs & sofa were too hard to be comfortable, could be a great property with some TLC & maintenance.
