Caractéristiques de l'unité: Sugar Beach C1 est un luxueux condo au rez-de-chaussée avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Chaque chambre comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bains privative et une télévision à écran plat. L'unité comprend un salon spacieux avec télévision à écran plat. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour votre séjour. L'unité a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur dans l'unité. Vous ne trouverez nulle part ailleurs un environnement plus relaxant et convivial!

Caractéristiques de la propriété: Les condominiums Sugar Beach sont situés directement sur la plage. Vous serez à quelques pas de la plage en tout temps. Property was very nice. My kids loved the pond with the birds, turtles, and fish. Nice pool, easy access to the beach and overall condition of the unit were the highlights.

2nd stay on this condo and once again it did not disappoint. Great location, clean, beautifully decorated. Weather didn’t cooperate but the condo was great for family time.

Everything was perfect and exactly as listed. Just a short walk to everything - the beach, the pool, shops, restaurants,and bars. The condo was super clean, with updated amenities. The owners thought of everything. We would definitely stay there again. -

Absolutely Amazing!!

This condo was fantastic! It was stocked fantastically, located perfectly, and decorated beautifully! The first floor is wonderful because you can walk out your door to the sidewalk to the beach and see the pond from your patio. Everything we could possibly need kitchen and bathroom wise was stocked and in very good condition! The communication was great and quick!

Amazing place!

We loved this place. The condo was well stocked with anything you could think of. Spices, baggies, all the little things you need and don’t remember. Even the knives were sharp! The full size washer and dryer worked awesome too. It was a short walk to the beach and so easy to get to. The reserved beach chairs were a huge plus. The complex is old, but well kept. The condo is on the outside of the complex close to the main road. A few nights the road was pretty loud, but not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Condo & Location

The condo was spotless, comfortable & very well stocked! We enjoyed being right by the pond with all of the turtles and beautiful fish, and it was a short walk to the beach. We were, however; very disappointed that the pool was closed for 2 days for cleaning & maintenance on the most gorgeous & sunny days of the week! We feel it was definitely work that could have been done on cool, cloudy days! This was an important amenity that we paid for, but was not available to us. Everything else was wonderful & we would return, provided we could be assured we could use all of the included amenities, or at least be compensated in some way

Great vacation with friends

The only issue I had with the condo had nothing to do with the condo it had to with the communication of check-in. Realtor did not give any information related to check-in and gates codes until the morning of check-in. I would have liked to print the documents to share with others staying in the condo. We were not able to get in until exactly 4pm. We could could not control traffic so arrive at the condo earlier than planned. It would have been nice to get in the condo a little earlier once cleaned so we could go to the store for food. I know the check-in gave a time, other properties will usually let you in a little early if the condo is ready and clean. The condo itself was very beautiful, clean and very enjoyable. It was a good time with friends. Highly recommend.

Always clean and well maintained. Immediate response to any questions. Is on the front end of the property, but the short walk to the beach past the pond is enjoyable🙂 gated area, code access to beach. Very friendly people at the property. I recommend to anyone who asks! Restaurants in walking distance. Family friendly area. Great beach❤️ again, exactly as advertised. There is a $25 fee per vehicle you have to pay on site.
