Perfect place for a large group. There were 14 of us. Ages 18-55. So nice to have 6 bathrooms and hot water kept up with all showers going at the same time! Place was clean and had everything we needed! Host had great communication! Will definitely stay here again!

The property was great and very spacious for large family gatherings. We had some minor issues when we arrived, but they were addressed immediately. The only disappointment was the grill wasn't working and we had planned on using the grill, but we just changed our plans. Not a huge deal unless you were looking to grill.I would highly recommend this property. It was perfect!

Not the best

My experience wasn’t the best. The location is great however the house was not cleaned prior to our arrival even though we paid a cleaning fee of $300. Owner changed the check in and out times to later times than listed on confirmation. The back patio door was broken and dirty towels were in our bathrooms at check in.

Pleased repeat renters

This is the second year we have rented this location. Host is very good at communication and the place is really spacious. Some upgrades were made from the year before and if I had to guess, they will continue to make improvements in the future. Although we literally only sleep at the house and are at the family house all day Saturday for our family reunion, there are tvs in each room and nice patio areas for people who would spend more time there. Nice location!

Osage Beach 2024

There were several minor issues with the property. The front door was unlocked when we arrived. It took a phone call and several attempts before we learned how to lock it. Both patio doors had issues that should be easy to fix. One patio door leaks when it rains. There were shoes and shirts left by previous tenants. Some doors had broken locks. Checkout time differed Vrbo website and property manager. Documents sent by property manager were hard to find and retrieve. We had to reset the network. The water softener beeped for several days at beginning and end of our stay. Stairs had nails pulling up through the tread. Upstairs bedroom had water leak.

Great Property For Family Get-together

Good number of bedrooms and baths to accommodate family get together. Great areas for family meals and visiting area, and everyone had their separate rooms for privacy and rest.

Property was convenient to margaritaville and all amenities. House was clean and comfortable, beds were better than anticipated and comfortable. Overall I would recommend this place to friends and would stay here again.

Positives and Negatives

This property has positives and negatives to it but the potential to be an amazing vacation rental. It needs some maintenance and a good deep cleaning or at least needed a better cleaning before our stay. The bathroom rugs were very dirty, toilets were not clean, kitchen floor was dirty and sticky, Clothes and trash from previous guests were still present when we arrived. Positives: it has large bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space (we had a family of 13) to accommodate a large group. Almost all of the bedrooms have private bathrooms except the two downstairs bedrooms have a bathroom that is easily shared. There is nice deck space to sit outside and enjoy the weather or have drinks and large kitchen table to enjoy meals together. The home is within short walking distance to the pool and in a nice location and short distance for shopping and sight seeing. Negatives: the kitchen and living room areas were small for a large group. Thaw appliance need upgraded, the fridge was very small, tje electric burners on the stove are tilted and the oven did not work. The house does not have central air but has hotel like heating/cooling units in each bedroom and in the dining and living room. One bedrooms unit in the basement did not work during our stay. The manager was very responsive when I text with issues and did send repairman to try to correct the issue. Not an issue with the property itself but of note, the pool is small and often very crowded.

Awesome rental!

Our family of 8 brothers and sisters came to the Ozarks for a family reunion this weekend. The old homestead off of KK didn’t have enough space for all the extended family to sleep so 3 siblings and their kids stayed here. The house was SO nice we wish we could have spent more time enjoying it verses just eating breakfast there and sleeping. We hope to stay again! The size is amazing!
