The location is beautiful and worked perfect for our group. We loved the view and space. Unfortunately the house was pretty dirty when we arrived. The dishwasher was dirty from weeks ago, there were bugs in all the corners and along the walls, the floors needed to be scrubbed, and the couch had a strong smell. We truly did love this property but just wish the upkeep was a little better.

Our family really enjoyed the house. Of course the views of the lake and watching fast boats go by was amazing. Having a pool in a very private backyard was a huge plus. The layout of the home made it feel larger and helpful when we had several kids and grandkids together. Being so close to Margaritaville was great too. A couple of suggestions might be for a larger coffee maker and an updated blender. Overall I would recommend for the value this home.

House was perfect for our famlly vacation of 7 adults and 3 kids. Clean and modern.Kitchen Area was big ,with lots of counter space and there was an extra fridge in the porch. Pool was small , and all 5 ft depth, which we initially thought as a problem. But ended up being great. Kiddos wore life jackets at first,and evolved to little fish. The other pools in the resort were also nice to go , for a change. We would definitely go back.

Excellent. Sectional is tired could use an upgrade. Layout perfect for 4 couples!!! Pool such a bonus beautiful views! Absolutely would stay here again!

Amazing vacation

This house was amazing. Took 10 of my employees on our annual Labor Day weekend trip and this was by far our favorite place yet! Will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect family vacation!

The bedrooms were laid out perfectly for our family of 18. Having the pool so handy was the hit! We saw beautiful sunsets, peaceful lake mornings, & fun boaters, skiers, & jet skis from the pool deck.It was nice to have easy access to our host from beginning to the end. They were very responsive to all our questions & concerns.

Great place for family vacation.

We stayed here for a vacation with our children and 6 grandchildren, 5 of them age 4 and under. The house was big with a lot of open spaces for the cousins to run and play together. The pool is not very large, but it was perfect for our group. Beautiful view of the lake.

Beautiful view!

The house was beautiful and well equipped! The bedrooms were plenty and spacious. Having our own pool was an added bonus. The living room was set up perfectly for a large group. Would definately stay again!

The place was amazing.

The view was top notch. The kids/adults loves the pool area. Everything was exactly the way the other informs you. Easy entrance/exit. Communication was great. Highly recommend staying here.

grandson called it a mansion!

Beautiful home. Great view of the lake. Enjoyed the pool. For such a large house, a larger coffee maker would have been nice. Also kind of disappointing to not have dressers or nightstands in a couple of the rooms. But it was an awesome house, nicely decorated.

What a view

Location in the Margaritaville Resort was wonderful with access to the resort pools. Views of the lake from the house and deck were wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked and home was clean. Host was responsive to any issues/questions we had. Plenty of room for our 15 family members.

Gorgeous views. Privacy. Convenient.

This property was perfect for our family vacation with 6 adults and 3 young children. First VRBO rental and was not disappointed. Layout was great for personal space. Pool is about 10x10 and so relaxing with plenty of outdoor seating. We were looking for privacy and this location checked the box. We rented boats (with tubes) and wave runners from Margaritaville Marina. Dined in 50% of time but multiple takeout restaurants very closeby. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

The house was awesome, our issue was when we arrived the fridge was not working. They provided another small fridge but with the extreme heat we had to make many trips for cold supplies and ice for coolers.

Our stay started pretty rocky. The cleaning crew (2 young ladies) were still there at 4:05 when we arrived. They were sweeping by the front door, so I assumed that they were just finishing up. We waited outside until they loaded up and left. Upon entering the home, we noticed dirt everywhere, even where they were finishing up. The house is nice, but it was not cleaned well at all. I let the owners know that they should look for another cleaning company. We had no clean kitchen towels or wash cloths. We found dirty ones laying in a closet floor, so we washed them with the stained chair cushions on the dining room chairs. We cleaned the bugs and dirt from the window seals, we washed the dirty kitchen utensils that were put in the drawers with the clean utensils, cleaned both coffee pots and also cleaned the waffle maker that was put back in the cupboard dirty. The microwave did not work, and the air conditioning system air filters were plugged.After the initial shock of what we walked into I realized that the owner relies on the people they hire to provide a clean property and also relies on the renters to communicate any issues and clean the appliances that they use. The owners were great at communicating with an upset renter and made sure a new microwave was installed, and air filters replaced.Once we finished cleaning the property, we really enjoyed our stay. The Weber grill worked great, the pool provided a great hang out area for kids and adults.

great weekend with friends!

we stayed at the house with two other families - there were 6 adults and 11 children, ages 3-10. the place was spacious and the owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. we would've liked to have a dock for the day we rented a boat but that wouldn't keep us from staying again, and there wasn't really any space outside for kids to hang out/play besides the pool, but we worked around that. a beautiful house with an incredible view!

This is a great house. Perfect for 8 adults and 5 children. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the pool and area. Not enough toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags for the kitchen. I did a walk through first thing and notified the manager of the things that were broken or not working. We also had a terrible storm one evening. Not being from this state we weren’t really sure what was going on. We were out of power for about 45 minutes, which was not bad at all. He also checked on us which was so nice but shortly after the power came on we hand NO Water at all. I texted, I called the number for any problems call this number. My husband called still no answer. We left messages and never heard a word until the next morning. We totally understand there wasn’t anything he could doIf it was caused by the storm. But if we just needed to turn something back on due to the power outage it would have been nice to know. We followed all of the house rules for check out and we always leave rentals in the best conditions possible. 10 minutes before 10:00 which was check out water came back on and I was able to start the dish washer. We paid in full over a year ago for our stay, when asking a few questions he informed me I had asked him that question before. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this great home!

OZ Lake VaCa

Overall good OZ lake property. Loved the resort integration with Margaritaville. Pool was great, great view, nice layout, ample parking, good updates to an older house. WiFi spotty, smart tv's didn't all connect, and could use a good cleaning. We had to buy our own grill, etc. Overall it served our group fine. Remember it is an OZ lake property and you will have a great time

Great view in the Ozarks

We loved a lot about the house, the view was great, the pool was nice but small, lots of space for everyone and everyone did get cooled off daily in the pool. Nice to also go to the big pool near Landshark at the Margaritaville Resort. The only negative we have is the upstairs stayed between 75-81 degrees the entire time we were there but it also was extremely hot mid 90’s during our stay so that might be partly why the air conditioning didn’t keep up well.
