Jarek, We're sorry you were not pleased with your accommodations. We did discuss the possibility of swimmers itch before your arrival. I did explain that anyone swimming should shower or 'hose off' after swimming. I also provided an article on swimmer's itch in the property information booklet which I reviewed with you upon arrival. Did anyone in your family actually contract swimmer's itch? The bathroom door does open and close completely. It drags slightly on the floor but not enough to keep it from opening and closing. Thank you for calling that to our attention. The burners on the stove do adjust completely, high to low. If you had a problem with them I would have been happy to explain the proper operation. However, you never asked me abut adjusting them. I explained that the rear stairs are really more of an emergency exit and that it's best to use the front entrance which is ground level and does not pose a mobility problem. You did not inform me that anyone in your family had mobility issues. If you had, I would have recommended one of our other cabins. The back stairs can be modified and we will take that into consideration for next year's visitors. We rely on feedback from our guests to make improvements to the property and we take those comments to heart. When possible we can correct problems during a guest's stay.
