Cet accueillant Old Town Home, magnifiquement rénové, se trouve dans une maison historique de 1910 récemment rénovée. Il y a cinq chambres à coucher et une cuisine entiÚrement équipée. Il y a un porche et un foyer dans l'arriÚre-cour; un espace parfait pour une grande réunion de famille!

Situé dans la vieille ville Ft Collins, c'est parfait pour découvrir toute notre communauté incroyable. Cette maison spectaculaire est à distance de marche des grands restaurants, des activités culturelles et de la vieille ville historique de Fort Collins.

Un soleil a inondé la maison loin de la maison. 5 chambres / 4 salles de bains, véranda, coin salon et coin repas avec un foyer! ProcÚs-verbal pour marcher au campus de CSU et à la vieille ville. Cette maison joliment aménagée, chauffée et climatisée dispose d'un mobilier de qualité et d'un décor mural en bois Everitt & Schilling. Il y a des douches surdimensionnées et chaque chambre est équipée d'une collection de disques vinyle et d'un lecteur de disques.

Family Celebration!

This property was ideal for us. We were traveling as a family from NJ to surprise our daughter who lives in Fort Collins and was getting engaged that weekend! We had a large group (7 adults and my 11 month old grandson.)The house itself is so nice. Beautifully renovated with a large backyard and great albums available to listen to. We loved how accessible it was to shops and easily walkable to Old Town Fort Collins. The kitchen was spacious and the living room so comfortable and easy for relaxing between a lot of activity. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Harriet was the perfect host and responded so quickly to any questions or texts. Having such a beautiful, easy stay allowed us to truly enjoy the time with our daughter, her fiancé and his family without any stress!

A wonderful VRBO experience!

What an absolutely beautiful home! We were in town for a wedding and wanted to find a place where the family could stay together. This is the place! It is within walking distance of restaurants and Old Town! The backyard is large with great shade trees, and we enjoyed that space all weekend! Temperatures were in the high 90s and hit 100 degrees on the wedding day. I was concerned the house's air conditioning would not keep up with the heat outside. I was wrong! When we returned from the reception, the house was cool and comfortable! The rooms were beautiful, and we loved the stereo turntables and albums in the bedrooms! A very nice and unexpected touch! I cannot recommend this home enough. I hope to return someday soon!

Ft Collins

This place was perfect for our family for our daughter’s graduation. The host was easy to communicate with. She had all our needs taken care of. The host even took care of everything at check out which made our lives easy. Loved all the record players and decor. We will definitely stay here again.

Great family stay in Fort Collins!

The house was perfect for our extended family. The bedrooms are comfortable and the house is well equipped. It's in a great location - can walk to campus, restaurants, etc., and also close to hiking trails and other outdoor activities.

Pi Phi Reunion

9 of us stayed at this fabulous house. It was a short Uber ride or walk from everything we wanted to do. The family room fit all of us perfectly and was open to the kitchen so we could keep the conversations flowing. Each room was uniquely decorated and had all of the amenities such as bathroom products, luggage racks, extra bedding, room fans etc. We recommend this home for a large group.

Great stay in Fort Collins

We had a wonderful stay in Fort Collins. Harriet was a very attentive host. The house is spacious and clean. We traveled as a group of adults and it was very nice to have 3 en suite bathrooms. The house is within walking distance to the CSU campus and therefore many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location, beautiful house and backyard

We stayed over a college move in weekend and this house was perfect. So clean and comfortable! The backyard was the perfect retreat for take out and relaxing after long work days. Harriett was responsive.

Amazing location!

Wonderful, roomy house for our adult family visiting for a wedding! The backyard is great for small outside gatherings. Excellent location for an easy walk to the University or Old Town. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place!

This is a great house with five bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. The back yard is great as well. Ample parking on the street and behind the house as well. The owner was great and we would 100% stay here again. Thank you for a great stay on our first trip back to Colorado since the 1990's!

Gem in Fort Collins

The house was exquisite! Incredible location. Very, very comfortable. The bedrooms and dining rooms even had individual record players (with high-end speakers!) with great records to choose from. The host was responsive and easy to talk to. We would definitely stay again!

Great location

We stayed here for a family reunion and it was perfect. We had a lot of fun listening to albums, and there was plenty of room. Walking distance to Old town, very clean, and a responsive host. Great stay!

Fabulous for our Family!!

Quaint, charming home with lots of upgrades in a perfect location. Loved everything about this home - inside and out. It's an older home with modern touches that leave you feeling pampered. Large front porch and spacious back yard for gathering. Roomy indoor areas with ample space for gathering as well as spending time alone. We used the home for a family vacation to visit our daughter. It was centrally located within walkable distance of CSU, coffee shops, restaurants and downtown. Seriously could not have asked for anything more!

Great Old Town Fort Collins Stay

Great 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in Fort Collins downtown area. Our son was getting married in Fort Collins and we wanted a place we could stay and have my husbands side of the family stay with us. We had a fantastic time! All the family agreed it was great to all be together and have extra family time. House was quite and large enough so you could sneak away for a little time by yourself if you wanted to. Only suggestion I would have is a bit of solar lighting or motion detection in the back yard. My husband and I were the last to arrive and parked in the back. It was a little dark going threw the backyard to get to the back door. I would have liked more hair dryers, I think there was one in the house. I really enjoyed our stay and what I mentioned are just little things that would have made a wonderful stay just a little bit better. Thanks Harriott !

Wonderful

This lovely Remington residence provides a spacious house and yard in a picturesque university neighborhood. As our family gathered here for a reunion, we were able to walk to Old Town shops and restaurants, have cookouts in the backyard, and sit on the spacious front porch reminiscing. Everyone loved the home and had a wonderful experience.

Outstanding Choice for Small Family Reunion

Perfect location in Old Town and easy walking distance to the football stadium in game day! We thoroughly enjoyed the historic nature of the home and the backyard was great for family gathering. Used the fire pit and talked story under the stars! Bedrooms are all very nice and easily accommodate couples. Hosts were very accommodating and we recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for space for 8-10!

The location is perfect for walking and exploring the local area. Cleanliness was top notch and plenty of space for our large work group to do meetings and dinner functions. We would surely stay here again!

Hi, I'm Harriet! I have three grown kids and now want to share my love and respect of the history of Fort Collins. Sometimes, when I sit on the porch, I can visualize the horse and buggy's riding down the street in front of the house. I feel like a steward of this piece of Colorado history!
