Ce condo a sa propre grande piscine privée à débordement chauffée et se trouve à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la plage et à quelques pas de la grande piscine à débordement complexe. Ce condo sera certainement l'envie de vos amis et de votre famille. Le condo se compose de 4 chambres 5 lits et 4 salles de bains et est PET ANTI-AMI. Tout l'espace de vie / salle à manger / cuisine peut être ouvert vers l'extérieur grâce à des panneaux muraux en verre du sol au plafond, créant ainsi un espace de vie intérieur / extérieur incroyable!….

Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain complète dont une qui permet à vos invités d'entrer directement dans la piscine. Le reste du condo a du marbre italien fantastique dans toute la cuisine et une cuisine européenne entièrement équipée et importée avec tous les appareils.

Breezy home

Fantastic house with breathtaking views. We spent time in both the private and community pools both of which were great. A short downhill walk to the beach and very friendly security and staff. Well-maintained premises. We had a great time.

Unbelievable stay! Nothing but class!

Met right away by property manager who took the time to show us everything about our penthouse suite. The suite was perfect - no issues at all. Having our own infinity pool was a huge bonus. Would highly recommend Charles and his property and hope to return again. Charles always answered any questions within just a couple minutes.

Spectacular 5 night stay

Seven of us came together to celebrate a milestone birthday and the place worked out exactly how I was hoping. Everyone congregated in the living spaces and pool (mostly) to enjoy the incredible views. Communication from the owner and property contact were great and timely. Security was friendly and recognized us as we came and went. Be ready to walk or get taxis/ubers - we did both. And if we walked up the hill, having that pool to cool off was the best thing. The community pool is right off the patio and was magnificent as well. Highly recommend.

Great view, otherwise not a great expereince

The view is great, but read between the lines of the other reviews before you book... this is not a great rental. As noted by other guests, the rules are extensive and restrictive. They are designed to prevent the owner / property manager from helping you with your stay and providing you with as little support as possible. The pool heater is a total mystery - after dozens of requests to heat the pool (and pay for it) it was not working as of half way through our stay (by no fault of our own), yet the owner refused to provide any discount or credit. As noted by other travelers, even tho the unit is advertised as "fully air conditioned" the owner has disabled all AC in all living spaces and the unit faces due west - the unit is HOT, HOT, HOT. The owner and property manager play games - they change their stories and "run the clock out" of your stay to avoid helping or accommodating their guests. Unlike any other vacation rental experience we have had over the past 10 years going to Puerto Vallarta the property manager didn't show up once during our stay and did not provide ANY services to support our stay. Assume this is a total DIY property, then expect less. While the view and the unit are impressive - and the unit is "clean" - as of our stay, the beds, linens, towels and beds are worn. This rental has been heavily used as a rental and is not as "kept up" as advertised. 7. As evidenced in the owner's responses to other guests, the Owner is defensive, dismissive and takes zero accountability - he treats his guests as though he is doing you a favor even when he doesn't provide the services he advertises on this listing. Hoping the owner will step up his game with guests in the future so more guests don't get so fed up with his antics and behavior, they don't leave early, like we did.

Fantastic property and stay

Can't say enough about this wonderful property. Incredible west-facing view of the ocean. The private pool offers plentiful sunlight in the afternoons (far more than the shared condo pool to the north was getting at this time of year). Rooms were very clean, and we had no issues with room heating/cooling for the 3 main bedrooms (although we rarely used the A/C). No issues with hot water from the showers, and the unit has a filtered drinking water dispenser (the property manager very quickly had full jugs delivered to replace on the last few days of our trip when it ran out). Wifi/Internet was fast. Communications with the owner were excellent, and the property manager was very quick to respond to each of our (almost daily) messages, even on a holiday New Years Day. The kitchen was well-stocked with both glass and plastic (for the pool) glasses, and appeared to have everything you would need for cooking (which we didn't do during our trip as there as so many great restaurants in PV a short 10mins walk away). Heating of the pool does require advance arrangement with the owner/property-manager but despite a few hiccups (out of the owner's control ie. the building had a short period where the gas needed to be turned off) we were able to get the heat turned back on within minutes each time. The unit has a great Sonos speaker system setup for both the pool area and living room. It worked well for the most part except that the music would cut out occasionally over wifi (a general issue with Sonos) - we discovered on our last day (too late to try) that the main Sonos systems are in a cupboard in the kitchen and so if you bring a 3.5mm stereo audio cable with you, I suspect you would be able to connect your audio device / phone directly. The gym in the condo building (convenient located a floor below this unit) is one of the best and most comprehensive gyms I have ever seen in a condo or resort for both cardio and strength. One major plus we found with this condo was that the 24hr security staff were reasonable in allowing us to have a few registered close friends/guests over during the day-time to visit and enjoy the stunning sunset+pool with us. The location of the property up a hill may be a bit of a challenge for the mobility-challenged, but we did not find the 10min walk to town an issue and, on the rare occasion that we UBER'd it was an easy $5-7USD from the middle of town. We would book this stunning property again in a heartbeat!

Amazing views, beautiful condo

Was in PV for New Years with a group of friends and were lucky enough to secure this property. The photos do not do justice to the views you get of the city and was a perfect view of the fireworks. We had a great time and was a great location convenient to bars/beach/restaurants (with a little bit of a walk). It may help to have some condo-specific instructions or considerations (such as pool heater or stove) but Joel (property mgr) was very responsive to answer all of our questions. Will definitely consider this place the next time we head to PV!

Gorgeous view, but strict rules

I’ll start this review off saying the condo is beautiful, and looks identical to the pictures. Our main concern was the strict rules imposed. We were asked to turn our music down multiple times during the day (quiet hours are not until 11pm). We were routinely counted to ensure only 8 people were staying in the unit when we had visitors come. It is ridiculously hot in the unit. There is no AC in the kitchen/living room. We were asked to keep the AC in the rooms at 73 degrees which is far too hot for Mexico. They left hardly any towels/sheets so we had to laundry numerous times. Overall I would give our stay a 3/5 stars. Joel was very responsive and nice. The management company is a different story. If you are younger and looking to stay here I would go elsewhere

Great space with great views!

This place was beautiful, newly renovated and made good use of its space. We had a couple hiccups with the refidgerator and front door lock, but the property manager quickly helped us to address those concerns. Overall though, it was a great place to stay and easy to keep clean. Neighbors were friendly and the amenities were amazing. The gym and the community pool were both kept in amazing condition! Our private infinity pool was also a big plus. I’m not 100% sure I would stay there again, but it has nothing to do with the space, and more to do with the distance to certain parts of town. Also, the people at front desk and garage entrance were super helpful. Thanks again for having us!!

What a beautiful place

Of all the VRBOs we have stayed at in PV the past few years, this was by far the most beautiful. Loved the open concept and walking into the pool from the living room. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit!

Love everything about this place

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. We could have never left the condo and have been happy. We loved the private infinity pool and made sure we were always home in time for sunset. Everything we needed was there and the owner was always responsive. A very short walk to the beach and to everything on the Romantic Zone. We are already looking at booking this place next year.

Amazing Family Vacation!

We had six family members who stayed two weeks and could not have enjoyed the condo and amenities more! As mentioned by others, the pictures while beautiful cannot compare to being there. The condo sits above Playa de Los Muertos and the Zona Romántica, just a short walk down to shopping, restaurants and the beach. It is also closest to the ocean view among the three high rise buildings that make up the luxury Paramount Bay complex, fronted by the infinity edge private pool which was immaculate and refreshing. We were able to watch beautiful sunsets from windows throughout, which fully open long wall spaces to the outdoors and during the season, spouting whales can be seen in the bay. The check-in and any needs during our stay were met promptly and we hope to return.

An amazin getaway with friends!

First, the pictures don't do this property justice! The views are amazing from every angle and the private pool in wonderful. What you don't see from the images is that the main pool is right around the corner in case you need a change of scenery. The master bedroom and bathroom are huge, and two of the other three are very large. The fourth bedroom is a bit small, but if you're just sleeping in there it shouldn't matter. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and communication with the owner and the property managers was easy. If you're looking for a great place for a medium size group you should definitely book this condo.

Beautiful condo, beautiful views, great choice!

I highly recommend this property. The condo is beautiful and is perched on the hill side with spectacular views of the ocean, especially at sunset. The open kitchen and living room were great for gathering, and the private infinity pool was awesome. Check in was smooth. The walk to the beach took about 10-15 mins, and was easy on the way down to the beach but requires a bit of effort to walk back up from the beach (a lot of stairs). However Ubers are plentiful in the area, and are very cheap. Each bedroom (except for 1) has its own private bathroom, and from the outside patio you can access the main condo building infinity pool and lounge area. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of them are very nice sizes, the master bedroom is huge. The 4th bedroom is small, does not have its own bathroom, and is not as nice as the other 3, but its perfect for sleeping. Overall we had a great time at this property, and I would absolutely return.

Nice Condo; needs air conditioning in Dining Room

Condo was great; but was disappointed that the property manager came twice to our condo and could not get the TV working in the master bedroom at all for the entire stay. Also did not like that the owner had the air conditioner turned off in the dining area and there is no ceiling fan so trying to eat meals at the dining table was very uncomfortable and humid. Otherwise the condo was as advertised with the private pool and access to the condo pool steps away.

Excellent property in an excellent location...

The condo is located in a very secure property. It's an interesting location because you are in a beautifully landscaped property on a hill with fantastic views but still very much a part of the vibrant PV scene. The unit itself has a private pool and a common area pool equal to or better than those at most high end resorts. Both Charles, the owner, and Joel, his local representative, were very communicative and quick to handle any questions or needs. We stayed 5 nights, and we highly recommend this property.

Great Place to Stay in Puerto Vallarta

I stayed in this condo with a few of my friends and the place was perfect! The views are amazing, especially at sunset and there is a pool right off the main room. Charles is very responsive and the people who work at Paramount Bay are all very friendly and helpful. We all felt safe and the beach is about a 10 minute walk and a very short and cheap taxi ride if you do not want to walk. The town is close as well with plenty of places to eat and shop! I would definitely recommend this place!
