Courtside 113 - Forest Beach Maison de ville

Courtside 113 est une maison de ville de deux étages, un vol au-dessus du niveau de la rue. Courtside se trouve à 1,5 pùté de maisons de la plage et juste à cÎté du centre de tennis Van Der Meer. Une adhésion spéciale avec Van der Meer fournit aux invités de Courtside des privilÚges de tennis jusqu'à une heure par jour par condo. Cette communauté a deux piscines sur place, un lagon avec fontaine, et un parking à la porte d'entrée de chaque propriété. Courtside se trouve à moins de 3 pùtés de maisons de Coligny Plaza, du Beach Market et du parc. Ce pittoresque centre-ville offre à ses clients un large choix de restaurants, de boutiques et de divertissements pour tous les ùges. Lit king dans la chambre principale, deux doubles dans la chambre 2, salon avec canapé-lit queen.

Great location!

The condo was a quick walk to the beach and had everything for a wonderful vacation. The rental company even offered a credit for beach rentals so we got bikes and beach chairs for free, which was an unexpected bonus.

Summer Vacay

Second time staying at Courtside Villas and did not disappoint. Walking distance to the beach and pool was a great treat afterwards. Coligny Plaza is just a quick bike ride or walk away for shopping and dining.

That should be clearly stated in on line property description, and it was not.

Everything functioned well. Beds very comfortable, nice bathrooms. It was a bit dark inside so we got higher wattage bulks. Nice dining room table set, living room furniture was too soft and quite uncomfortable. Beach chairs would have been a good addition. We were not eligible for the discount. A nice unit. Seashore Vacations was helpful and easy to work with - thank you.

Great location

Great location, but lack of attention when it comes to cleaning. The cleaning crew just sweeps around everything, there was stuff under the kitchen and coffee tables. The kitchen walls need a good wipe down. There is also a lack of blankets in the unit. Towels in the unit are hit or miss, some are great and other are super thin and have holes. The noise from the pool goes on all night. The bikes are awesome to have.

It’s been updated beautifully to have all you need in terms of beds and comfy living room seats. If you are like us and enjoy good blankets even on hot days I would suggest to bring your own. Otherwise this place was well stocked and for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids it was PERFECT!! We plan to rent this one again!!

Exactly as listed!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Walking distance to nearly everything we did throughout the week including bike rentals which were nearby. Pool was clean and relaxing. Would definitely recommend as we would not hesitate to come back for another stay.

Enjoyed our time!

Always love the location of this property. We have stayed at many courtside properties and this one was as nice as any! Clean, comfortable beds. We did have trouble finding extra sheets for the pullout couch bed. But we ended up not needing it so it was fine. If you plan to use it though, be cautious. Other than that it was a great stay and I only have good things to say!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation condo is pretty much perfect. It's only a 7-10 minute walk to the beach, plenty of space to spread out inside. One of the two community pools is just out the backdoor and down some stairs. It's within walking distance of Coligny Beach Plaza where there are tons of shops and restaurants. The only downside is the beds are appx 6 inch foam mattresses... not the most comfortable for adults, but they were very clean.

Excellent stay!

Courtside 113 was very clean and tastefully decorated! Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Air conditioner worked well. Location was great - short walk to the beach or Coligny Plaza, and a pool out the back door. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything you need for the vacation
