Courtside 113 est une maison de ville de deux étages, un vol au-dessus du niveau de la rue. Courtside se trouve à 1,5 pâté de maisons de la plage et juste à côté du centre de tennis Van Der Meer. Une adhésion spéciale avec Van der Meer fournit aux invités de Courtside des privilèges de tennis jusqu'à une heure par jour par condo. Cette communauté a deux piscines sur place, un lagon avec fontaine, et un parking à la porte d'entrée de chaque propriété. Courtside se trouve à moins de 3 pâtés de maisons de Coligny Plaza, du Beach Market et du parc. Ce pittoresque centre-ville offre à ses clients un large choix de restaurants, de boutiques et de divertissements pour tous les âges. Lit king dans la chambre principale, deux doubles dans la chambre 2, salon avec canapé-lit queen.

Great location!

The condo was a quick walk to the beach and had everything for a wonderful vacation. The rental company even offered a credit for beach rentals so we got bikes and beach chairs for free, which was an unexpected bonus.

Summer Vacay

Second time staying at Courtside Villas and did not disappoint. Walking distance to the beach and pool was a great treat afterwards. Coligny Plaza is just a quick bike ride or walk away for shopping and dining.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Walking distance to nearly everything we did throughout the week including bike rentals which were nearby. Pool was clean and relaxing. Would definitely recommend as we would not hesitate to come back for another stay.

Excellent stay!

Courtside 113 was very clean and tastefully decorated! Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Air conditioner worked well. Location was great - short walk to the beach or Coligny Plaza, and a pool out the back door. Would definitely stay here again!

We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! The owners of 113 have recently done some updating and upgrades. The living room furniture has been replaced within the last month, the mattresses have been replaced and the whole condo has been painted. Walk to the beach is easy. Only negative was loud partying around pool area one night from 1-2am. Clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed our time!

Always love the location of this property. We have stayed at many courtside properties and this one was as nice as any! Clean, comfortable beds. We did have trouble finding extra sheets for the pullout couch bed. But we ended up not needing it so it was fine. If you plan to use it though, be cautious. Other than that it was a great stay and I only have good things to say!

It's far enough away from the Coligny public beach access though that the beach was not overly crowded. We had a great stay! Highly recommend!

Great location

Great location, but lack of attention when it comes to cleaning. The cleaning crew just sweeps around everything, there was stuff under the kitchen and coffee tables. The kitchen walls need a good wipe down. There is also a lack of blankets in the unit. Towels in the unit are hit or miss, some are great and other are super thin and have holes. The noise from the pool goes on all night. The bikes are awesome to have.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was. Rey average. We overlooked the pool from our second floor unit we did have some concerns re mould and the telephone. The telephone was a quick fix. We were given a new one. The mould was a different problem. The inside of the toilet tank in the master was just covered. We would not have noticed, but the toilet was not working properly and we had to remove the top of the tank to fix it. That was when we discovered all this mould. The property manager fixed the toilet problem and got rid of the mould, however, as the days went on, I saw black mould forming around the water level of the toilets...all of them. The owners have a mould problem in their unit. I have been coming to Hilton Head for thirty two years and have never had this problem before. All beds should be replaced. By the way, the whole complex was being reroof end while we were there. We left for home early.

Nice dining room table set, living room furniture was too soft and quite uncomfortable. Beach chairs would have been a good addition. We were not eligible for the discount. A nice unit. It’s been updated beautifully to have all you need in terms of beds and comfy living room seats. If you are like us and enjoy good blankets even on hot days I would suggest to bring your own. Otherwise this place was well stocked and for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids it was PERFECT!! We plan to rent this one again!!
