Traditional Ibizan finca on the island's eastern coast, within walking distance of S'Argamassa and Cala Martina beaches. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private pool with a shallow section for children, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Punta Arabí Hippie Market is a short walk away.



The Space:

The renovation has preserved the original character of this single-storey finca while bringing the interiors firmly into the present. The kitchen sits at the heart of the house, fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, two fridges, a freezer, kettle and Nespresso machine, and it opens directly into the living room so cooking and conversation stay connected.



Three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements. The main room holds a double bed and has its own bathroom, while the two further rooms each have twin beds and share a second bathroom. Air conditioning runs throughout, alongside the practicalities of a washing machine and dishwasher.



Outside, the terrace is arranged in distinct zones for dining and lounging, with sections of artificial grass creating soft transitions between them. The private pool includes a shallow end suited to younger swimmers, with sun beds, an outdoor shower and an additional toilet nearby. The barbecue and outdoor dining table sit beneath open sky, facing the surrounding countryside rather than the road, which gives the garden a sheltered, private feel. A gated entrance and mature planting complete the sense of seclusion.



Guest Access:

The guests have the full finca and its grounds entirely to themselves for the duration of their stay.



The Neighborhood:

The eastern coast of the island unfolds right from the doorstep. S'Argamassa and Cala Martina beaches are within walking distance, while Cala Nova, Es Canar and Cala Pada are all roughly five minutes by car. The Punta Arabí Hippie Market, one of Ibiza's best-known weekly gatherings, is just five minutes on foot. Santa Eulària sits a short drive up the coast for a broader selection of restaurants and shops.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended for reaching the wider island, though the immediate surroundings, including the beaches and the Punta Arabí market, are within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

The finca sits on a local road that sees passing traffic during the day. The main outdoor living areas face the surrounding countryside, giving the pool and dining spaces a private feel away from the road.

Guests can check in from 16:00 and are asked to check out by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
