Beautiful modern self contained studio at Telefonplan. Only 1 minute walk to the subway Telefonplan. The studio is fully equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The studio has one single bed that sleeps on person.

The bathroom has a laundry machine and a dryer. The studio has Wi-Fi access.

The studio has one single bed (sofa bed), dining table and TV. An extra bed is not possible in this apartment. Max. 1 guest / stay.

Water, coffee, tea and basic consumables are complimentary during your stay (spices, oil, sugar etc.)

The studio is newly refurbished with a combined washer and dryer. Detergent and softener are available in the apartment.

Our housing service is available through the Airnbnb app or by phone. Please contact us and we will help you if you may have any questions during your stay.

The door code at the main entrance is activated at all times.

A lovely area in the hip area of Telefonplan. The red metro line takes you through different areas of Stockholm. In 13 minutes you will arrive to the central station. The area has many bars and restaurants and is very popular with the younger crowd.

There is no free parking at the apartment. Please use the parking on the streets and pay by using the Easy Park (app).
Quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM: As this is a residential area, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum during these hours to avoid disturbing our neighbours.

No outside visitors: Visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

No parties allowed: Gatherings and loud activities are not allowed at any time.

No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

No commercial sex work: The property and its surroundings must not be used for paid sexual services, including erotic massages or prostitution.

Please note that violating any of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund and potential fines.
