Appartement rénové dans une maison construite au début des années 1900. Un appartement classique mais moderne. Entièrement équipé, (125 m²). Grandes fenêtres, balcon. Grande salle de bain avec laveuse, sécheuse, baignoire et douche. Une chambre a un lit double et l'autre a deux lits de 90 cm. Ceci est notre maison avec des choses personnelles et entièrement équipée pour cuisiner. WiFi gratuit, lave-vaisselle, Smart TV. Draps, serviettes. Pour plus d'informations, appelez-nous ou envoyez-nous un SMS / e-mail. Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour votre séjour à Stockholm.

Dans l'une des meilleures rues de Stockholm et dans un emplacement idéal à Östermalm pour explorer la ville, vous trouverez cet appartement entièrement équipé, propre et classique mais moderne (125 m²) avec une haute étanchéité (3,3 m), de grandes fenêtres et un joli balcon. L'appartement offre une grande salle de bain avec lave-linge, sèche-linge, douche, ainsi qu'une baignoire. La maison a été construite en 1907 et (contrairement à de nombreux appartements à Stockholm) dispose d'un ascenseur, donc les enfants avec une petite poussette ne sont pas un problème. L'appartement est situé au 3ème étage. L'appartement dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un four micro-ondes, d'une cafetière et d'un écran plat. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis.

A beautiful apartment in a great location- better than Gamla Stan where you have to schlepp luggage on cobbles and up stairs. Photos don’t reveal just how spacious and comfortable this place is. You can’t go wrong with this choice.

Stunning apartment — with wonderful breezes in the summer. Made catching a midday rest a must — just to enjoy the space! Andres was exceptionally responsive and helpful — such a wonderful host. And the location was fantastic — easy walk to subway, restaurants, vasa museum and more. Felt very fortunate to stay in such a lovely place with a great location and wonderful host!

As another reviewer said, the photos of this apartment did not do it justice. It is clean, beautiful, spacious, and well maintained with many restaurants within walking distance. Public transportation is easily accessible. Washer and dryer in apartment a plus. We had a lovely stay.

Many things to say,Great location, great apartment, pictures don’t do justice it’s so beautiful, clean and amazing in Person.Andres is great, he’s communication and follow up great.Location is so great , I’d recommend this place to anyone who likes to in in center of everything and have a quiet beautiful place.I would come back in future no second thoughts about that.No wonder they have been given 5 starts they deserve it.

L apparemment est très agréable, clair et spacieux Hyper bien situé dans un quartier calme a proximité des commodities et des bons endroits à visiter La deco est de tres bon goût , on se sent très vite chez soi avec de beaux espaces à vivre et une cuisine très bien équipée Le lieu est plein de charme et les propriétaires sont au top et au petit soin pour que le séjour soit parfait A refaire , à la même adresse !!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem ruhigen Quartier

Wir haben die Wohnung sehr genossen. Alles war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Andrés hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Uferpromenade ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Und in 20 Minuten ist man im Vasa Museum.

Fabulous

We were 3 older adults on our first trip to Stockholm so we weren’t familiar with the neighborhoods. This flat is in Ostermalm, a quiet, upscale neighborhood that we quickly grew to adore. (Younger people would like Sodermalm.) The flat is spacious and posh by Manhattan standards. We were comfortable and happy there and would stay there again if/when we return to Stockholm. It is even nicer than the photos. Andreas was a nice and helpful host. Thank you/tack, Andreas, for letting us stay in your flat.

Wonderful stay in Stockholm’s Östermalm quarter

We can certainly recommend this five star apartment in one if the finest quarters of Stockholm nearby all major highlights as well as to restaurants, supermarkets and the Sanu Hallen, the local food market. The apartment is spacious, light, comfortably furnished and has a well equipped kitchen, enabling us some days to cook ourselves. The owner is very responsive and the manuals he made for the television, garbage collection, cooking plates, etc. were very helpful.

Comfortable, elegant apartment in Stockholm

My wife and I were unsure exactly what to expect on our first trip to Sweden, but walking into this elegant apartment in Stockholm, calmed our anxieties and set the stage for an exciting two weeks in Sweden’s capital city, despite the record heat there, and throughout Europe, in July 2018. Stockholm has enough museums to consume a month of visiting. The apartment, with its 19th century dimensions and ceiling heights, hallways, ample entry room, huge closets, a luxury bathroom with both tub and shower, and extremely comfortable sofas (2) plus other chairs, allowed us to conclude we had never had such a comfortable and relaxing rental in Europe. As an extra the kitchen was well appointed and had modern appliances of every kind. Three blocks away the luxurious Foodhall provided high quality meals plus grade A fruit/vegetables. Because the unit’s Building has a huge interior courtyard, this unit receives breezes from any wind direction which keeps the unit moderate during the day and cooler at night even during heat waves. The owners have installed very heavy shades which also block the direct sun during the few hours it hits the unit. The neighborhood is a great plus since it is a very high-end residential area, quiet, with largely tranquil businesses. Located on a hill looking down to one of the the harbors, it is easy to reach public transport, but, if you have difficulty walking distances or heights, we found TAXI Stockholm to be a blessing as they came within 5 minutes without fail and took us everywhere and similarly picked us up when we called to return. Their air-conditioned Mercedes were a blessing during the midday sun. Finally, we found the owner to be exceptionally helpful in pre-planning (he created some English instructions for the European appliances) and very reachable by email during our stay for the one or two small questions we had. All in all, this unit made our two-week Swedish vacation most memorable and enjoyable!

Wow--You Won't Top This Place!

Anyone looking at my profile will see lots of 5 Star ratings and might be inclined to think my wife and I are easy to please. On the contrary, we are very particular. We tend to search fort higher end properties, are very careful in researching before we book, and--as a result--usually find great places. With that as a caveat, this may be the most beautiful and luxurious flat in which we have ever stayed, and that is not at all putting down any of the other great properties we have rented. Not only that, the location can't be beat--close to much of central Stockholm, a stone's throw from Djurgården for amazing running or walking--or even taking a dip in the sea (the "Royal Canal")--and with a T-banna (tube) stop just a three minute walk away. The apartment itself is spacious, with tons of natural light and cross-ventilation, high-ceilings and beyond beautifully appointed (like Svenskt Tenn throw pillows). The appliances are top notch as well, and the whole kitchen set-up is first rate. The owners were completely responsive to email questions before, and during the stay, not that we had many of the latter. There is a charming porch/balcony overlooking the courtyard, and the coolest door handle/lock/alarm we have ever seen (smile). If you are going to be in Stockholm and this place is available, you would be crazy not to take it.

Tasteful and comfortable apartment in a quiet, central location.

We stayed for a week at the end of July with our two young girls (5 and 4). The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, and a pleasure to come back to at the end of each day of exploration of the wonderful city of a Stockholm. It is located in Ostermalm; the area was very quiet with a number of restaurants closed for summer breaks, but enough were open for us to eat, and there is a well-stocked supermarket and a beautiful food hall both a block or two away. It is a short walk to the delights of Djurgarden - which coupled with the many toys in the apartment made for an amazing week for our children (and us!). Communication was excellent with a very useful set of recommendations sent before arrival. We'd love to come back.

Comfortable and spacious apartment best location

The apartment is superb and beautiful. It is classic Stockholm, ample space, clean, and very nicely furnished. The place is located in pretty elegant and central but quiet area, Östermalm. A short and convenient walk to all museums and touristic attractions, one minute to the subway . My husband and myself and our two young adult children found the apartment just right for our stay. The apartment was warm, comfortable and spacious and have everything we needed. Best location for exploring Stockholm as the subway is just 2 minutes walk away and bus stops are just outside. There is also a supermarket just across the street. Regarding other amenities, there is a small balcony towards the center courtyard , high-speed wifi, smart TV (Netflix etc), stereo, full featured kitchen, modern shower and bathtub and washing machine. Great apartment, definitely recommend it and we will stay here again. The owner was very helpful with our queries on booking and super friendly, accommodating and flexible. Would love to stay here again!
