The kitchen diner opens through patio doors onto a landscaped garden, and there is a Nespresso machine and welcome treats waiting to start the mornings. Location
Northwich is a Cheshire town surrounded by parkland, canals and countryside, and the house sits in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Knutsford, Tatton Park and Oulton Park are all close, making this a handy base for events, golf and walking. A car makes exploring easiest, though there is a direct bus route to the Anderton Boat Lift.

Good to Know Before You Book
The two top-floor bedrooms are purpose-built rooms in a three-storey house, not a loft conversion, though the head height is restricted in small areas. Access to them is by stairs and there is no lift. The garage is kept off-limits, though the rest of the house and garden are yours. Check-in is self check-in via a lockbox at the front door, with full instructions sent on the day of arrival. Any children`s equipment such as a travel cot, high chair or baby bath can be requested in advance. This is a quiet residential area, so keeping noise down in the evenings is appreciated by the neighbours. Shoes are best removed on the way in.

Extra charges
Early check-in from 3pm and late check-out until 11am can each be added for £25, subject to availability. Both can be requested after booking through a secure third-party platform.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
