A beautiful property surrounded by nature and wildlife with wonderful gardens to explore and play in. The whole area has so much to offer with its spectacular scenery, miles of walking and cycle routes, the stunning coast and numerous market towns, all within a short drive. From the bottom of the drive you can walk to Sawdon Beck in one direction and Raptor View in the other. You can even access the Moor to Sea cycle network. Just a short drive down the road is Wykeham Lakes which is perfect for fishing or you can enjoy a whole host of water activities. The resort town of Scarborough is just a short drive away. Other attractions in the area include North York Moors National Park, Flamingo Land Resort, Eden Camp Modern History Museum and Sewerby Hall and Gardens.
Entering this beautiful property, you are welcomed into the entrance hallway, with space to hang your coats and store your shoes. Head into an impressive open-plan living space with exposed oak beam ceilings and a high quality finish. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the ideal space to socialise together with your family and friends. The stylish kitchen area is well-equipped with everything you will need. While a bottle of wine is opened around the breakfast bar, watch the chef cook, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has plenty of seating for everyone to dine and enjoy the evening. Once dinner is over head into the spacious lounge area with log burner and comfy seating and a Smart TV is perfect area for a nice family movie night. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the utility room. The ground floor offers two bedrooms, two super-king-size zip-and-links (which can be made into twins on request), one with an en-suite wet room with shower and WC (this can be fitted with grab rails and shower seat for the less mobile on request) and the other with an en-suite shower room with WC. Heading up to the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms, a twin and family bathroom with shower over bath and WC and the last bedroom is a super-king-size with en-suite shower room with WC.
Head outside to the large garden, a large lawn area is perfect for summer games. The patio seating area is an ideal space to sit and relax and enjoy a BBQ or head up to the stargazing pod, with cosy seating, you can sit and enjoy the rolling countryside views by day or snuggle up with a hot chocolate at night to gaze at the stars. Guests also have access to the beautiful rose garden and orchard which is great for picnics. Off-road parking for four cars and EV charger - payments made direct to owner
