From here, you can explore the rolling Yorkshire Wolds, visit the historic Sledmere House, or head to Pocklington and Market Weighton for relaxed days out. The Deep in Hull makes a great family trip, while Fraisthorpe Beach and Spurn Point offer coastal escapes within an hour’s drive.

Step in to the entrance hall of this pretty single-level cottage and you will find a delightful lounge/diner. With plenty of comfortable seating, Smart TV, DVD and a cosy wood burner, the lounge makes a wonderful space for relaxing in at the end of a great day out. There's also a charming dining area, perfect for a romantic meal for two. Going into the attractively designed country-style kitchen you will find it fully equipped with sleek worktops, hob, oven, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Exploring this lovely cottage further, there's a light and bright bedroom with a super-king-size bed which can be made up as two singles on request. The mezzanine floor above the master bedroom is accessed by steep wooden steps and is fitted with twin beds. The bathroom features a bath, walk-in shower and WC.

Heading outside you can sit back in the charming garden which has an attractive decked patio area complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Beyond the garden, there's tranquil private land and beautiful river walks by the side of the River Ouse.
