Felixstowe makes a perfect seaside day out, combining traditional promenades, gardens and a long sandy beach with modern attractions. Boat trips, paddleboarding and sailing are popular on the river, while cyclists can explore quiet country lanes and coastal routes.


Upon entering the holiday home, you are welcomed into a light and inviting dining area, which creates a warm first impression and is an ideal space to gather for meals or plan the day ahead. This leads through to the rear of the property where you will find a stylish modern farmhouse kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay, along with a handy ground floor WC. Just off the dining area is a cosy living room, beautifully arranged with sumptuous seating, a smart TV and a roaring wood burner that makes the perfect setting for peaceful evenings by the fire. French doors open directly onto an enclosed courtyard, offering a private outdoor space for morning coffee, al fresco dining or unwinding at the end of the day. Upstairs the cottage comfortably sleeps four guests across two beautifully presented bedrooms. The first is a generous king size bedroom featuring built-in storage and a charming feature fireplace that adds real character to the space, along with its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a cosy double, thoughtfully arranged with ample storage for clothes and an en-suite shower room.


Just along from the cottage you will find a separate garden, beautifully designed across three levels to make the most of the sunshine throughout the day. Enjoy relaxed meals beneath the pergola or wander up to the top level to sit on the bench and soak up the evening sun, creating a peaceful and inviting space for all to enjoy. On-street parking is available in the layby at the top of the drive.
